Awful! Lost my parcel in depot and now covering themselves saying the address was wrong … when I have the address on the email from purchase. Absolutely useless! Been told everyday for the past week that the parcel was out for delivery .. and again, nothing has arrived!

Absolutely disgusting service. Paid next day delivery 4 days later no parcel. Website a joke as is phone service. Can really not understand why companies use them as they are useless. Avoid using this service sorry doesn't qualify to call "service"

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, customer service is really useless, lots of lies and excuses, never delivered my parcel stating that was attempted delivery, what wasn't true at all ,keep away

Delivered my parcel to the wrong house today! Fortunately the occupiers of that house brought it to me which was the correct address on the parcel! No notification from Yodel that my parcel had been delivered. Had to give 1 star to be able to leave a review otherwise it would be 0 star!!!

The worst delivery company and the worst experience, they notified me on Wednesday 05/29 that they had my package and that it would arrive Thursday, they had an error and I did not receive it, the worst of all is that I chatted with them, they told me that there was a error when scanning it that apologizes and that Friday I would have it for sure, well Friday did not arrive and I spoke to them again, they told me the same excuse and that they apologize, that that same Friday it arrived but Saturday 100% that they had already solved the problem, I spoke to them again Friday and they already said that for Saturday for sure, that they had not sent the package but the latter assured me that they would, because on Saturday it did not arrive, I paid money to have it on time and because of their fault and inability I lost the money, on Saturday they tell me that they are needed more than 48 hours, once the shipment went wrong and they did not know where the parcel was, I would not receive it on Saturday, more than 7 days for a delivery, but impossible, I should not be the one harmed because it is their mistake, they should find a solution and deliver the package on time no matter what, their only response is apologize and nothing more, and the one who loses the money is you, what I do not accept is that they lie to me, they tell me 3 times it is already on its way and that On the last day, someone else said the complete opposite and that they don't even know where it is and that 48 more hours are needed, the worst company you can find, Avoid it

They are awful. If they don’t wanna deliver your parcel. They will just pretend you put it on hold. Then say there is nth they can do they will deliver it when they can. Basically they can’t be bothered and don’t care.

Drivers don’t even attempt delivery. Don’t knock. Don’t ring door bell. Don’t even walk to the door. CCTV proof of 4 days in a row not attempting delivery but saying sorry we missed you. Customer service useless, no help at all

Awful! Dreadful service!! Avoid!!! The delivery drivers NEVER knock, NEVER leave a note through my letterbox saying where the parcel has been left, and consistently leave my deliveries so out of sight I don't find them until days later (which is NOT acceptable when delivering perishables or plants)! Vendors - choose a courier who can be relied upon to knock on the door when delivering - if not your customers will choose a different seller, purely on the grounds of the appalling service provided by Yodel. I have also advised my business NOT to use Yodel for their work-related courier needs. Their customer service is just rubbish. UPDATE: Today's missing parcel was left UNDER THE CAR (apparently this is deemed to be a 'safe place') of a stranger who lived three streets away! They kindly brought it over, but this is utterly ridiculous. The delivery driver will apparently get a slap on the wrist and will be reminded how to deliver parcels to the correct address. He or she should be sacked as the address was clear, so it seems to me that they just couldn't be bothered!!

Parcel did not arrive. Got text saying more information needed about my address. Yodel has my correct address, my What3words address and my phone number. What more do they need? Can't speak to a human. Live chat no help whatsoever and wouldn't give me any answers to my questions. Have had similar problems with Yodel before. I always expect problems when Yodel is the courier.

Shocking service. Selected a day for my parcel to arrive due to working away everyweek. The day come to arrive, no changes on the portal. Spoke to chatweb, and they said the depot cannot locate my parcel and it will take 24hours to search and update the portal. Bare in mind, I've now taken an annual leave day (and wasted this day) due to no parcel or no update. Contacted chatweb again, to be told I shouldn't have taken an AL day, of course neighbours etc could have just taken my parcel for me. (Firstly, what parcel. You've lost it. Secondly, they don't know situations of neighbours where I live, so shouldn't be commenting on this) So after a not fun conversation there, I am still non of the wiser where my parcel is - When I'm going to get it or how I'm going to get it. What a waste of my time.

Do not use this company as a delivery option. They will say they tried to deliver and do not. Have been in all day both before and after time slot, sat on porch waiting. Nothing and no one showed up. Totally a waste of time

Waiting for over 2 weeks... item still not arrived. On the phone on hold for 3 hours in one day. First 2 calls half hour each no answer. Last one for 2 hours no answer. Genuinely almost impressive how they dodge speaking to customers. Spoke to so many people on the chat and they are of no help they say they rasied a ticket come back in 24 hours. This i have done 3 times. Worse thing is they tried denying they even collected the parcel which is not true as it literally ses on the tracking app that they picked it up!! Never had such a horrible customer service line! I mean they probably only have a telephone line up on the Internet to say they have one. But even after 2 hours i can tell you no one will answer! Issue still unresolved and will have to report this to the police as a theft at this rate!

Abysmal. Company of liars. Get ready to wait all day for a parcel only to be told that you werent in. Then when you call them out on their lies with CCTV evidence then they will blame it on the sat nav.

So many 1 star comments, many of these contractors are overloaded to meet demand and keep prices down, so I have no complaints on the service I receive from this company, not perfect but do get the job done. My local driver is had working, and late hours to complete his round just to provide for their family, and each time he drops off he has a smile without complaint :)

I have been told twice that they have missed me Very annoying when I have been waiting at the delivery address tracking the parcel Told that a calling card had been left No calling card No knock at the property Obviously either the driver has gone to the wrong address or can't be bothered One star is too much

This is day 4 of waiting in for my parcel. Day 1 they say attempted delivery but no one in. Day 2 the same as Day 1. Day 3 on the app it say parcel on the way but driver as a short delay so want on the live chat to see what happening with my parcel they say I will get it today(day 3) 9pm and still no parcel. Day 4 the tracking still says parcel on way but driver as a short delay so I get back on live chat and they say it will be with me today but can't tell me what time if the parcel has lift the depot or not or what time the driver is ment to leave the depot. So another day of waiting in and hoping it turns up. This company don't know where your parcels are even though thay get scanned coming in to the depot and when loaded onto the van or what time the driver leaves its a joke

Wow this delivery company suck, I placed an order on the 22nd for next day delivery on the 23rd well before the cut off for next day delivery, Yodel handling the delivery it arrived at my local depot 8am on the day of delivery and it has sat there not moving since, I contacted support on the 24th saying it was late and still not updating on the tracker, I was told that it would definitely arrive that day so I waited, its now the 25th and I've just been told there is nothing they can promise because the package is lost and they need to find it (Its an enormous gaming chair, kind of hard to lose) My package is already 3 days late and it took 2 contacts with support to be told its lost and there is nothing they can do apart from look for it and THEN they will tell me what will happen despite paying for next day delivery its already been longer than standard delivery, with the bank holiday coming up I'm looking at at least a week late after paying next day delivery

Why do people use this company waiting in all day with no information on delivery used the App absolute rubbish just like the company could have waited in all day for nothing wants closing down
