A bunch of thieves! I purchased a freezer from this company, because it was showing as in stock and a delivery between 3-5 working days. I needed the freezer urgently. After 5 days, I called to ask when the freezer was being delivered, I was told the following week, but wasn't given a specific date. I called mid week, the following week and still no delivery date; the following day a tracking link was applied to my order, however, that link didn't work and there updates! 10 days later, having had no further updates, I asked to cancel the order. I was then told the order was ready to be dispatched from the courier depot! Strange that, how up until that point, I was provided with any updates, then all of the sudden, I was being told it was due to be delivered, but I still didn't have a delivery date! So I said I wanted to cancel the order; I was told it couldn't be cancelled as it was with the dispatch depot; so I called the dispatch depot and told them not to deliver the item as it had been cancelled. So it was possible to cancel the order, but Adexa customer service, couldn't be bothered! I was told by Adexa when the item had been returned I would be refunded. I received, via email, acknowledgment of my refund, which has had 48% deducted from the full amount paid!! I've invoked a section 75 and sent a strongly worded email to Adexa. There are better companies out there, that don't try to rip you off, find another company; as Adexa are shocking and thieves!

POSSIBLY THE WORST COMPANY i HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Do not buy from them..!! They may appear good value, but be warned, the quality of the items is shocking, plus when you complain it is simply ignored, then when you wait for responses promised they are ignored. Over £1100 spent on a catering appliance, that failed after being used twice. door broken, falling apart, plastic screen instead of glass and cracked, seals falling off. I was asked to obtain a specialist engineers report and photos, to then be told 'from the evidence i have supplied, they are satisfied i have deliberately damaged the item, therefore voided the warranty and so end of any further discussion'. So I paid for a survey, to simply demonstrate the extent of defects, as I am not supposedly qualified to tell them, then told that is evidence to help them not repair or refund something that cannot be used after just 2 uses. I now need to purchase another - obviously a reputable company and replace. Customer services are as bad as the products - KEEP WELL CLEAR.

TERRIBLE company - we bought two new fridges for doctors surgeries. Not fit for purpose as temperature kept fluctuating. Co.pany refused to help in any way - no refund, no collection - no compensation for lost vaccines. Looking at other reviews, definitely a co.pany to avoid at all costs - shallbe referring on to Trading Standards.

A big item was ordered by mistake. Callie’s the day after the arrival and they said they would charge £120 collection fee, 140 admin fees (not broken down! And 25% of the value of the item! They protect themselves behind the terms and conditions but the latter are unfair and against any consumer standards. The recollection fee is fair and right but the rest? Rip off and absolutely obscene customer service. Being reported to trading standards. Reported to Amex for fraud and happily take them to court for unfair terms and conditions.

Ordered 3 workspace shelving units! Put them all together and one of them the lock is faulty and haven’t been able to use since we put together. This was June! I emailed adexa about the problem and have been ignored multiple times. Was asked for email address, delivery address, phone numbers. Videos. Everything was provided and yet again I have been ignore. 4 months down the line and still the situation isn’t ressolved! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOUr MONEY AND DO NOT REPLY WHEN THERES A PROBLEM WITH THEIR ITEMS! COMPANY NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN!

NEVER use this company. Cheap products, no help when they break. The literal meaning of cheap buy twice. AVOID at all costs guys.. This company should be closed down. ZERO stars

Ordered six matching racking units to go into my cold room three were delivered within a couple of days when the other three didn't arrive one month later I telephoned to find out why they then told me they were no longer in stock. And I was offered an alternative that was totally unsuitable. I requested my money back and we sent an email of the terms and conditions saying that I had to accept alternative if they couldn't fulfil the order. I agreed to different sizes even though I didn't want to later I'm still waiting for them. A shambolic company that nobody should ever have to buy from again.

Order placed on the 20th, paid for weekend delivery. Arrived on a Wednesday completely smashed, ADEXA wanted 20% to return the product. Reported within 1 hour of arriving, rang & emailed. Email has been ignored, rang the second time and was hung up on! Absolutely disappointed, will be reporting to trading standards!

I should have read the reviews before buying. Not only it took them over a week and numerous emails / calls to track it down, the cupboard came damaged on every single panel, emailed them next day and never had a reply back.

Please think twice before ordering from Adexa. They will not respond, no matter how many times you call and speak to them. The item I ordered was faulty, even though it took 4 weeks to arrive. Customer service is appalling You will regret you ever dealt with them

I ordered a work table, model no.WTGOB3036418. Order was confirmed. My card was debited. No information since then. I called customer service multiple times, even after waiting 40 minutes calls not answered. So I emailed them to chase . Then they responded saying the item was not in stock. So I emailed back to cancel my order and for refund . They confirmed cancellation through email but refund did not happen even after waiting for a week. I chased the refund through email. No answer for that!! Again no answer from their telephone line. Finally I had to contact my card provider .

Abysmal company, avoid at all costs! My small business bought a metal cabinet for storing folders, when i went to assemble the flat pack, all the metal sheets, sides, doors and base were battered and because of this none of the bolt holes lined up. we asked for a replacement but they said we never reported it within 24hours. I read them the conusmers rights act 2015 stating we are entitled to 30 days to bring to their attention any defects. To which they replied, we bought it as a company and not a consumer so we are not entitled to the 30 day notice. I then said i didnt get the chance to inspect the item and to refuse it as it had been dropped of by a courier when nobody was home. They said - "this is related to palletized items not items delivered by parcel service companies". so in short no matter how you try and get a refund or exchange Adexa will have an out not to help. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY CLEAR

Firstly, they told me they don't sell or supply spare filters and when I asked them for dimensions of their filters they told me to wait until my canopy arrives and measure them myself. Absolutely poor customer service.

I bought an induction hob.it failed after 8 months and had to purchase another to replace it. I contacted them to say it no longer heated up. I was informed that they did not accept returns and was told to video it not heating up .Impossible to do.when I received the replacement which I had to pay for I returned the faulty one in their delivery box inviting them to test it they asked me on who’s authority did I return it and did not test it. They have not refunded the cost of my first purchase which was under warranty.Their arrogant response to my claim has been abismal.

Awful company and terrible customer service. We received a damaged water boiler and on trying to return it we were told we would need to pay for the delivery ourselves and also pay a 25% restocking fee. Absolutely scandalous and just ripping people off when items have been delivered damaged by their own couriers. Avoid at all costs!

After placing my order for a slush machine (Order 1339997) on August 27th, 2024, there was a misunderstanding, and I mistakenly refused the delivery. Once I realized the error, I contacted Adexa to arrange for redelivery. I was charged £120 for the redelivery, even though their email stated it should only be £50. I was assured the machine would arrive within 3 working days. However, the machine never arrived on the promised date, and I’ve been calling constantly since then to get updates. Each time I speak to customer service, no one seems to have any record of my situation, despite clearly charging me the £120 for redelivery. To make matters worse, my Adexa account shows the machine was returned on September 10th, but customer service is unable to track this or resolve the issue. I have been forced to waste time making repeated calls with no progress. Adexa's poor communication and overcharging for the redelivery have caused significant disruption to my business, as the slush machine is essential. Their incompetence and failure to resolve the issue after numerous calls make this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I still don’t have my machine, and unless this is resolved immediately, I’ll be requesting a full refund. I would not recommend ordering from Adexa based on this experience. **— A very dissatisfied customer**
