“Delivery person arrived and stated they would not be taking away my old fridge even though I paid for haul away. He said his truck was too full and he had to go to Smithfield. I said he had to take it away and he said a Lowe's truck could come haul it away. He also said he would not be disconnecting the copper line. I said he had to haul away and connect my fridge. He said he did not work for Lowes that he was his own contractor and that he could do what he wanted and he drove away with my new fridge. I took the day off for this. I can't believe Lowes would work with this company.I will probably have to cancel my order and start over with another store.”
“I should have had my tv delivered on the 21st then I got an update to say that it will be on the 4th .then I got an update saying that it was out for delivery on the 23rd . Stopped in all day. Still no tv . Then today 28 I had a update to say that it was getting delivered today. But still no show . This company is useless.”
“Every things they do is 48-72 hours, delivery on overnight, 72 hours, (If lucky) tracking down where its been lost; 48-72 hours - email enquiries from a diamond level account with urgent in the subject; 48-72 hours. Those times are at best optimistic, I've timed 76 enquiries, their ETA on delivery is 5 days, for O/N service, even before Christmas, and averaging 7 days for a response. With 45 min call times, and them telling you to 'call back in 48 hours' this results in essentially, 3 days lost work, or custom. But oh, don't worry, they're working on a new system, fond of that line. I'm sorry, they used to be good, I used to be a defender of theirs, and I still value the CS staff, its not them, the communications, and performance of deliveries from them to literally anyone else, even in the same building, seem beyond flawed, with little concern except from the front line staff - Emerald team, you rock; but try to find a better company to work for, you're all wasted there.”
“I watched the van drive by without slowing down outside my house as it was tracking and then got a photo of a junction of 2 roads as if to say it has been delivered. The courier number to call comes back as invalid, the customer services number says number changed call other number and then that number has an electronic voice which says services and hangs up.
I can't find a way to contact anyone about this so I've reported it to the company I ordered the goods from.”

The driver (on his own) needed me to help him unload 9 packages up to 35kg in weight, he tried to leave the last 2 35kg packages on the public footpath & walk off. I had to shout him back to help me to the front door, which he did after giving me a filthy look. Very poor service, worst ever courier company.”

“XDP e-mailed at 09.21 to say delivery would be between 10.29 and 12.29. Then an e-mail 8 minutes later to say delivery at 09.29 unsuccessful, which was an outright lie as I was working on my front door all morning. Even when you are in all week & every day like myself, they have your phone number, the lovely Ebay seller emails them, gives them your number, they tell the Ebay seller, they are coming the next day...they never arrive, they don't call, give an estimated time slot of of 2 hours for delivery, on the following day, arrive early by 2 hours so they say, you pay for workmen to be waiting on your item already days late anyway (BY THEM ) then they tell you they tried to deliver.................HOWEVER my private road is with CCTV and a sensor alarm straight to the house, THEY WERE NEVER HERE!

“I had a text on the 12th of October to say 1 of my mattresses will be delivered that day, (I ordered 3 mattresses) it came on the 12th. The day after (so the 13th of October) I had text messages saying my other two mattresses will be delivered that day, I waited in all day and night and nothing came, I went onto the tracking and it said delivered when thry didn't deliver them, then an hour later I got a text saying I was next for them to be delivered which makes no sense. It's now the 18th and still no delivery and no way of contacting them, I've tried phone but doesn't work, I tried emails they ignore them, I tried live chat and says no one is available for live chat. will never order from anyone using this company again.”
“Shocking delivery business!!! Ordered £1,000 worth of Bathroom Wall Panels and bits online with B&Q. The panels are made by Aquadry, who quickly sent the order to XDP courier hub. We were issued a tracking number, order shouldve been delivered on 6th of Oct, we were still waiting on the 10th and our concern was that the tracking showed it was stuck at the hub! Reading what others had written on here got us a bit worried. So we rang XDP directly, the phone cut off each time after 3 tries!.... Job was held up because it wasnt delivered on time!... So hubby rang first point of order and the lady at B&Q was so helpful, It looks like the XDP had their arses kicked!... B&Q rang us back assuring us it would be delivered as an emergency, only for her we would still be waiting!...
Thing is, we didnt choose XDP to deliver our goods but Aquadry do, they need to be more choosy who delivers their stuff. The driver who delivered, friendly and kind, was not from XDP, he said he has heard XDP are sh*te.”

Knowing that the customer is pregnant and can't lift heavy stuff, he decides to take the parcel back instead of deliver it and help carry this to front door at least.
