“Ordered things and never got any of them. No updates on where they were or anything. Called to see if something could be some and the person the on the phone hung up in my face. Terrible.”
“If I could give a negative star rating I would. I bought a product, did not like it. Returned it, now I have $100 invested, just wanted a different product. They received the return kept it and never replaced it. I will never use this company ever again!”
“I use to always order from Adam and Eve well no longer! This order was supposed to arrive today and so I decided to contact them. Mind you I’ve already had to contact them about delivery several times bc they never sent me the tracking number. I contacted them today and am told the order was rejected?!? This is the second time. I’ve waited for over a month and finally decided to request for a refund. I don’t recommend ordering from this company you’ll never receive your package!”
“Ordered through their texts to get discount and free items it claimed. I received the discount but ZERO free items. The local adult store gives out tons of free samples on stuff. Avoid Adam and Eve and shop local. This place is a rip off.”
“Had an expensive package that went missing from Adam and eve, I call customer support because I was getting no help via email let's just say customer service is so rude to paying customers, the lady literally thought she put me on hold while speaking to another agent calling me a liar and other names and when I let her know I heard everything she denied like I did not just hear what she said. The email customer service is no better they are just as rude, this company does not care for its customers and will fight tooth and nail to issue a refund even though you had purchased package insurance.”
“I placed an order on the site and entered my correct billing and shipping address. I called Adam and Eve and the the representative stated that since I used Apple Pay and there was an old address in Apple Pay, the system rerouted my package to my old address. She shipping date was set for Monday but the representative kept saying that the package already shipped so I had to wait and call Monday to have the package returned and my only option was to either pay $50 to have it rerouted, or receive a refund fur the package, but not be refunded for the expedited shipping fee I paid since it already shipped. The representative kept saying “as I stated” every time I asked another question. I called back and asked for a supervisor and got the same representative, who stated that she is the supervisor. I asked for a different supervisor and she said there is no one else but her.”
“I ordered from them and only got half my package. When I called to ask about it the lady was super rude and told me "it's not are fault that you didn't read that it was out of stock" it did NOT say it was out of stock when I ordered it. The next big issue is that they charged me for the whole order even though she claims they don't bill for out of stock items. Then when I told her I had the entire amount taken out of my bank (I opened it while I was on the call with her) by "adam" she justs goes highly doubts that and if there's anything else she can help me with she will discuss that
I would not suggest this company especially seeing there are companies I have never had problems with”
“Be careful using Apple Pay. I filled out the whole order with proper billing and shipping address then when I used Apple Pay it used what I hand saved on Apple Pay instead of what I filled out. I just noticed when I went to check my recite. I realized what happened so I called him immediately and they told me sorry it’s already been too late when I called less than eight hours from when I placed the order. The order says processed but says it doesn’t actually ship until the 10th today is the 7th but they can’t help. BS”
“I order a few toys one October 21. I received 2 of the 3. I let them know I am missing one and they said it will be shipped out right away. I am still waiting and it's December 2nd now. I have reached out 4 times the last month and keep being told it will arrive and picks a date. I wait and on that date nothing. Today was the 3rd date and I contacted again and was told by the 5th now. I asked how it can be guaranteed to actually get it this time and Wayne just said well it's the date I see. He was not helpful and none of them has been. I will never use them again”
“Been ordering for a while and haven’t had an issue but the very second I have any kind of issue with their product and they outright REFUSED to fix it even when I caught it minutes after I placed my order. I always double check all my information and somehow they sent it to an old address that they should have had no way to know because I did not use my account with them when ordering that’s over two hours away from where I live currently for over a year. Asked customer service to please change my address to the correct one within ten minutes of placing my order and an hour later she claimed it was already shipped. I took a tracking number and lo and behold it was not shipped for another two days. Nothing but a scam with toys that break in under a year everytime. Trash. Wouldn’t recommend if they paid me.”
“I ordered 2 days shipping they charged me 63.99 on my card my detail order on my email stated the same thing. however, when I went online to my account order details it was different! my delivery date was somewhere between dec 6th and the 12 even though I ordered it on nov 25 and said it would be here on the 27th. I called customer service, and the lady argued with me stating i only paid for the standard shipping! I told her my card says otherwise she told me to contact my bank! she also told me that the product I ordered was back ordered and wouldn't ship until the 30th! It did not give me any warning when i went to purchase the item.

“I placed an order and never received an email confirmation but the money for my order was pending in my account. I reached out to customer service via chat and advised them of this and was told that my order was being processed and was given an order number and that my confirmation email would be in my spam, which it was not. I contacted them again and was advised by a different person that there was not an order purchased and that some banks will show pending and that it should go back to my card. I checked my emails the next day and still nothing. So I reached back out to customer service via chat and the person was rude and advised me that I was told yesterday that my order was being processed and gave me an order number. When I searched for the order number I got an error message saying there wasn’t an order! At this point I just want my money back and I will never order from them again!!”
“I paid $17 extra for expedited shipping (delivery latest today). I contact support after I learned through tracking that it isn’t coming until next week or thereafter; they told me they won’t give me a refund for the delivery fee I paid for even though the delivery will be the same as if I didn’t pay additionally. I will never purchase from this company again and I have been for years!”

“Bad experience from start to finish. They fail to mention delivery is ten days out. And they will ship your order in the most cost effective way for them regardless of what you might expect. We're shaving nickels here! Profit is King and customer satisfaction is just a slogan. Anything you can purchase here you can find elsewhere without the headaches and get it delivered quicker.”
“So my wifes order from Adam and eve was listed as delivered to the individual. By UPS, however my nor I received the package. My wife contacted customer service right away and told them about the situation to which customer service replied to contact UPS 🙄 which my wife did immediately after exactly 3 weeks of no response by phone email text or postal mail my wife again contacts Adam and eve customer service, telling them that she has not been contacted by UPS. To her surprise customer service informed her that ups Stated that they had not been able to get in contact with my wife so she would not be receiving a refund or have her order replaced. So my wife is ultimately out about $200. Since the time my wife reported her package missing and eve has removed all evidence of the order and her account she had with them. Adam and Eve have yet to make things right and essentially stole her money. This is the order number no record can be found 04192461261”
