Beware I ordered a DVD from zavvi and it won't play and they won't correct there mistakes.

Ordered two Blu-rays on the 26th of November. One of them arrived fine about a week later, but the other never came. Asked them for an update and their responses were slow, badly written and useless. They claim to have sent it despite putting no tracking info for it online and giving me no proof of postage. After dealing with these utter idiots for a few days (four separate morons) they agreed to send a replacement. Come a few days later, I get a parcel and it's the wrong item! I can't believe the sheer idiocy of these people, they are wasting everyone's time and money with these stupid mistakes. This isn't the first time they haven't sent me an item either. Honestly don't bother with them, their service team share one computer and one brain cell by the looks of it. Have been unable to get a refund or replacement as of yet, so someone isn't getting their Christmas present this year. Terrible.

2 DVD's ordered and paid for on 28/11. One DVD arrived within 2 days no problem, the other however I am still waiting for almost 4 weeks later. The item shows as in stock and has an estimated dispatch date of 29/11. It took me 2 weeks of messages to even get them to acknowledge that something had gone wrong. Since then I have been palmed off with "it's been reported to the warehouse". I have asked repeatedly that they just cancel the order and refund me my money but they won't because it's 'in dispatch'!!! Get the feeling that it could remain 'in dispatch' for the foreseeable future and I'll be facing a long battle to get my money back. Avoid this company.

Awful damaged Xmas present came 2 weeks ago, took days for them to reply with a standard reply. Then they avoid responding ! No contact number live chat NEVER available now without an Xmas gift & the can’t collect it till after new year or replace it. Avoid this company they don’t care it’s cheap because there is NO customer service once they have your money that’s it. So if you must use them do it via PayPal or a credit card so you can get your money back should you has any issues won’t be shipping at Zavvi ever again

I ordered an item as a Christmas gift in the Black Friday sales on 24th November. Come 16 December still no delivery so I had to cancel. Been over a week and still no refund either. This is the worst service i’ve Ever received and I am so disappointed. I jus want my money back.

Was very reluctant to place an order given the very negative reviews on here and other sites but have to say a BIG THANKS to Zavvi. Order was delivered ahead of time and was fully tracked even though it was standard postage.in the week before Christmas that. Website needs an overhaul as its hard to navigate and you cant actually get speaking to a human being.

DVD box set has not been delivered, it was ordered on the 3rd of December and I have left it until the 18th of December to raise an issue what with it being Christmas ect... I have emailed them and it has taken them almost 48hours to reply and they want me to download and print off a form stating that I have not recieved said item. I do not have access to a printer and zavvi should not assume that we all have access to a printer. Although just to clarify I do not have a problem filling out the form but I amunable to,print it off I feel,that zavvi are also using delaying tactics why not just contact their couriers to state where it is ? Zavvi are an absolute joke and I await their reply my last resort will be to go to trading standards

If I could rate zero I would. I ordered two PlayStation VR bundles on Black Friday at around £250 each for my sons as their main Christmas presents. I’ve had numerous emails from Zavvi since assuring me that they have been very busy but are working hard to get my order out to me. Then I had an email telling me one of them had been dispatched followed by another email telling me that they have had to cancel the other one as they can’t get any. To make matters worse the one that had been out for delivery has arrived as only a partial order being just one of the games and no headset, so it’s useless to me. I’ve tried to get in touch with Zavvi and the courier for the last two days to no avail. I’m gutted.

My last email to Zavvi. Used to like you but your reluctance to accept you guys made a mistake is horrendous. No only am I cancelling my account but going to make sure I put a few reviews of my experience out there. I have spent hundreds of pounds with you guys and you make me do hours of paperwork for a lost £7 t shirt. It’s a disgrace you are cynically contriving the replacement Service to be as complicated and tedious so people don’t bother or give up. Shame on you Zavvi.

Zavvi have some amazing prices on Playstation games. My son is going to be a very happy lad on Christmas Day. I love that Zavvi are associated with Cashback sites and that I can already save so much money on their already reduced prices. The only downside is that I found it a bit of a chore to find an easy way to obtain a VAT invoice.

I Cancelled 2 pre orders, only for them to take the money out still (£400) said they can't do anything till I receive it, message them back to say I received it and for them to send a courier to come and collect it, it took 4 days for a reply, and they said the courier is booked I waited in all day and nothing, so I message them again for them to chase up as I want my refund in time for other xmas presents 3 days later here Iam no response and still out of pocket, awful customer service, I've reported to trading standards about there poor service among other things (took about 40 days to get a previous refund for items not delivered) I think everyone should do this so this company can get looked into mabe even shut down and do everyone a favour just look at the poor review after poor review. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

If I could give them -5 stars I would. I placed an order on the 30th September and it still hasn't arrived on 13th December. I can't cancel it because said it's in transit, but they can't provide the tracking information. I've emailed several times and get same email back. "Wait longer". Worst customer experience ever, and at 45 that's saying something. I've had orders from China quicker.

Bought a frying pan that was damaged and wanted to send back for a replacement..was sent generic email telling me another one would follow with return form and ref number.. this was not sent but was told that it was....blatant LIES.. Customer service is a joke.. this whole process has taken 2 weeks and I still have the rubbish pan and can only now send back the pan... If you have any issues with your order, be warned... Lets hope you don't

Ordered a Nintendo Switch bundle during black Friday. After lots of chasing, I've had to give up. They never intended to ship my item. I think they just wanted to sell me some other bits that I bought at the same time, all the time knowing they wouldn't be shipping the Switch. What was really interesting is that the continued to advertise the Switch as available, all the time telling me that it was unavailable. If you type Zavvi reviews in to Google you'll see that many customers are having a similar experience to mine. I've asked the European Consumer Centre to look in to their practices. I think they're behaviours are very suspect and the throng of customers identifying similar problems tells me there's no smoke without fire. Avoid this company or risk being very frustrated through your shopping experience.

Made a £219 purchase, order stated delivery within the week. They didn't even have the item in stock, they keep telling me they will inform me when they have despatched the item. They don't listen to your complaints they just fob you off with a standard reply of "we are having issues in our warehouse". It seems almost impossible to get a refund. Total sham company

Waited over a month for ordered refused a refund as they are awaiting stock in the warehouse but can't tell me when they are getting any stock in 45 quid out of pocket and no game 2 weeks before Christmas absolutely disgusting
