I had a lodge booked for October 2020, unfortunately my friends wedding was postponed due to COVID to the dates we should have been away on holiday, which meant I wouldn’t be able to go. I called hoseasons to try and move the booking to an available date in another holiday park, I had to call several times in a row to get through to call waiting (as I was getting a busy tone before) and was on hold for just over 2 hours. When I got through I spoke to James who had everything moved over for no fees within a few minutes, very happy we were able to move our booking and delighted that they have changed the payment policy due to COVID meaning our balance is only due 3 weeks before instead of 10. For all the people complaining of the waiting time being too long... they are dealing with millions of people trying to call and change their booking due to unprecedented circumstances this year. Stop being ridiculous. This will be our 6th holiday with them and no complaints.

Hoseasons is against key workers. I have worked through the lockdown and Hoseasons habe now walked all over me. Booked a prestige van for a 2pm check in but this was taken away a mere 5 days before travel. They now state arrrival time is 5pm but no refund, still £400 for 3 days! But those who booked direct with Haven have had their arrival times either left the same or only 1 hour later than normal. Pathetic service.

Awful company, have taken money off us for a property not even ready. Now we can't get hold of anyone to refund us. The bank say they can't do anything until the date we are suppose to go. So that means by the time we get/if a refund we will struggle to book anything else Because in these uncertain times we can't afford to risk losing more money. Absolutely stressed and really feeling so ill over this.

Small claims court is the best way to get their attention. For a small sum you can (mine cost £105) depending on the amount you are claiming take them to small claims. Do not accept their vouchers as if they go bust (and they probably will) your vouchers will be useless. Make sure if you get a settlement from them you get it in writing , and make sure it is by registered mail (it cost them £6.70 to response to my request to put it in writing) I would also make a point of letting the CMA know the trouble you are having with them

Absolutely darned awful company. Admit liability to a Court of Law, dismiss the admission as a mistake , refuse to pay. After raising a second small claims court they paid up. I reckon the CMA must still be on their case. Small claims court is I feel still the best bet as there seems to be less of the fictional "5 star rubbish” showing up on the site from the RFRG (‘Random Fake Number Generator”) they seem to be using to magically convert "one star” into "five stars!"

The WORST customer service ever. DO NOT BOOK FULL STOP. We have used hoseseasons and like alot of people spent thousands with them. We booked a luxury lodge in Penvale Lakes Lodges starting 10th July, we were informed two days ago that it had been cancelled, we then booked the same lodge for the following week, and had to pay an additional £234, we spoke to the general manager a wonderful guy at the penvale lakes lodges who completely understood and said he would honour the original price, he sent us an email confirming this, but have been on the phone for the past 4 days night and day, sent emails after emails no one bothers to respond. Wil never ever book again, im noe relying 100% on the general manager to try and get my refund back. They don't realise the impact this has one a families budget/income. Its disgusting how they can get away with it!, each and every legitimate review is 1 STAR and thats because we have to give them something or we cannot comment.

Read all about it! New RFRG Generator now in use at Hoseasons. Updated 13 hours ago Dear Ms Brown, In response to Amaze Legal Team letter sent by email five days ago by registered post and signed by your "legal representative", Without admitting liability! That's a good one!, you’re the one who signed the Statement of Truth from the Small claims court! which said “I admit everything!" Who is your Amaze Legal representative? Their name was not on the letter. Is that because the Legal Representatives are trying to distance themselves from the Hoseasons “Brand"? I suppose that they still have to be employable in the future? The letters you send don't mean a "whole hill of 'clucking beans' if your customers cannot read the name of the Legal Representative. I was always taught it was polite to type the names of signatories on business letters. It could be Donald Trump signing your letters ( and probably is) for all I know! It would appear that whoever sends these letters out on behalf of Hoseasons is unaware of business etiquette! I suppose that as you do not typically get back to customers phone calls, don't answer emails, and have no respect for long-standing customers, this should be of no surprise! This is typical of your careless, bad-mannered approach conducting “business”! A textbook place of how not to treat your customers if you want to remain in business. The fake reviews continue to roll in!. Hoseasons must have purchased a 'Random Fake Review Generator'? it is known as an RFRG to those in the trade. If you have a "One star reputation" it randomly generates positive reviews and “magically”posts them on Trustpilot so that your ratings can be falsely elevated to "Five stars" with the intent of attracting those who lack any ability to realise when they are being duped into parting with their hard earned cash. If you take the Vouchers and drive miles for a holiday , what are you going to do with everywhere shut down. I wouldn’t rely on Hoseasons “Holiday insurance” we have all seen its “True value” 50% of 8u99er all! This explains the lack of imagination in their “contrived” 5 star reviews and why they all use the same speech patterns and grammatical errors. Some of the comments on Trustpilot giving you five star reviews would in reality never be five stars in a million light years. Does anyone out there give people five star reviews after being repeatedly ignored, mislead and not living up to the promises Hoseasons have made. I don't believe that people are so forgiving. The "kiss and make up” aren’t we the best image is totally unconvincing. Ever heard the expression, ‘You don't get a second chance to make a good first impression?' Incidentally, I have also copied this review to the CMA once again, who are currently investigating Hoseasons Refund ‘antics'

Absolutely disgusted with this company, after trying for weeks with constant phonecalls and emailing to cancel our holiday, they still took the full balance at £600 2 days ago for a holiday we had cancelled weeks previously. Left us with no money at all and still No contact at all from them. Fraud team at the bank has issued an investigation. Will never use again

This website differs considerably to the fake 5 star reviews posted on Trustpilot. They are obviously not posting fake reviews to this site. I suspect they are putting all of their energy into trying to elevate Trustplot scores by posting their Fake reviews their. Anyone using this site should consider flagging all of the 5 star reviews on Trustpilot that are obviously being place to repair the bad publicity they have generated. Dont let them get away with this!

Had a holiday cancelled in May due to corona virus, on website said book same holiday same time next year and would price match, what did they do, took an extra £130 off my credit card straight away. Trying to get it back for weeks, requested a call back, got a call back as they thought I wanted to rebook, spoke to customer service, who agreed to refund the extra money they took, was told it would be in my account within 5 days, what’s happened nothing, this was almost 3 weeks ago, still haven’t got any money refunded, asked for a call back, quoted refund, no call back. Tried emailing, phoning, impossible they don’t answer emails and you can’t get through on the phone.Best bit is they have taken the money off my online booking, but they have not paid it into my account. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Hoseasons Integrity / Trust? Has it taken this long for you to catch on to their games. Any company that posts”invited” 5 star reviews on Trustpilot is not beyond feathering their own nests! Hoseasons, Integrity and Trust, three words that are incompatable!

This website says it all really. They only have one star reviews because we have to give them one star to complain! Doing themselves no favours whatsoever!

DO NOT BOOK WITH HOSEASONS! I have booked twice with them - back for a trip in may 2020 but obviously due to COVID-19 they offered to move it. Fine ok. But now it's booked to a new date which I wish to amend and ask about this price match they say, original booking £30 deposit, new booking £200 deposit and £250 times more expensive!! I have now emailed them, contacted them through their website contact form, facebook messaged them to which they now refuse to respond and I'm now currently on my 2nd day of being on hold to them - currently sitting and 1 hour 25 minutes on hold...... I would AVOID this company with a bargepole! They obviously don't understand the concept of customer service or to even be decent human beings.
