“Reading bad reviews about xdp i can say ive had the same bad expereince.
I ordered a bed for my son the first week of January. I order this through wayfair first time using them and may be the last now.
At time of order it said my delivery will be thursday 8th for which i arranged for someone to come round the house to accept it in as i was working, great sorted.
Come friday 3rd i get an email from wayfair to say delivery will now be monday 6th, even better. I cancel my plans for the day and wait in... nothing came! I write an email to the delivery department for my area asking for a date as I havent recieved or heard anything from xdp themselves, still nothing. Go to work tuesday thinking it may still be the thursday its arriving. I get a call 2.54pm from the delivery driver asking for my postcode i explain no one is home to except now and explain the situation. He couldn't give me an answer as he doesnt deal with that side of things. I said ok when can you next deliver he says tomorrow Wednesday 8th, ok great see you then. So i cancel another day of plans and wait in, still have the afternoon left but i tried ringing xdp 3 times this morning to confirm its today its getting delivered and no answer. Ive downloaded the xdp app to track my parcel but its saying its in the depot still! I then call the customer service number for it to say this number is only for suppliers.
I would have to say this is the worst courier service ive ever dealt with and will not be using them again.”
“I received a text message from XDP about my parcel to be deliver at 18:04 to 20:04. I was at home the whole day to receive my other 2 parcels. There was no parcel arrive from XDP the whole afternoon and evening. I received an email at around 21:04 that the driver attempted to deliver my parcel and left a calling card. They email also asking me to call XDP to re-schedule.
I wasted my whole evening waiting.”
“Rude driver, paid for Saturday delivery it arrived on Tuesday, luckily I was home on lunch else would have missed it, was told by driver “don’t deliver on Saturday, not my problem” left parcel upside down despite arrows on packaging, I will no longer buy from companies that use this service. Rang to complain afterwards several times, no answer.”

“Terrible service, really bad communication or zero communication. Ordered a mirror from The Range on 4/12/19. XDP sent me a message on 12/12/19 saying it had been collected by them and would be delivered 12/12/19. What a nightmare, website is useless. No way of contacting XDP. Still no delivery 6/1/2020. !!!!! Have been into the range before Christmas and was told no refund unless I returned the item. !!!! I bought the mirror in store. 5/1/2020 eventually The Range SAY they will refund my payment as they have now received the mirror back to their depot. God knows where it has been. NEVER EVER will I order online if XDP is going to deliver.”

“In my 18 years of shopping online and having had all manners of couriers on my doors. This is by far the worst courier service ever. No adjectives do justice to the height of incompetence and lassez faire attitude with this company. And the reason they keep getting away with this ridiculousness is because we are the end users and not the clients who use them to get orders across to customers. Useless app, clueless customer service...absolutely despicable. And I will be leaving an undiluted feedback in the event my bed ever arrives which is running over a week late now!”
“Had a order from Aldi. That was being delivered by XDP. Very good service .the delivery was a day late due to it being misrouted but I had a call from the manager Darren Miller to explain.
The next day I had a text to give me a 2hr window of delivery and the driver called me also to keep me up dated with delivery , this Bridgend Depot 516 was brilliant and the driver who delivered my parcel in Caerphilly cf83 %100”

What a good Company. ,I had a text to give me a 2 hr delivery window and driver also called me 20min before delivery excellent service from this company in Bridgend don’t know why all the bad reviews are on here but It can’t be for the Bridgend Depot”

“Ordered bed from crazy price beds, dispatched 31st dec, said 1 to 2 working days delivery, due thurs 2nd jan, rang crazy beds friday after reading reviews, crazy beds very good and helpful, they spoke to xdp who said they had been let down by an employee and my item will be upgraded to saturday delivery which is today, had the text msg saying out for delivery this morning between 10.05am and 12.05pm, been in all day and oh fancy that no show, will be ringing to cancel my order monday, no way im waiting stupid amounts of time for my sons bed, floors no fun for that long”
“To find out what day your item will be delivered you have to download an app which doesn't work. There is no customer service for deliveries: only for suppliers, so I have no idea when my parcel will arrive. I would wait in to receive it or reschedule if there was any way of doing so. I wouldn't use this service again by choice.”
