I tracked my parcel and it said yodel has delivered it or left it in a safe place I have checked with neighbours checked all surroundings I was home all evening so what a lie I checked their reviews and there’s 1000 of negative reviews avoid at all cost what a scam of a company you can’t contact them by phone and when emailed I’m still waiting 2 months on no response

Sent parcel to the wrong address and sent me a picture of the house it was sent to still claiming that it was the correct address dispite it not being it.

Marked as delivered so I couldn't get a refund. I spoke to customer services who admitted it hadn't been delivered but refused to send me confirmation and then cut me off the webchat. Customer services phone number is premium rate.

Got told my parcel would get delivered on Tuesday thought delivery was late cause of Xmas but as Wednesday and then Thursday no delivery so I got in touch with them said it was getting delivered asap wait all day Friday then Saturday got in touch with them again only to be told that infarct they had lost it and I would have to get in touch with my vendor and sort it out by myself so if you ask me there customer service is dreadful .

I am sad to join the chorus of those that say that 1 star is too good for Yodel. Yodel unfortunately is one of the primary delivery options for some items. There are some delivery drivers that are friendly and respect the fact that instructions have been provided and are POSTED to not leave packages in the lobby of the apartment building where items can be stolen. Despite this, there are other drivers who ignore both the instructions and posted signs and when items are stolen, Yodel customer service sticks to a party line that "item was delivered to the correct address per Sat Nav" - I'm not disputing it was delivered to the correct address, I'm disputing it was delivered to the correct location. In fact the very images that they provide PROVE that the items were left in the incorrect places, often the very sign saying not to leave an item is IN THE PHOTO. Its utterly disgraceful. More infuriating is the consistent push by their so-called "customer service" to check with family or neighbors, because clearly you haven't thought of that before raising an issue. Even assuming I hadn't, the fact remains that the delivery was left where it was not suppose to be left and there is rarely an apology yet alone any ownership of the fact that their drivers do not properly deliver items per instructions/posted signs.

Smooth process up until I opened my parcel. One of my items was damaged and unusable, ceramic lamp. The ceramic part was smashed and I was lucky not to have hurt myself when I opened the box. The other issue was the lamp wasn't appropriately wrapped and protected which is an issue I have raised to Argos where I purchased the lamp. As you can see from the photo thlamp box is also damaged which suggests this occurred during transit. The force broke the ceramic part of the lamp. Please take care with our parcels in future.

1 star is too much for them. Absolute rubbish of a company. Lost the first parcel sent, and couldn't explain what happened to it. The sender sent a second one and it was meant to arrive few days later, on the delivery date - no update from yodel, we contacted them and the only thing they could say is that they don't know what happened and need to investigate with the depot- wait 48 hours for an answer. No sign of a parcel, no update. not good enough! don't use this delivery company as they will find excuses to lose your parcel and never deliver it.

Worse than useless. Have been waiting 2 weeks for a Xmas delivery and still waiting despite assurances from their useless customer service team that it would be delivered today. Their latest solution to their problem is for me to pick it up from their depot. As someone else has reported the Team Valley Depot seems to be completely out of control. I will actively avoid using a company that uses this courier

Appalling experience. Apparently the delivery driver's vehicle "broke down" and my parcel was not delivered. According to to tracking, it was supposed to then arrive the following day - it didn't. The tracking then stopped updating altogether. After 2 days of waiting indoors, I contacted customer services and they said they'd reschedule for my parcel to be delivered the next day - it didn't arrive. I then contacted customer services again the next day only to be told that the tracking label on my parcel is possibly damaged so they can't track it. They asked for the details of what I ordered and after I gave them this information they said I'd need to wait another 2 days. That's almost a week's delay. I therefore asked what the complaints procedure was, at which point the customer services team member became very patronising saying they have reported the issue but wouldn't confirm what the complaints procedure was. After pressing him on the question he then advised that my issue would be treated as a formal complaint and that he has submitted on my behalf. When I asked by when I should expect to have a response,  he kept repeating "it's a formal complaint". I told him I wanted confirmation of when I should expect a response and he said I wouldn't get one. Just appalling and very unhappy with my experience. My parcel hasn't arrived.

Delivery people are liars, Rude, aggressive, loud and absolutely not fit to work with people. When after 8 days he finally arrived claiming they have been to my place every day (which is not true), he was banging on my door like he was going to break it. Neighbours came out to see what's going on. He was loud, aggressive trying to justify himself. Got him on a video too which I shall take as a proof to show him being completely unfit for his job.

Would give zero if possible. Was supposed to deliver on Christmas eve but got email saying couldn't find my house and to contact them. I did. I gave directions and said knock on neighbours door if still can't find house (I live in a small hamlet of about 12 houses) and leave with them or get directions. Even suggested leave at friends farm which they would drive past as was a gift for them. Didn't. 5 days later say delivering again. Didn't. Following day say delivering then get same email as before saying can't find my house. Ignored all the information given before. When I contact them again end result they will attempt delivery following day. Suspect never drove all the way out here because if they had they would make sure didn't have to keep doing it especially in atrocious weather. Bare root plants will probably be dead by the time they arrive if they ever do. Replacements for previous bare root plants that died probably due to staying in a van for over a week and roots drying out. Absolutely useless. Keep asking me to provide info which they ignore.

Awful. Lied to. Lost parcel. Lied to again. Lied to again. Told 27 times I would have my parcel delivered (just to shut me up) before being told it was lost. Next day I was told it would be delivered, again... it wasn't. Would maybe help if the chat agents spoke proper English or were UK based, which none of them appear to be (unless I was lucky enough to be greeted by a person whose name I couldn't even ready, let alone pronounce. Just awful, end of.

What a surprise it's the first time we used you and I swear never again we posted items and on posting it stated they would arrive prior to the 24th of December, surprise surprise it never happened instead we got an update stating items would not arrive until 30th of December, we have just had email saying you have lost the items and this is rare as it never happens, well by the looks of it this happens all the time, your company or an employee is a dirty thief who has stolen my grand children's Xmas presents I hope you are proud. You and your company are a disgrace and what's worse you are now saying you want all receipts for items sent even though we paid extra for a higher insurance. Once again your a bunch of dirty thiefs so stuff you and you thieving company. 1 star joke but you have to leave that before you can write!!!!!

Yodel state that they delivered my goods (my property) on Wednesday 21st December 2022 in the morning. Where is it ????? Has the driver stolen it, that is the question to ask. Got in touch with CEO by email who forwarded the complaint to Executive Complaints who asked me to send tracker number and address and since then gone very quiet. Any business who reads the reviews DO NOT USE YODEL they are so dishonest and employ dishonest drivers. I am now classing this property of mine as stolen by YODEL

Absolutely horrendous company I would not recommend them to any one at all, still haven't received my parcels that were Xmas presents I'm gutted for my kids, why companies are still using yodel is beyond me

I would provide zero stars if possible. I ordered a parcel for next day delivery, item was shipped on the 19th and should have arrived by the 20th. Its now the 24th and my parcel hasn't arrived and no new information on when it would be delivered. I have spoke with 3 people on there pathetic web chat. I asked for them to send the parcel back to the sender and was given attitude and cut off, on the 3rd attempt on web chat i was told i would not be returning the parcel that i need to wait more. I had to threaten with the police and trespassing/harrasment charges if they tried to make delivery of the item. I then had to contact the sender of the item and cancel the parcel and request a refund as I now need to go and replace the Christmas presents yodel couldn't deliver on time. I have advised the sender I shall no longer be shopping with them whilst yodel is the only shipping method they offer. These guys need ofgem to come down on them like a ton of bricks. Absolutely horrendous service and nothing but false advertising and then lies if you do speak to custmer service. I will be more vigilant in future and boycott/avoid all retailers who use yodel as there only delivery option.
