Why you may well ask due to the feedback they receive IF THEY BOTHER TO READ THEM, why do they not change delivery company? who are XDP anyway,never heard of them before, what does it stand for, it could be Xpertly Dumped / Damaged Parcels?
To contact the company the phone number is 08431785555 , BT would charge 22.84p per minute Plus service charge , hoe ever much that is no delivery and being penalised to contact them how do they keep going.
I would also like to know what happened to my delivery that was due 7thApril 4.39-6.39 pm I was in all day so where is it, not only that so many reviewers are in or have been the same position, perhaps we should all start looking on ebay to find our lost /dumped goods as things do not vanish into thin air.
I think we have all learned a very valuable lesson the hard way and that is before placing an order with ANY company, find out who the delivery firm is they use, I think we know who to AVOID but a bit of time researching will save a lot of grief.
I contacted the firm I ordered with and have cancelled my order due to some of the horrific reviews I read on this company.

I’ve been waiting for my reclining chair for my mums Mother’s Day presents, I had a messaged today saying I was next to be delivered BUT prior to that I didn’t even know it was been delivered today, so I rushed home from work. I received a code to sign so that’ the driver can scan it when he arrived. I waited and waited the tracker showed he was just a few minutes away so I waited and waited !! Then I received a photo of the recliner in the box ( bit strange WHY) I don’t want a photo I want my mums chair that I have paid in full for!!!!! Nope it still didn’t arrive, I sat in my car on the drive in case the driver couldn’t find me ( it’s just a normal house in a normal street ) BUT not chair , driver can’t even say they tried to deliver because I have cctv on my house a blink doorbell and cctv in my back garden !!!!! SO what’s going on XPD ????? You have no right to do this to good people when we pay for our goods to be delivered!!!”

“absolute joke, how is this company still going and why do suppliers use them, text message on friday to say my parcel was being delivered between 8:50 to 10:50am monday so i had to take the day off work to be in for it, it never arrived by 1:00pm so i tried phoning them to be told it has to be the sender who phones, contacted the sender who is in china and no reply, now the tracking still shows its being delivered at the same times, what do they expect people to do when they have to go to work, now its anyones guess when it will be delivered and no one will be home as im not staying off work again.”

He said he did not work for Lowes that he was his own contractor and that he could do what he wanted and he drove away with my new fridge. I took the day off for this. “My first order from the range got lost by xdp. Cancelled order with the range and reordered... Due out for delivery today 36 days after initial purchase.. used the tracking app and followed the delivery on my street. I then got an email with a photo from the top of my street stating 'cant find address'.!! USELESS COMPANY as all other reviews”

All attempts to make contact with the company are futile and their Live Chat does not connect. It is a disgrace.

“Delivery person arrived and stated they would not be taking away my old fridge even though I paid for haul away. He said his truck was too full and he had to go to Smithfield. I said he had to take it away and he said a Lowe's truck could come haul it away. He also said he would not be disconnecting the copper line. I said he had to haul away and connect my fridge. “I should have had my tv delivered on the 21st then I got an update to say that it will be on the 4th .then I got an update saying that it was out for delivery on the 23rd . Stopped in all day. Still no tv . Then today 28 I had a update to say that it was getting delivered today. But still no show . This company is useless.”
“Every things they do is 48-72 hours, delivery on overnight, 72 hours, (If lucky) tracking down where its been lost; 48-72 hours - email enquiries from a diamond level account with urgent in the subject; 48-72 hours. Those times are at best optimistic, I've timed 76 enquiries, their ETA on delivery is 5 days, for O/N service, even before Christmas, and averaging 7 days for a response. With 45 min call times, and them telling you to 'call back in 48 hours' this results in essentially, 3 days lost work, or custom. But oh, don't worry, they're working on a new system, fond of that line. I'm sorry, they used to be good, I used to be a defender of theirs, and I still value the CS staff, its not them, the communications, and performance of deliveries from them to literally anyone else, even in the same building, seem beyond flawed, with little concern except from the front line staff - Emerald team, you rock; but try to find a better company to work for, you're all wasted there.”
“I watched the van drive by without slowing down outside my house as it was tracking and then got a photo of a junction of 2 roads as if to say it has been delivered. The courier number to call comes back as invalid, the customer services number says number changed call other number and then that number has an electronic voice which says services and hangs up.
I can't find a way to contact anyone about this so I've reported it to the company I ordered the goods from.”
