Terrible costumer services. Never delivered my parcel

Out for delivery for 10 days then they said delivered and put picture of some random door I’ve never seen before. They won’t do anything as I can’t ‘prove’ parcel never delivered. Absolute joke. I’ve only put 1 star as I couldn’t put none. Dreadful company

I purchased an item via Vinted and first Yodel took weeks to ‘deliver’ it. When I came home following their notification that the items been delivered there’s no sign of the package. I raised a complaint with Vinted who then turned around and told me the items been delivered so that’s the end of that. I’ve been left no note and sent no proof that the items been delivered. Yodel are crooks. I’m so angry, luckily the item I purchased was just a book for under £6 but if it was a more expensive item then I’d have been left in a complete dump. Never using yodel again. Lesson learnt

These people should not be in the parcel delivery business. Parcel tracking bears no relation to reality. In fact, they have no clue where your parcel is or when it might arrive.

They left a package of mine in public, full view of the street, did not bother to notify me or leave a note. As a result it looks like it was stolen. Any attempt to communicate with them about this goes nowhere, there customer service/complaints number is a automated call that only does one thing which is government tracking updates and have zero paths that lead you to talking to anyone. There online chat gives you the same copy paste message that they send via email which boils down to 'driver left in at your front door, GPS shows it was correct address' without acknowledging that my unhappiness is due to them leaving it I'm my driveway without even trying to deliver it and not leaving any note. Since I can't speak to them over the phone and they are not willing to try and understand what I am actually annoyed about I'll just have to keep leaving reviews.

Last Friday a so called Yodel delivery driver rang my intercom and before i let him into Ladywell Richmond road,Pontnewydd Cwmbran np441dq he was gone. I went downstairs in this 30 flat senior citizens complex but he was gone. I sent many emails to Yodel complaints..chatted to 3 online chat. They haven't solved my problem. 1 did say it would be delivered last Saturday before 9pm but it wasn't. Then im told it could be lost .Then im told that they have contacted the depot but no reply at all. Ive contacted Wish. Com and they said wait. Oh my goodness ive been waiting since the 20th of December. Please help me. My name is Raymond Whittaker. 27 Ladywell Pontnewydd Cwmbran np441dq. JD0002231292255003. I wish I could give Yodel no stars. I order wine from Laithwaites on a fairly regular basis. I also suffer from osteo arthritis so the cases have an instruction on them that they have to be left outside my Flat door which is on the first floor. Alas on Friday this was ignored and the case was left in the lobby. I rang the complaints line and was told that he would be made aware of his mistake. I expected that he would return and put the matter right But no. It was suggested that someone else in the Flats could carry it upstairs for me. I pointed out when I made a mistake I expected to correct it myself. I have rung the complaints line and spoken to Yongama and Yonela among others in an attempt to get Yodel to put the matter right and have had the phone put down on me a number of times. I now await a call from a manager but I'm not holding my breath. I now intend to contact Laithwaites to cancel and re-order the wine which will make even more work for Yodel. What a bunch of cowboys.

Total shambles . Parcel was due on the 31st of December . On my app said that no one was home .then next date 2 then 3rd then 4 . Ctv when checked no yodel driver came near . After web chatting yodel I was told the parcel label was damaged and was still in the depo despite my tracker telling me I had missed deliverys . Canceled the order and will not used yodel again .

They had my parcel since this week Tuesday and Wednesday, and Thursday showing out for delivery each day....absolute lies. Talked to customer services, they are like robots, reading a script.....useless. Making excuses why I can't pick it up in person!

Impossible to complain. Parcel 3 days in a row tracks as ‘out for delivery’ then ‘contact us’ then ‘back at depot’. Phone number has nothing but automated tracking service despite being listed as their customer service number and Webchat freezes and advisers don’t give any help a bot couldn’t - basically wait in for your parcel… Utter waste of time.

Consistently awful, even worse than Evri which is saying something. I have literally NEVER EVER had an order delivered without hassle by Yodel. The 'customer service' webchat is a joke, full of people who may as well be bots copypasting the same old script of 'kindly wait for tracking to update' or 'kindly check with a neighbour' (what's with the 'kindly's?), patronising you (they totally understand your frustration, guys) or just cutting you off. Absolute waste of time. Orders NEVER arrive when they say they will and either go 'missing' or sit at the depot until someone decides they can be bothered to deliver it. After a few days of claiming to have tried to deliver after never ringing the doorbell it will then be either delivered to an address 10 houses down from you (your address couldn't be found, they don't have google maps apparently) or lobbed over a random wall in a totally different road. Occasionally you'll get lucky and it will be left out in the rain on your doorstep for any unscrupulous passerby to steal. 1 out of 10 isn't low enough.

Consistently ridiculous & appalling experiences with Yodel. They mis-deliver, lose, steal (?!) parcels and then claim to have delivered them correctly, occasionally providing absurd blurry photos of dark unidentifiable hallways as ‘proof’. If the driver does make it to your home with the parcel, they never ring the doorbell and then leave the parcel on the pavement where it gets stolen. They have a different excuse for why the item’s missing each time contact is made and never apologise or give direct answers to questions. Like everyone else here I’m flummoxed as to how they keep operating as they do anything but their job. An unbelievable farce..! Currently waiting on a delivery due on Wed, which they say was definitely delivered (complete with the name of someone I don’t know that they apparently delivered to) they also say that it is out for delivery right now… I have no idea what to believe, it’s baffling.

This company is terrible. I spent a lot of money in a parcel, I received a notification on my phone saying that it was delivered at the "front porch" which in my case means, left it on the street. The parcel wasn't there, customer service is absolutely awful and useless. They said they contacted the driver and apparently was delivered to the front porch (again I don't have a front porch) but they attached a photo where you can't see a thing either than the legs of a person. So might have delivered it to someone, but they don't know. Honestly disgusting service and I will have to report them as fraud to my card as they aren't being responsible for this. Stay away from this company!

Courier repeatedly leaves items on doorstep and refuses to knock the door. I have complained to Yodel previously as parcels will go missing if left on the doorstep. I cannot understand why they refuse to ring the doorbell or knock the door.

Sat in all fkn day as tracking said " Out For Delivery " Then when I checked at 6.30pm on the 5 / 01 / 2023 it had changed to " At The Depot " , a whole fkn day wasted when I had better things I could have got done today , New year but still the same SH*T* Yodel substandard .

BEWARE OF THIS DRIVER - PATRICK CHOI CONTACT NO. 07897333018. I have been expecting a delivery for a while so I decided to track it today only to find out that the driver has attempted 2 deliveries and claimed that my address is incorrect, baring in mind that this man has delivered parcels to me before!!!!! He is claiming that my address is not findable because I have had to repeatedly report him for leaving my parcels on the floor by the window for everyone to see and potential thieves to steal. Even though I have reported this to senior management nothing has been done and now this man is with holding my parcels and I have no idea how many more he could be with holding. I will be looking into taking matter much further and seeing if there are any legal actions that can be taken against the driver and yodel because these parcels are not just for fun they are part of my job and not receiving them impacts me greatly which I absolutely will NOT tolerate. This man needs to be fired effective immediately I don't understand how yodel are still allowing him to work it's absolutely disgusting and petty.
