Left a review on Trust Pilot. All reviews shocking. IWWOT replied saying they would like to sort it out but haven't. Told me I could contact Customer Services - you can't. Told me I could do Live chat you can't. I want my order or a refund. How do I get either? My 3 grandsons will be disappointed this Christmas!!! No present!

These guys are sketchy to deal with. Avoid at all cost. Ordered two items and only received one. Been chasing customer services for over a month and they keep closing my case. Really shady operation. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I ordered prints and a door mat 5 WEEKS AGO and i am still waiting for my order. IWOOT state 2-3 days for standard delivery this is cleary untrue. Customer services are absolutely rubbish and just send scripted answers 'we are working around the clock' 'we have every intention of fulfilling your order ASAP' 'we cant give dispatch date' etc etc etc. The company are still advertising the same delivery times and its completely misleading and unfair to consumers. I would not recommend this company.

As per several reviews placed order advised dispatch within 2 days, 10 days later still in processing with automated standard emails from customer service. Going to have to look at alternative Christmas present as this was being sent on to someone. Wish I'd read these reviews...

4 weeks on from ordering, can’t speak with anyone apart from email via Facebook. Lame excuses, still fighting to get some of my ‘in stock and ready to go’ items! They blame HERMES delivery but it’s actually not Hermes fault! Just buy elsewhere. I will never ever use this company ever again.

Absolutely useless. Do not use them. I ordered a gift on 11 November which was supposed to be delivered "5-7 days later". I am still waiting! Have tried to cancel the order and they said they would try to refund me but couldn't guarantee to as my order was possibly in dispatch. But accessing my account it is still "processing". Is review as I haven't received it and there is no way to complete the questions.

Do not bother ordering from this company. Ordered on the 17th Nov. Had a dispatch email and tracking number, except the tracking says they are still awaiting the parcel from IWOOT. IWOOT says it’s dispatched. Fair enough, might be an error. This is where the issues occur: It’s nearly impossible to contact their customer services team. No phone number on the website just a simple contact form. Replies from the contact form are from a no reply address, so you cannot respond or answer any questions. So when I log an issue explaining my problem, they reply back saying it’s dispatched and to check tracking. They don’t want to hear the issue and won’t let you respond back to say it hasn’t been dispatched! Things go wrong I get that. But I simply cannot recommend ordering from a company that has zero intention of offering support or assistance when there is an issue. Almost to the point of deliberately making it difficult to contact them.

Ordered gifts 6 weeks ago , still no delivery confirmation. Everytime I got in touch they kept saying coming next week it’s in stock but dispatch issue ..., it was until I wrote review someone for in touch with me to say they are working on with highest priority. A week later I still have no dispatch confirmation. Items refunded but I’ll never know if I am going to receive these items. Such a shame - very poor customer service and poor communication with operations team. How an item is in stock for 6 weeks but not dispatched is a bit mind blowing. Please do not order from here is you are expecting delivery within 6 weeks

Ordered an item that was 'in stock' 2 weeks ago I contacted them to ask where it was, they explained they had a mix up on orders and will arrive in a week, low and behold no item, contacted them again and it would be another month before I would receive it. Cancelled the item straight away as they are quick enough to take the money off you without the products, be aware of this website, awaiting refund still.

Wish i had read all this before I ordered! First parcel I received was soaked in fluids that smelt like petrol, next one came complete with foot print where it was stood on. Third package came over two months late smashed into a dozen pieces. Shockingly bad communication billed for products two months before they were received. This company will not last long. AVOID!

Appalling. Paid for an item with standard delivery. Arrived late so returned it. Their t&cs clearly state that postage is refunded but it wasn’t. Contacted customer service and over the course of a month received different messages advising different things from SEVEN different people, none of which read the history of the issue and kept supplying me a link to their policy for non return of return postage. Two different things but they’re failing to grasp that. Very passive aggressive emails asking if they can help further when clearly they have no intention of helping or supplying me my tightly owed outward postage. Avoid buying from this company. Cheap product and even cheaper “customer service” team.

I recently placed an order for a few items for Christmas. The web site stated that all new customers would recieve a 15% welcome discount by entering a code. After adding the items to my basket I entered the discount code which didn't work, the web site said I needed to create an account which again I did thinking that the discount would be applied, it never did and payment went through. I therefore contacted Customer Services who were very unhelpful. They said the discount didn't apply to the items I ordered however this was not made clear on the website. New customers be aware do not order from this company, they are not to be trusted and Customer Service is extremely poor. When my items arrive I have asked for my account to be deleted as I will not be ordering from them again.

Awful site, an absolute joke. Placed an order over a month ago and still no items received or updates. Contacted customer services numerous times to be told the same every time that I would have to just basically wait!! Asked if I could cancel the order instead but was told I couldn't as it was in the processing stage!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY

I was given a discount code for signing to news letter . I then spent £200 didn’t get discount and boxes were damaged on arrival . My son wanted to keep boxes as a collectible.

Horrendous customer service. Money taken out of my account 3 weeks ago, no goods received. No tracking number or carrier information. Now they are saying it’s been dispatched and did someone else in the house take delivery? I live with my 6 year old son so no . Then they asked if a neighbour had it? No. No car through my door either. I think they are scammers . It was Lego and I don’t think they have any stock but used the sort after Lego as an advertising pull. I shall be persuing as fraud through small claims. Stay away from this company!

Paid for a product, was sent an email indicating item had an exception in delivery. When i contacted the support team i was given the run around, asked to fill in forms and refill forms because they lacked information which wasn't specific enough. Tried to get a refund instead of a redelivery and was told warehouse must update order before refund could be issued. Lots of delays. Wonder what they are doing with my money while i wait?

What rubbish service. I ordered wireless earphones on Friday 25th September, the website saying available for despatch. 7 days later, i am chasing this company to be told the item was not in stock. Definitely would not use IWOOT again, i paid through Clearpay and have advised them of my experience too.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE- AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE- I ordered 4 mugs on the 13th of september, after numerous emails and responses telling me they *will be dispatched soon* and them not being dispatched, paypal refunded me. However today, I recieved a parcel containing two mugs ( i ordered 4!) It would be great, if the mugs that were sent were actually what I ordered. One cup came smashed to bits and another mug arrived that was completely different to anything i ordered (I ordered rare dunne style mugs, and i was sent a super mario) I wish I had looked at all the bad reviews over the internet before purchasing from these bunch of duds.

I wish I had read the reviews, before, even buying off this website, bought items off this company, and more than a week later, still nothing, I messaged the customer service team as there doesn't seem to be a number, which I can see, customer service just keeps telling me that, the warehouse team and dispatch team have not gotten back to them, so therefore they can't give me an estimated date for which the order will be dispatched, and, I can't cancel items as its in the process of being dispatched, absolutely a sham of a company, they just keep fobbing me off, I'm sure I'll not see my items at all and money will be lost, absolutely a joke. STAY AWAY DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY

Their customer service is set up so that no claim following complaints can ever reach completion, on purpose. I had a problem with an order which arrived damaged so I wrote a message to customer service (no telephone number on the site, and the chat option is permanently "unavailable"), and they answered the same day, saying that they would grant me 15% off my next purchase, but that I was to confirm that I accepted that: of course, at that point I found out that there is no way to answer a message from customer service, so I could not confirm that I accepted, and they knew that full well. I tried again the following day, writing a new message (that was the only option) and explaining the situation: I then got another message from the same person, who proceeded asking me to write to him again, this time to confirm the order number (I had given him that info the previous day), which meant that we were back to square one: he asked me to answer the message, knowing that there was no way that I could. This is obviously done on purpose so that the customer can never get a complaint through. This is actually vicious, as they give you the impression that they have a customer service, and that they care about your complaints, but it is all done so that no complaints ever reaches completion.
