My parcel was left in the street outside the wrong adress (similar adress though) and then when I queried it I was given no help other than false "evidence" that the delivery driver said he sent it to the correct adress and so it was obviously sent to the correct adress... The evidence was a photo of someone elses front door down the street where the parcel was left. Having contacted the seller I had confirmation that they had my correct adress, however Yodel continue to give me nothing but empty advice to check details with the seller and that the delivery driver is always right. No accountability and basically gaslighting emails telling me that I received my parcel when all they do is further prove that it was sent elsewhere. Also whilst chatting for assistance on web chat I was sent a massive response in a matter of seconds with someone elses name in it, as instead of adressing each customers needs individually, they copy and paste generic responses. Has 1 star because it doesnt let you do 0.

3 delivery's in a row said to have been delivered and none have arrived.. tracking is USELESS as all it says is 'delivered' not where, who signed, no photo or evidence.. SHOCKING service.. Add this to the fact last year a delivery of a new Laptop was quite literally thrown across the gate (its and electric gate but has a big sign saying 'press button to open') and also getting a message while working on the front garden/drive saying 'we tried to deliver but you were not home' leads me to one conclusion.. YODEL YOUR APPALLING

Worst courier service in the UK, late with my delivery and customer service does nothing asides relay tracking info from website.

My parcel said delivered and handed to me. I was at work. Contacted them via chat (it’s impossible any other way) The person I spoke to said, I can see from the sat nav it wasn’t your property. I live in centre of town, needle in a haystack trying to find it. He said they would investigate and get back to me in 24 hour. 5 days later they emailed saying, we are unable to assist you any further, contact the company you purchased from. Why does anyone use yodel, they are absolutely the worst. It’s not the 1st time this has happened!

As many have stated already, poor customer service. These people make no attempt to find an address. If they can't find it clear as day within 8seconds of arriving in the vicinity, expect delivery to be rescheduled after you sit though a painful online chat with a customer service agent stationed in some office building in dubai. People like Hermes or DPD will at least call and ask for directions before just carrying on like it isn't their job to find their delivery spots. 0/10.

Wish I read these reviews first on here!! Appalling service by these shysters!!! No parcel delivered, they said on the tracking app that it was handed over to customer!! LIARS !! I was not even at home.!! They are currently investigating whereabouts of my parcel. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I had a order from Virgin, iPhone 13 pro and AirPods. Yodel tracking app said delivered on 14:57 I wasn’t there in and no card was left. Managed to get hold of the customers service and apparently they delivered to to a guy call John. I live alone and not called John. No photo, no card amd customer service said they’ll ring the driver and find out where it is within 24 hrs. 24hr later nothing so I ring back and then was told they are investigating the driver but can’t call him as they don’t have a phone number for him so they will email him to ask him to attend a interview. Basically stole my parcel and now Virgin are threatening me with having to pay for it. I will never ever use a company that uses Yodel!

I have never had a courier lose my packages so many times. Any time I see that Yodel are my courier, I simply count my losses early. And still every time its me who has to reach out and ask where my package has gone, as they will never raise it first. Honestly just refund your package before it arrives if they're meant to be delivering, it will save you a lot of time and effort. ASOS, sweetie, please stop using them ❤

Yesterday I was waiting for my mattress to be delivered, I was at home all day and I have dog who barks every time someone comes near the door. The courier was meant to arrive 18:09-20:09 and about 18:20 I received information "sorry we've missed you" and the delivery was rescheduled for today. Now the driver was 7 stops away from me and when I updated the tracking page again few minutes later it showed me "we need more information about your address", I have called but obviously you were already closed so the automated service told me "we were unable to locate your property". This is a joke, I had yodel deliver to this address before and so did other neighbours from my street. Now I had 2 options - reschedule delivery for Monday and risk not having my parcel delivered for the 3rd time or collect it at local depot. Local depot is around 30 miles away from me. I chose collection in the depot because I am not going to wait until I get told the parcel is getting sent back to the sender because there was several attempts. Nightmare, don't use.

Please do yourself a favour and avoid using this company, or buying from retailers who use them. They give poor and confusing information. They cannot help with issues and actively attempt to divert any attempt to complain instead of giving you their process. The only way I was able to get my delivey was to have the retailer request it to be returned, and then I went to the shop to collect it. When they called to talk through my frustration they tried to tell me they helped me by returning the order ... followed by an extremely generic excuse. Followed by hiding behind and internal review - which we all know is code for "go away"

The worst delivery service you'll ever find. They said they've attempted delivery 3 times in 3 days, I was home the whole time as I work from home. Tried their customer service and they made me repeat the same thing a million time, they either don't steak english or they're a robot that gives the same answer (but never says sorry or tries remotely to fix the issue). it's now day 5 after delivery and I have to wait for them to send it to their depot and pick it up myself. Unacceptable.

After 3 days of failed deliveries and 4 conversations with customer services, Yodel decided to deliver my package to a random address in a different post code, on a different road. This was only brought to my attention when by chance I decided to check the tracking app and was kindly told me that it was left ‘with a neighbour’. I have basically been told by customer services that there is nothing they can do and they will ‘look into it’. I requested a reference number for the ticket that has been raised and was informed that I may not. I have never had an issue with any other delivery company. And I will actively choose to avoid shopping with outlets that use Yodel as their preferred shipping agency

Ordered a £200+ parcel and was meant to arrive on the 20th on a Saturday, after contacting Yodel they say the driver couldn’t locate my address even though they hadn’t informed me about that, so I contacted the driver and he said he would be there Monday without mentioning the whole not being able to find my address thing, which I found slightly dodgy that he didn’t bring it up if this is the information Yodel customer services had. I decide to wait that Monday until evening, nothing, call the driver again, he said he is trying to make it for 5, then changed the answer and said more like 6-6:30. I decided to wait again, and still nothing. I have a feeling I’m on the same track as everyone else in these reviews. They can’t get away with this appalling excuse of a delivery service, something is going on

AVOID AVOID AVOID Yodel do not deliver! Utter disgrace! Ordered a parcel from ASOS, its normally DPD who deliver without any issues. Sadly Yodel still haven't delivered the parcel, they now say its on its way back to ASOS - avoid using Yodel if you can. Update Yodel you have wasted my time, I can't understand why any company would use you as a courier. Blaming the non-delivery on depot issues at Selby and Livingston and then stating that you did try to deliver - utter BS!

Appalling outfit. Said they tried to deliver parcel 3 times. Totally untrue. Turns out driver couldn’t find house. Again rubbish, no other courier has ever had a problem! Only about 10 houses with this postcode. They said I had to drive 20 miles to their depot to collect parcel, or it will be sent back to sender. Don’t use this company!

What a terrible shower this lot are, waiting for delivery from Amazon seller, item arrived at local depot on the 15th November, Amazon message item to be delivered 16th, nothing arrives, YODEL tracking comes up with 17th, nothing arrives, today the 18th I contact via live chat asking if I could pick up the item from depot as going next door...cannot collect myself unless there has been a failed delivery...15 miles away...after a lot of chat i get a new delivery for 22nd November...possibly...I have never experienced such an incompetent shower of a useless company as this before, had hiccups over the years with different delivery companies but nothing to this extreme from YODEL..try help the situation by offering to collect on 19th as going next to depot only to be told I can drive 15 miles each way to collect only if they fail a delivery...my view is they have failed already..love to say the words I would like to call them...but they are a disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves...cannot express just how bad I think this so called courier is...

Yodel "tried" to deliver an item that apparently needed signing for, even though the previous consignment from the same customer didn't, I was definitely in on the second attempt but heard no attempt and there is usually someone about. Inept and lackadaisical is probably the nicest way I could describe them. If I find a company is using them as their courier I will not be using them! What a sad excuse, a delivery firm that don't deliver!

Expected a parcel today, shows as delivered, no photo or information of where the parcel is, and have not received, neither was I contacted by the courier to check, never had such a bad company deliver anything

They lied and said my package was delivered to me. I didn’t receive it. It’s impossible to get through to the ‘driver’. How are they getting away with this. ? It’s absolutely disgusting that they are just stealing peoples expensive packages like it’s free gifts for them. And judging from everyone else’s reviews, it’s clearly an on going issue.
