Disgraceful service and rude drivers and a non existent cutomer service. Dont know this company has survived for the time it has. Would highly NOT recommend and would never use again. Companies like this should be able to serve the innocent members of the public, nothing more than a useless fraudulent waste of space!

Arrived earlier than expected but kept informed along the way, driver very helpful, I was worried when I seen the reviews but I was very happy with the service, easy five stars.

absolute joke, how is this company still going and why do suppliers use them, text message on friday to say my parcel was being delivered between 8:50 to 10:50am monday so i had to take the day off work to be in for it, it never arrived by 1:00pm so i tried phoning them to be told it has to be the sender who phones, contacted the sender who is in china and no reply, now the tracking still shows its being delivered at the same times, what do they expect people to do when they have to go to work, now its anyones guess when it will be delivered and no one will be home as im not staying off work again.

He also said he would not be disconnecting the copper line. I said he had to haul away and connect my fridge. He said he did not work for Lowes that he was his own contractor and that he could do what he wanted and he drove away with my new fridge. I took the day off for this. Informed they collected my parcel on the 8th, attempted delivery on the 10th with no communication or anything. Left a card with no details on it, tried to rebook delivery through seller for 13th , today is 15th im still Waiting, received email from seller saying they will deliver this afternoon but its now 17:53 no communication or anything. I have been sitting in my house i need to go shopping i cant even do that because i have to wait for delivery that i dont know when will happen.. im totally disgusted to be honest!!

Shocking! Delivery postponed by 2 days and on next delivery day nobody arrived, they only use email to send notification. Costomer service sending you to seller 🤣 Just a joke.

I tracked my parcel through the day so was able to know when it would arrive and ensure I was home for delivery. The 2 guys who delivered it were brilliant carried it right into my living room no bother - very good service

My first order from the range got lost by xdp. Cancelled order with the range and reordered... Due out for delivery today 36 days after initial purchase.. used the tracking app and followed the delivery on my street. I then got an email with a photo from the top of my street stating 'cant find address'.!! USELESS COMPANY as all other reviews

As I write, I am sat no less than 2 DAYS in to waiting delivery of a bed frame. All attempts to make contact with the company are futile and their Live Chat does not connect. It is a disgrace. I am going to wait until the end of today but will cancel order if it is not delivered today!

Delivery person arrived and stated they would not be taking away my old fridge even though I paid for haul away. He said his truck was too full and he had to go to Smithfield. I said he had to take it away and he said a Lowe's truck could come haul it away. He also said he would not be disconnecting the copper line. I said he had to haul away and connect my fridge. He said he did not work for Lowes that he was his own contractor and that he could do what he wanted and he drove away with my new fridge. I took the day off for this. I can't believe Lowes would work with this company.I will probably have to cancel my order and start over with another store.

I should have had my tv delivered on the 21st then I got an update to say that it will be on the 4th .then I got an update saying that it was out for delivery on the 23rd . Stopped in all day. Still no tv . Then today 28 I had a update to say that it was getting delivered today. But still no show . This company is useless.

Every things they do is 48-72 hours, delivery on overnight, 72 hours, (If lucky) tracking down where its been lost; 48-72 hours - email enquiries from a diamond level account with urgent in the subject; 48-72 hours. Those times are at best optimistic, I've timed 76 enquiries, their ETA on delivery is 5 days, for O/N service, even before Christmas, and averaging 7 days for a response. With 45 min call times, and them telling you to 'call back in 48 hours' this results in essentially, 3 days lost work, or custom. But oh, don't worry, they're working on a new system, fond of that line. I'm sorry, they used to be good, I used to be a defender of theirs, and I still value the CS staff, its not them, the communications, and performance of deliveries from them to literally anyone else, even in the same building, seem beyond flawed, with little concern except from the front line staff - Emerald team, you rock; but try to find a better company to work for, you're all wasted there.

I watched the van drive by without slowing down outside my house as it was tracking and then got a photo of a junction of 2 roads as if to say it has been delivered. The courier number to call comes back as invalid, the customer services number says number changed call other number and then that number has an electronic voice which says services and hangs up. I can't find a way to contact anyone about this so I've reported it to the company I ordered the goods from.

I have lost two day work and cancelled three days plans, to enable this awful company to deliver my chair. Wayfair should stop using them if they want any customers left! Nine weeks and still no sign….two separate orders, both lost in warehouse…..still no delivery. Avoid the free delivery offer…..you will pay in mental stress and days work lost 😡. I can’t add photo or video as both my orders never arrived!

NO STARS - FAULTY TRACKING APP - FAULTY INFORMATION REGARDIND DELIVERY TIMES - PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVES - NO OTHER OTPIONS FOR A DIFFERENT COURIER AS THE COMPANIES ARE CONTRACTED TO THEM - ITEM WILL NEVER ARRIVE - NPO CONTACT NUMBER FOR THE PUBLIC - SHOPPIUNG COMPANY CANNOT RING THEM FOR YOU EITHER - MANY WEEKS WAITING FOR SOMETHING THAT NEVER ARRIVES AND THEN TO GETA REFUND. HOPE THE COMPANY GOES BUST QUICKLY

Shocking company. Tried to deliver on a date it wasn't supposed to be delivered. Now has had my mattress for over a week with no attempt at re delivery. Don't answer calls, don't reply to emails don't speak in chat. AVIOD.!!!

Promised doorstep delivery, Joke. Would leave 0 if I could. The driver (on his own) needed me to help him unload 9 packages up to 35kg in weight, he tried to leave the last 2 35kg packages on the public footpath & walk off. I had to shout him back to help me to the front door, which he did after giving me a filthy look. Very poor service, worst ever courier company.

We also have cctv and motion detectors on our drive and front door which show nothing. I’ve tried to contact them by phone and e-mail to no avail. XDP e-mailed at 09.21 to say delivery would be between 10.29 and 12.29. Then an e-mail 8 minutes later to say delivery at 09.29 unsuccessful, which was an outright lie as I was working on my front door all morning. We also have cctv and motion detectors on our drive and front door which show nothing. I’ve tried to contact them by phone and e-mail to no avail. I’ve been reading reviews of this company and they’re horrific. If your vendor uses this delivery company don’t buy !!
