“This company is an absolute joke. I have had no correspondence other than a couple of cards through my door. I phoned to try to rearrange delivery and was told that after 15:30 probably wouldn't be possible. I mean what? I work during the day as does my partner so I can't be there before then. It's been over 2 weeks since I placed my order and sadly won't be ordering from the same company again if they use this Disneyland company to deliver. Shocking!”

“The worse company ever! Parcel sent on the 31december FROM Scotland to East Midlands. Is 12 January and I still didn't received my parcel! One huge joke. “One of their vans just dumped two very large cardboard boxes outside my house near Shepherds Bush from a delivery of two beds several miles away delivery number ZDBKNF16478 in Harrow - see attached photo
I called up their number hung on for more than 60 minutes - the voice said I am first in the queue- it said on the website that the cost is 7p per minute for the number I used. The cost of the call - I checked after seeing a warning in a review below was over Ā£40.00 pounds. They allowed my call to keep going after the office was closed. My partner tried while I was still on and the voicemail said the office was shut. I attach the information about the delivery that was made but have removed the recipients name as they were obviously innocent. Disgusting. They are obviously confirmed by the reviews below TERRIBLE and DISHONEST!!

I ordered a bed on groupon which said 5 working days delivery. Came after 12. On top of that i needed to know the date it was delivered so someone could be in to receive the bed. Nothing.
Its impossible to get through to them to find out anything so bad to go through Groupon who were equally as unhelpful.
On the day my bed was delivered i received a text. Luckily i was at home but if i was at work what would i have done! If i had the option of choosing a delivery courier i would not have chosen this one. Do not use.”

Packages had been sat at depot for days so I contacted management and got a reply the same night advising the 2 items would be delivered the next day.
The next morning I got a text and email with time slot. During the day i checked the tracking and it had shown as being back at the depot so i called the regional manager Jamie as his number was on the email i received, Jamie was very polite and apologetic and was on his way to the depot at that point and said he would call me back in 30mins.
While I was waiting a call back I had a knock at the door xdp driver with 1 box, when I asked him if he had the other box he just shrugged his shoulders, just after that Jamie called me back and advised me the other box had been missed and still at the depot but will get it delivered tomorrow.
The second package was delivered as promised and called back by jamie the regional manager as promised.

“I can honestly say that if wayfair continue to use XDP they will lose a hell of a lot of customers. Tracking is awful, parcel is 5 days late, finally got a delivery time last night and it didn't show up. Had no email or text to apologise. I have now cancelled the order and will ensure to never use a company that uses XDP to deliver their parcels. Their one star rating is 1 star to many in my opinion.”

“Have you all checked your phone charges for your calls to said customer services or depots. Ā£30 for 2 phone calls to be hung up on twice after 20 minutes. Fuming is an under statement. I will not be calling to reschedule Groupon can deal with it. I had not been notified of reject delivery no emails or confirmation of this only by self tracking to notice parcel been returned”
“A positive internet shopping experience requires 3 elements to be in place: a good product, a good supplier and a good delivery process. In this case the product seems good in terms of use and value and the supplier was generally helpful in terms of support. However, the delivery company, XDP, polluted the whole experience. The bed was delivered as two parcels. XDP split these for no understandable reason and the slats were delivered without the remainder of the bed. XDP claimed that Royal Comfort Furniture had only sent the slats. This was denied by the supplier. A clue as to the dishonesty of the delivery company was that the slats arrived 2 hours after the scheduled time slot but the driver marked this on the tracker as arriving 3 hours earlier so that the schedule was āmetā. Two days later the rest is delivered, again 2 hours beyond delivery slot. This is a delivery company that is clearly not fit for purpose, poorly serving its customers who may well have to waste time, energy and money chasing up the (non-) delivery of ferociously wild geese.”

“Reading bad reviews about xdp i can say ive had the same bad expereince.
I ordered a bed for my son the first week of January. I order this through wayfair first time using them and may be the last now.
At time of order it said my delivery will be thursday 8th for which i arranged for someone to come round the house to accept it in as i was working, great sorted.
Come friday 3rd i get an email from wayfair to say delivery will now be monday 6th, even better. I cancel my plans for the day and wait in... nothing came! I write an email to the delivery department for my area asking for a date as I havent recieved or heard anything from xdp themselves, still nothing. Go to work tuesday thinking it may still be the thursday its arriving. I get a call 2.54pm from the delivery driver asking for my postcode i explain no one is home to except now and explain the situation. He couldn't give me an answer as he doesnt deal with that side of things. I said ok when can you next deliver he says tomorrow Wednesday 8th, ok great see you then. So i cancel another day of plans and wait in, still have the afternoon left but i tried ringing xdp 3 times this morning to confirm its today its getting delivered and no answer. Ive downloaded the xdp app to track my parcel but its saying its in the depot still! I then call the customer service number for it to say this number is only for suppliers.
I would have to say this is the worst courier service ive ever dealt with and will not be using them again.”
“I received a text message from XDP about my parcel to be deliver at 18:04 to 20:04. I was at home the whole day to receive my other 2 parcels. There was no parcel arrive from XDP the whole afternoon and evening. I received an email at around 21:04 that the driver attempted to deliver my parcel and left a calling card. They email also asking me to call XDP to re-schedule.
I wasted my whole evening waiting.”
“Rude driver, paid for Saturday delivery it arrived on Tuesday, luckily I was home on lunch else would have missed it, was told by driver ādonāt deliver on Saturday, not my problemā left parcel upside down despite arrows on packaging, I will no longer buy from companies that use this service.
