DO NOT USE please , there are full off lies , taken my money with a booking that did NOT GO THROUGH still waiting for a refund it’s been 2 months , have got my bank involved tired off ringing been to the manager Mike, Leo and sales man Patrick full off lies and fake promises 😢😢

This is shocking still waiting for a refund from July only holiday company not to refunded anyone . It’s actually called theft what alpha rooms are doing , blaming suppliers who they won’t have paid as hotels were closed in Spain . Are you waiting to go out of business so you do not have to pay ? No reply’s to emails was promised in September I was a priority . Don’t answer emails even from resolver ? Shame on you leaving lots of families out of pocket after a terrible year . Loosing jobs loosing family members and a so called British company are pocketing . Call centre staff give false names like Stuart green haaaa an Indian with a name like Stuart green. If I owed a company over £1000 I would have bailiffs at my door and would by a court be made to pay ? Yet you offer vouchers ! As if . Article should be I. The daily star this weekend.

All these terrible reviews are true. I’ve got email confirmation of refunds September, October , November and still nothing. In addition staff calling me following a bad review ( which I won’t stop doing) promising me refunds, asking for bank details yet nothing. They , and the staff lying are DISGUSTING . This travel company is finished and I am glad of it as they don’t deserve to operate. I have written evidence and have now actioned a charge back via my bank on debit- don’t be afraid to do so we have each other. Look after our elderly not versed with internet and resources. Where is Martin Lewis!!! I will not stop until I’m repaid in full you thieves. Clare H

Same situation as others on this site, still trying to get a refund for a holiday we cancelled due to coronavirus. We were promised a partial refund 6-8 weeks, 8 months later still flogging a dead horse. Now contacting financial ombudsman, to get this sorted. Pleased to see that this site is leaving honest and up to date reviews of this horrendous company.

Appalling company that cancelled our holiday in March 2020 and we are still fighting to get the money back. Lie after lie from them about when the refund will be processed. There are 1000's of us in the same situation. I would give them 0 stars.

Have heen trying to get my refund since April last year they have told me that I can only have a voucher. I have refused this. Now they have told me if I dio not accept a voucher I will have to wait another year for a cash refund. What they are doing is illegal...why are they getting away with this????

Hi I have used Alpharooms for many years.still waiting on a Refund from May 2020... As it appeared I did not take a voucher,they claim I have to wait.... Absolutely a disgrace why would I do that as the company will go bust!!! Very soon because no one will book with them again,I certainly will not i have lost all Faith.Im still going to fight with them to receive my £500 back.... I will book now with other companies Who have given refund s back Within 3 months For example Travel Republic..

Not worth 1. Holiday in Malaga cancelled last May . They took final payment in April even though I told them not to - we were by then in total lockdown!! Emails , chats etc.. even though promised no refund arrived. Then told that I would get refund by end of Oct. Nothing happened and then on further contact as I posted a bad review on Trustpilot. - was told would get a credit voucher!! All along I have said I only wanted a refund. What more can I do.??????

An atrocious company to deal with. My holiday was cancelled last June and I'm still waiting on my refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

Not even worth 1* The attitude and tone of the customer service team is unacceptable to say the least! Alpharooms had advised me months ago that I would have to wait until date of departure for cash refund after charging cancellation fees even though the hotel where offering free cancellations under current circumstances. Now Alpharooms are refusing to process my cash refund and stating credit note only. Such a shame as I have booked multiple trips a year for years with Alpharooms and no, w would never use them again.

TRIED TO CANCEL HOLIDAY BECAUSE OF LOCK DOWN AND THESE CON CROOKS SAY I HAVE TO PAY NEARLY HALF MY BOOKING FEE £500. EVEN THOUGH MY WIFE IS SICK ,PLUS FLIGHTS HAVE BEEN CANCELED FROM BRITON .AVOID THIS COMPANY NO COMPASSION JUST CARE ABOUT MONEY MONEY MONEY.

All I can say is the reviews below on Alpharooms sum them up. Avoid using them at all cost, we've been waiting four months for a refund an now they've stopped responding to emails.

NIGHTMARE COMPANY Arrived at Hotel only to find out it was closed and had been for 4 weeks previously, Tried to call the emergency number but couldn't get through. Had to book another hotel at my own expense. When i eventually got through the next day i was told i would get a refund, Returned from holiday and was then told (after several telephone calls) to write to customer support. Still no refund. Company using stalling tactics not to refund. Terrible company to deal with. Eventually got refund through credit card company who were excellent. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Still waiting for refund,a very long 30days,. Booked with these for years ,so no loyalty points here, paid for holiday in full in may,still waiting now December. Unfortunately they won't be having me as a customer any more. I know it's not their fault Covid landed,but they have my money and want it back. Any help ?

This is the worst company I have ever used. My holiday was in May, it was cancelled under COVID for obvious reasons. At the time I requested I get a refund and was told that they would not be cancelling my holiday so I wasn’t entitled to a refund. I cancelled my instalments as I was not going to pay for a holiday I wasn’t going on. I emailed numerous customer service agents. Firstly I was told I would not get a refund. Then I was told I would get a refund minus £30 cancellation fee. I was then told I would get a refund minus £30 cancellation fee per person. Then it was risen to £40 per person. I emailed numerous times requesting a manager get in touch. At the time, no customer service phone lines were open. I heard nothing from the company until today 14th December. (My holiday was due to take place exactly 7 months ago.) The agent told me I was entitled to a voucher for alpha rooms. I did not want this as the customer service experience to date has been shocking. I was told firstly I wouldn’t get a refund because the supplier hasn’t given alpha rooms my money back. And then secondly I was told I actually wasn’t getting a refund because I never paid for the holiday in full. So again the story changes as the conversation goes on. Cannot keep up with the lies, misinformation, manipulation and shockingly bad customer service. To date I’ve spoken to maybe 6 “customer service” agents. I will be contacting my bank to request the money be returned as this is against ATOL, ABTA and trade and standards laws. Stay away.

AWFUL DREADFUL EXPERIENCE.No holiday refund due to covid which was paid in full sept 2019. LIE AFTER LIE NO REPILES TO ANY WRITTEN EMAILS . JUST DONT WANT TO COMPLY. NEVER AGAIN
