Don't bother with this outfit Been waiting for 2 months on 5 occasions the night before get a text message part not arrived Not fit for purpose

I had a really bad experience with 0800repair . I would not recommend their services to anyone !!Endless phone calls made to find out what was happening they promised to call back and never did.customer service is terrible.

Absolutely awful. They installed our boiler. The pipe they were meant to come back and sort back in march. Of course didn't cause any issues going into the warmer weather. Now been without heating and hot water for over a month. Everytime I ring they say I'll get a call back which never happens. Have now reported to gassafe. Have two children under the age of 4 aswell. Ideal even came out as they refused to come before they'd been and they've said the people who installed it need to come and sort the pipe. Awful company

I have warranty through Hisense who have instructed this company and I have been waiting for a dishwasher repair since 4th November. An engineer came out on the 12th November and confirmed that the issue was down to a faulty part that needed to be replaced. A follow up appointment was booked for 15th December advising that an engineer would arrive between 8-9.....no one turned up. Upon logging into the portal I could see my Hisense repair had been cancelled so I called the helpdesk who advised that the repair was still ongoing but were still awaiting parts? To date, 04/01 I have had no further communication or updates so have now been nearly two months without my appliance. Shocking customer service.

Awful customer service, loads of chasing up and hung up on me few times, wouldnt recommend to anybody. and obviously they didnt repair my fridge.

Wish I could leave a zero point review. Microwave fitted with new kitchen stopped working. Rang to arrange engineer to fix - the most unhelpful and rude customer service staff. Finally arranged an engineer visit almost two weeks later (first available). Received a text advising to expect a call from the engineer by 9am on the morning of the visit - nothing. Chased using the link, but dealing with a bot, not a person. Have just called customer service again, placed on hold for 20 mins and then automatically cut off and advised to ring again. Shocking service. Still no engineer............

I am absolutely disappointed in your service it has been an absolutely nightmare from day one, to now get home from work and receive an email to say you have cancelled my repair 3rd time of trying to get my repair fixed and 2days off work (because we are all made of money to be able to keep taking days off work for you to attend and fix appliance) I have also stated I have a sick child under great ormonds street who this is impacting due to it being winter and I am unable to have clean dry laundry and bedding to attend to his medical needs! Absolutely no care or consideration for your customer! But state on your website that you can do a same day or next day repair call out service, your complaints team also obviously do not see to complaints either instead they just clearly brush them off, you should not advertise you repair items instead you should let customers know it is cheaper to go and buy the appliances again as you can get them quicker and cheaper for the amount of wasted time you have to have off of work and wait for the repair to be carried out!

Absolute Joke of a company, waiting a month to fix our Washing Machine, 3 times we were booked in and every time the ‘Engineers’ (and I use that term loosely) rang and said “we have the wrong part”. They just didn’t want to do it, and then there’s the enigma of the call centre staff, I can only imagine that when they advertised for positions, the criterias must of been 1)have the personality of a park bench 2)make sure you don’t help the customers, but the good thing that has come out of this is that I’ve stopped at least 7 people using this joke Company. Had boiler replacement and only half a job done was left for days for job to be completed. Very poor communication between office staff and engineers would not recommend. Stephen who finished the job was first class.

How do you give 0 stars? Reported fridge freezer not cooling on 9th July. Have had three visits and frequent rearranged appointments still not working. Always rearrange the day before appointment. List of excuses from part not in, Engineer sick now parts lost in transit. Do not use ,!!!

Had a new boiler with the eco scheme also chose to have my 12 radiators replaced too opted for a combi boiler to be relocated to the loft,so it was a big job with bricking up wall where old boiler was . There were a few hiccups along the way with wrong size radiators being sent n filter from boiler missing meaning couldn’t use boiler till it was fitted ( so no hot water/ heating for 2 days ) the 2 day job turned into 3 but I have only praise for the guys Liam and John who worked so hard getting the difficult job done keeping me informed every step of the way - Liam had to drive hour n half to fetch boiler filter so I didn’t have to go another day without hot water . Liam n John we’re very professional, knowledgable, polite , friendly and did an amazing job under difficult circumstances, they were very tidy taking every bit of rubbish away and cleaned up throughout as had to go in every room with me having radiators replaced too - if u are lucky enough to have Liam n John for your job they will not let u down .

I had my cavity wall installation removed by 0800repair over 8 weeks ago ia am now waiting for them to refill it I have phoned up loads o f time to see when will they be comeing to do it they are supposed to be doing it on eco scame every time I phone up they fob me of with lies I ask to speak to a manager they say I’ll get him to phone you back they never do this 0800repair group is the worst company I have ever dealt with keep well a way from them I wish I never went with them I am now speaking legal advice a gainsed this company

The engineer, Graham Telfer, came promptly this morning, as he said he would, to fix my fridge freezer. He worked conscientiously and professionally and did an efficient and effective job. I am happy with the job that he did--the fridge freezer is now functioning well. Thank you for your help with this matter. Much appreciated Trevor

Had a boiler installed from the green scheme. The service contract was with 0800 and believe me such a useless company that they took over 8 weeks to sort a problem. Had a new issue of no water and waiting for over 3 days for a call back. Please avoid this company as they are not into customer service. Those who have no issues you are lucky. There is no one to raise it to manager and all they have to say is someone will call back. I will be calling the Citizen advice shortly today

Have very product insurance policy made claim for faulty damage remote on the 7/7/2021 girl took my model number told would send replacement magic remote 2 weeks later nothing called back was told by same girl madrasah bresnen 0800repair had tried to contact me as they also need serial number so gave that too and was told takes 7 days and I still have nothing and to let you know I have a Apple smart phone and to let you know I have received no emails or phone calls from your company just had a text asking me to kindly leave a trustpilot review so I did. Now I have a message from a Dionne Armstrong asking me for my address details as 0800 repair pride themselves on good work and she will look into my problems and get back to me. As of today I have heard nothing from 0800repair or Dionne Armstrong about our replacement ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING COMPANY

Hi all I had a really bad experience with 0800repair . I would not recommend their services to anyone !! Story :- shat frodge was not cooling s i paid for repair service than 1st engineer cones and looks at it and orders 3 parts he said any of tue parts could be faulty. 2 weeks later engineer 2 cones with no parts had no damage idea what happening even so parts were ordered and it was on the job . 2 weeks later 3rd engineer comes and replaced 2 parts bit not tue board which was ordered . And promised that fridge is not repairable and i would get a replacement from Sharp . Ask me to call back office in 48hr so tue report would completed and ever everything be ok and should get a new fridge but not tue case -: appears that condenser faulty so i cant get a new one but they will send an engineer to install the 3 part. And make sure os compressor faulty . But will take another 2 weeks 2 weeks later 4 th engineer comes during that week i received 2 parts for the fridge a board and relay not sure why . Engineer turns up opens tue frodge and sats condenser is not kicking - making noise so its faulty so he told me quite a few times that he sies not need to waste anymore tome so he will report back saying i should get a replacement fridge so he did not replaced any parts . Promise that report will go to sharp so they will call me back to arrange to deliver an new fridge due its ONLY 2 YEARS OLD -: ask me to call office 48hr Call back today not the case explain the situation no help - very miserable, rude , unfriendly lady stuff member repeats het self like robot and wont pass me to any managers due they are not in you know the story !! So she makes another appointment in 2 weeks time another engineer will cone and have a look at it . After i said that i replaced the board which is very simple due got a electronic- it back ground so the fridge starts making noise and red alarm Lights is flashing so she said could be another issue !! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU LIVE YOURSELF AND VALUE YOURSELF AND FONT WANT TO WASTE YOIR TIME PLUS IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET STRESSED OUT BY DEALING WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD !!!!
