Awful company and terrible customer service. We received a damaged water boiler and on trying to return it we were told we would need to pay for the delivery ourselves and also pay a 25% restocking fee. Absolutely scandalous and just ripping people off when items have been delivered damaged by their own couriers. Avoid at all costs!

After placing my order for a slush machine (Order 1339997) on August 27th, 2024, there was a misunderstanding, and I mistakenly refused the delivery. Once I realized the error, I contacted Adexa to arrange for redelivery. I was charged £120 for the redelivery, even though their email stated it should only be £50. I was assured the machine would arrive within 3 working days. However, the machine never arrived on the promised date, and I’ve been calling constantly since then to get updates. Each time I speak to customer service, no one seems to have any record of my situation, despite clearly charging me the £120 for redelivery. To make matters worse, my Adexa account shows the machine was returned on September 10th, but customer service is unable to track this or resolve the issue. I have been forced to waste time making repeated calls with no progress. Adexa's poor communication and overcharging for the redelivery have caused significant disruption to my business, as the slush machine is essential. Their incompetence and failure to resolve the issue after numerous calls make this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I still don’t have my machine, and unless this is resolved immediately, I’ll be requesting a full refund. I would not recommend ordering from Adexa based on this experience. **— A very dissatisfied customer**

horrid 1 hr after delivery i reported that the item was not working and they just avoided everything from repair to return didnt want to help left me paying somone to fix it at a cost of 235.00 the oven was only 450 so ended up costing me 685 for the oven , read the reviews before buying dont make the mistake i made aswell as 1000s of other people

They have terrible customer satisfaction. They don’t know how to make customer happy. They think only their business. They don’t think any customers wishes. Don’t buy from Adexa.

We bought a commercial microwave brand new from them it broke down after 3 weeks and 1 day. their response was that we had to package it up and return it to them at our cost, which they would not repay, even if they then gave us vouchers. Terrible customer service.

Awful company. Ordered 2 identical units one perfect and one completely damaged. They will not refund or replace even tho I phoned 10 minutes after delivery. They said I should have checked the items and refused delivery. Customer services an absolute joke. They don’t want to know and just keep saying the same thing. No refund! They asked for photos of damage which I sent but then no response to the emails. Avoid this company.

I bought the commercial kitchen sink. Delivered broken. Playing delay tactice asking me to send them code, saying my reference number is incorrect etc to avoid refund or return. Regret not reading reviews first. Really apalling company, fraudulent, poor customer service, poor product quality. Disastrous, wondering why they’re still trading. These people has to be reported. Prices are deceptive, don’t deal with them.

I got relief after been duped of about 555,000$ by money laundering fraudsters, kept me in traumatized but as God never fails. I am so annoyed I didn't read Reviews first! We bought a commercial dishwasher and it stopped working after 5 uses. No customer service and no sign of a replacement or refund. I strongly recommend you DO NOT use this company.

poor quality products break within a year there warranty is ridiculous they offers parts warranty which you are expected to hire an engineer to diagnose the problem and get a report sent back to them to then send the parts. this is under a year

Shocking Business Practice and breach of rights I strongly advise against purchasing anything from Adexa Catering Equipment. Their products are shockingly substandard, breaking down after minimal use, which is completely unacceptable for any professional setting. But what's even worse is their appalling customer service. The staff are belligerent and seem trained in delay and distraction tactics, all designed to push you past the return window. Once that happens, they flatly refuse to honor any returns or refunds. To add insult to injury, they won't even provide copies of their complaint procedure, leaving you stuck in a never-ending loop of frustration. This company blatantly breaches the Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Rights Act, disregarding any legal obligations they have to their customers. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere—Adexa is a disaster waiting to happen.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY absolutely appalling Ordered in Feb 24 3 items 1 delivered They insist 2 were Then told out for delivery Then told weeks later out of stock Seen same fridge on website rang as a ‘new customer ‘ told 6 in stock Then rang customer services Told out for delivery Never came Again told out for delivery Never came Now august 6 MONTHS LATER and nothing !!! Do not do business with these guys Need any proof please feel free to email me

Product design of electric fryers are dangerous. Safety catch won't hold properly, Adexa don't care that I was burned badly from the hot oil that splashed up and hit my face.

If the start was not existing this is what I would of scored. The most awkward company you can imagine. Purchased from them stainless-steel cabinet for the business. It has arrived all damaged and the wrong item and they just played the game more photos , unclear photos, video etc. The compensation is a joke £6 voucher or 50% discount, really who would be that silly to purchase again. Please be aware and DO NOT USE

Absolutely awful to return. Worst sales team. Not bothered about client just getting the money n.sakes from.you. Spent thousands with this company. Silly didn't read reviews first. Wanted to return 1 item because it was nit for use in my shop coffee machine sold as commercial. Opened it and not for use in anywhere but your house . To return theh take 25% off the profit they sell it you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. S

Disgraceful customer service. Ordered three large metal cabinets at a cost of almost £700, upon assembling the third cabinet noted a factory defect, meaning a door could not be installed. Notified them and asked for a replacement door, or for them to cover the cost of rivets, a rivet gun and paint which I will have to buy to rectify myself. They refused this, offered £15 or store credit, stating I hadn’t notified within 24 hours of courier damage. Have advised them more than once that this is NOT courier damage, this is a factory defect, and customers cannot be reasonably expected to inspect every little component within 24hrs of arrival. The IES should be subject to QC before sending, which they clearly aren’t. All three cabinets have identical dents in identical places, clearly a factory handling or packing issue, nothing to do with courier damage, again they are clinging on to their 24hr courier damage policy. Avoid this company, they do not read emails properly and their customer service is truly shocking.
