As the title states, I've used Mobility together with Integral Strength. I had done two iterations of IS and found that tightness in the hips and pain in the shoulders was a limiting factor.
Flexibility is greatly improved after mixing in Mobility in the off-days between IS workouts. Even better, balance has improved between the left/right sides of the body and the pains are gone.
Highly recommend this program, especially couples with other GMB programs. It works.
