“I ordered an item two weeks ago and have spent most of this week trying to cancel it as it is still 'processing' and I can't wait any longer. They also lie on their website and say they don't take payment until the order is dispatched but they took my money on the day I placed the order. Eventually, today they have told me it is too late to cancel as it has conveniently moved to the warehouse. I now have no choice but to wait for it for eventually arrive, return it in my own time, pay for the return and wait for it to be processed before I will see my refund! It is still with them and I don't think I will ever get the item or my money back!
I will never use them again.”

“I'm not sure who is scamming in this company, but someone clearly is. 3 times this year I've ordered multiple items, been sent less than what I ordered, and nothing is done. Even with concrete proof in the form of the actual weights and dimensions of the boxes that FedEx records making it impossible for all the items to be in the box - they don't do anything. I have to resort to doing multiple credit card chargebacks each and every time. No effort is made on their end to have someone actually look at the evidence and see that they aren't shipping what they say they are. If it happens one time - sure it could be a mistake. But 3 times out of 6 orders? That's not a mistake - that's theft and no one at iWoot/Zavvi cares whatsoever.”

“I ordered goods on the 16th Oct. I wrote a month later asking when they would be dispatched. They took several days to figure out where the goods where. Eventually they gave up and decided to declare it lost (I suspect it was never dispatched but they didn’t want to admit that).
Then they kept saying they would get back to me, or they will send them. It is now over a week later - no goods have been dispatched but they are not giving a refund either. The goods are gifts for my children and now will not arrive in time. They seem completely un-phased. So so terrible.”

“Not got much faith in this company now. I'm a first time customer and pre ordered a monopoly set back in May. The estimated delivery time was the middle of August but after waiting two weeks after the deadline I decided to contact them. It took me days to finally manage to go onto live chat because even though it says their customer opening hours are 9am-6pm monday to friday, they were always offline. I finally got through to someone and was told that their shipment hadn't arrived but they will keep me updated. Still nothing and it still says it is in the processing stage. Again live chat is offline so sent an email to cancel. It was supposted to be a birthday present which I know is not going to get here in time. So I got to find the money and look for something else now. I will keep on at them until I get my money back but reading alot of these reviews I am not hopeful it is going to be straight forward. I am not impressed at all especially as a first time customer and I will definately not be recommending them to anyone.”
“I ordered a blanket and two other items as part of a 3 for 20 deal. The delivery was a week late but that didn’t bother me. They sent me the two smaller items and told me that the blanket (which was the main reason I ordered; it was a big discount and in retrospect it feels like it was meant as a “bait” article) wasn’t available at the moment. For months I kept asking where the blanket was (they had already taken the money off my account) and they kept telling me they would send it eventually and I should be patient. After almost half a year, they said the blanket was available again but they needed me to transfer them ~35 pounds to receive it. When I complained and said it was already paid for, they simply cancelled my order. I never got my money back and they keep saying I never paid, although I send them PROOF that the money was taken off my account.
There’s no phone number to call and you can’t reply to their emails. Every time I email them, I get a very unhelpful standard response and there’s no way to just reply and have a continuous conversation. You need to send a message from their website each time + keep getting a different customer service person who doesn’t know what’s going on.
The website is fun and cute but it’s NOT worth the stress. Please put your money somewhere else.”

“Not bad unless you have to return stuff which it seems with this company you have to do 90% of the time. They also sell your data so you get spam emails. Avoid like the plague. Plenty of other similar geek stores out there that value their customers and have some level of customer service.”

I ordered a new slushy machine, I decided to cancel it within an hour of purchansing. There is no way to change your mind once Payment is Processed. I finally got a hold of someone there three days later and they said sorry it’s already in shipping which was a lie that I could see through tracking.
Received the machine from them, it was broken and falling apart, and now there’s no way to communicate with this company. Don’t buy anything from here. What a mess”
