I rang them up to enquire about an Raleigh E bike for sale. They usually do price match so I Asked if they could match the main dealer at Raleigh who advertised the same model / type for £200 less. They basically said they weren’t price matching anymore as everyone seemed to want a bike and they could charge what they liked. GREEDY GREEDY. You reap what you sow. Very disappointed

I have had six bikes from Tredz over the years, one with some cosmetic damage for which I received ample compensation. No problems with their services

Absolutely shocking customer service, avoid this company. After ten days which they did mention would take to deliver my new bike. But as I waited on the stated delivery day and it never arrived. I manage to get it later from TNT at a local sorting office 48 hours later. As I work away and wasn’t going to be home for the next few days and no one able to receive delivery for me at home I had to make arrangements to somehow get it redelivered, Tredz Were completely on contactable never replied to any emails never replied to my calls or rang me the live chat is just generic messages I actually have another order which I’m still waiting on From then again no communication no contact don’t know when it’s gonna arrive the tracking number they gave me doesn’t match any tracking number with Royal mail so I expect to find it on my doorstep when I get home do not order from this site jokers. were completely on contactable never replied to any emails never replied to my calls or rang me the live chat is just generic messages I actually have another order which I’m still waiting on from them again no communication no contact don’t know when it’s gonna arrive the tracking number they gave me doesn’t match any tracking number with Royal mail so I expect to find it on my doorstep when I get home do not order from this site jokers

Bought bike very expensive and a child's set it up everything I've had to re adjusted myself I've even had to take it to a bike shop as the broke it while setting it up I'm extremely unhappy with them and they won't even reply to my emails never I say never use them there a shocking company!!

Absolutely shocking customer service, ordered a bike and V12 credit 10 days ago, contacted Tredz today for an update and was told bike was no longer available and no alternative was available. If I hadn't contacted them I still wouldn't know. They didn't want to help the situation and a waste of time, I will never deal with them again and would not recommend Tredz to anybody. Disgusting experience

Ordered items on the 25th April 2020. No update or goods arrived by the 9th May 2020. Their competitors: Chainreaction took 2 days delivery Merlin cycles took 3 days Superstar components 2 days. Their website blames the virus and ask you not to get in touch. I think tredz have forgotten that bike riders want and need there stuff in days not weeks. Get with it tredz ir you will lose all your customers

This companies business model must rely on the single sale in most cases. As previous reviews, they don't know how to communicate, which should be a basic customer service standard. Now, it is acceptable to assume during difficult times that delays may occur, but as they have a record, as shown here, this is just another excuse used to cover up their low baseline standards. Have only placed one order with them, told that it was shipped, but their own website says it was not. Summary, will never use them again. Odd that the virus analogy works, you only get the same cold once..

Well I guess these reviews say it all, you cannot review on their site either as they won’t publish any negative reviews. Me, i paid £5600 for a Haibike 8.0, came damaged, Customer care was shocking, warranty department Alex is a complete lier and also tried to palm me off with a £250 voucher i had to spend with them, i lost that with my day off work i wasted chasing them on my delivery day. Took 3 days to get an answer out of arrogant Alex. They have lost another sale due to this incident as my pay was getting the same bike.............dream bike experience completely ruined!!!

Shocking company! I ordered a turbo trainer which Tredz advises would be 2/3 days. After waiting a week I called and was informed that this had been out of stock and would be 3 months! They didn’t even have the decency to inform me of the delay! also had a pair of glasses with 1/2 days delivery which I’ve just been told they will arrive in 10 day, a full week after placing my order! I ordered a set of lights from Wiggle on the Saturday, delivered on Sunday! Will never use this company again and was grieved yo even award 1 star!

Would never use again! I ordered a set of SKS mudguards, all the screws and fixtures were just chucked in the delivery box, the manufacturer's packaging was damaged and it had clearly been returned by someone else. Two off the nuts were missing and the guards were scuffed. I emailed to advise them of the problem and had no reply for 2 weeks. I don't think they care about the industry or their customers.

Avoid. They would rather go to the expense of couriering my whole bike back and inconvenience me leaving me without a bike for weeks than pay my local bike shop a few quid to help solve a small problem with the forks. I'll never use Tredz again, in fact I'm unlikely to trust buying a bike online from anywhere again.

Everytime I use this company there's problem and a lack of care from customer service can take month to sort problems out. I have made some large purchases in the past. I will never be using them again!

Bought a pair of gloves and shorts for my other half. Gloves were returned as too small. Cost me £2.49 to purchase a returns label. The courier lost the return so my refund was delayed until they found it. When the refund finally arrived they had removed the discount from the order. Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with so will not be using them again and will warn other club members of my experience. Avoid them!

price match promise is a joke...............never ever been able to match any item I have ever requested a price match on? why bother advertising it if your not willing to stand by it? may as well advertise it as a non price match, price you see is the price you pay!!! saves wasting time

I ordered 2 tyres for my cx bike 700c x 47mm, they sent 26 x 1.75 I contacted them re the matter, they were very apologetic and said they would send replacements within 7 days!, 10 days later no replacement tyres. A further phone call and the sent them out the same day 2 days later another set of 26 x 1.75 tyres arrived. Their excuse... it must be the supplier! Surely when you receive goods you should check its correct prior to sending to the customer. Refund!!

Delivery time is very poor with tredz most decent companies nowadays get things out to you within 2 working days tredz are more like 5 working days

Avoid! Their customer service is appalling. A simple fault with the shocks means I can't lock them out. Rather than send a replacement part or pay for my local bike shop to deal with the warranty issue, they would rather put me through the inconvenience of arranging for my whole bike to go back to them. And as they cant even service the part themselves they will still have to send it on further to SRAM. A company that should be supporting cycling has left me without a bike for at least a week, more likely 3 once they have messed me about with pick up and delivery slots that suit them. I have learned, pay more, go local!
