I purchased item it was faulty i called adexa they advised me to get qualified engineer report. instead I called my bank and raised CHARGE BACK ,I got my full money back in 10 minutes. my advise if you have issue with adexa JUST CALL YOUR BANK AND REQUEST CHARGE BACK

poor service ordered 7 days in advance so we could have it on a certain day for a unique installation and close up the entrance after delivery still paid next day delivery to insure we had it today, no show, no contact, no answered emails, no answered phone calls, nothing and to top it off when we ordered last Tuesday we asked if there was any discounts available for corvid relief / Easter holidays ect , told no nothing, then after placing our order 36 hours later we get a email saying enter Easter 10 for 10% off everything now we will have to pay to have the doors put back on then taken off again if i

I do not recommend you buy from this company. It took a week to reply to an email and they don't answer there phone. I bought a faulty folding table that would not fold and they offered me £5refund or a £10 voucher!! Very Poor and Outright wrong. You have been warned!

Nightmare company, their returns and refunds policy is appalling and shocking customer service. Since the item we ordered was delivered faulty, we have been denied a repair, replacement or refund, as well as minimal communication from the company.

On Adexa website you see the best items on reasonable prices and positive reviews. However, If you want to save your nerves, money and time, avoid this company. During one month they cannot deliver the item and issue a refund. You should call them many times and write many emails to take their attention to a problem. They speak nicely, but nothing happens. They ignored a Consumer Right Act 2015 particularly in respect to 14 days refund. All their excuses are system error and internal misunderstanding.

I have just taken in my order for a new glass washer machine . On setting everything up we noticed it is not taking in ringer aid and the glasses come out wet and cloudy. It took me ages to get through each time but I’ve now had three conversations , all resulting in the same response that it will be passed to management . No phone call from management and certainly no service call. This company is selling rubbish products that are faulty. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I’ve contacted my bank to try and reclaim my £860. I am also going to contact trading standards and the next move is to call the police . I’m really angry with myself for not checking this company out before ordering , but like a lot of people was sucked in by good prices and good description of products. I don’t understand how they are getting away with it . DO NOT BUY OFF THESE COWBOYS . It’s definitely as the saying goes buy cheap buy twice

Stay away from buying anything from this company. Products won't last more than 15months and will probably have to buy a new one as the most expensive part will break. Only 12 months warranty and cheap prices... I'll let you figure that out

I am STILL waiting for my order. Delivery basis was 2-3 days. Payment was in Adexa's bank account on 7th March, I was expecting delivery by 10th/11th March at very latest. It is 15th March today - 8 days later and still no delivery. I have PHONED and phoned and phoned - NO ANSWER. I have sent SEVERAL EMAILS - NO RESPONSE! HOW do you contact this this unprofessional and unreliable company? I've never had such a terrible experience whilst purchasing business equipment which I am desperate for. I think the only way ahead here is to report them to local trading standards! Will NEVER buy from them again!

Finally received refund for 1 item and awaiting refund for second item. Only thanks to Mia who actually called me after I requested a phone call. Now ordered same item on Amazon (Cheaper) and received in less than 48 hours, (7 1/2 weeks waiting from adexa) So for anyone awaiting a refund there is hope!!

I have had the worst experience ever with Adexa. I ordered 1 fridge and ended up with 2 being on my order. I called to be told I would be charged to cancel the additional fridge less than 10 minutes after ordering it when I didn’t even order it in the first place. Then they haven’t even refunded me yet so had to get my bank involved to get the money back. When you try to call them you can’t get through. All in all would never use this company!!!!!!

Well, I wish I’d read the reviews here before buying from this company. If you are minded to buy from them, try phoning through a query first with regard to the item you wish to buy, see how quickly you get through, and use this as your own gauge for their usefulness. Having placed my order and waiting days for some sort of acknowledgement of the order I decided to ring the company. The calls rang and rand with either no answer or the engaged tone. It was then that I looked at the review sites, too late. I eventually got a reply to a phone call to be told that the order was being processed and that I’d get an email confirming. This did happen and told me that my order would come flat packed in three packages. The consignment eventually came, but only two packages, the packages clearly said on them that they were part of a three package consignment. I relayed the bad news to Adexa, this took an age and repeat calls (21) in order to get through. I was assured that a replacement was being sent. Ten days later, and a good number of time consuming calls later it transpired that a replacement hadn’t been sent at all. Thankfully this member of staff did actually get the item sent and it has now arrived, sadly though the item is damaged. I am further saddened to say that following my treatment so far I am not going to take this further as I have had an absolute gutsful with this ‘company’, excepting to say to give them the review that they have worked so hard to get.

I would avoid this company as they delivered a damaged fridge but want us to pay £120+ vat to return it to them. The damage was on the inside ( photo attached). The customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. It takes ages to get through and when you do they go out of their way to be unhelpful. I would avoid this company at all cost.

Excellent service from start to finish .I ordered a glass display fridge which I needed ASAP,the salesman who was called Sim was so efficient and helpful,I ordered the item yesterday a it was delivered today,I will certainly use this company again.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered some oven gloves. After 10 days not even dispatched. Eventually after ringing the customer service number about 20 times in a row, someone answered. They advised the item was in stock but they just hadn’t bothered to dispatched it. I asked for a full refund. They told me they take a 25% restocking fee even though the item didn’t even leave the warehouse. Eventually received my refund, less 25% a few weeks later. Not impressed. Would not recommend.

DO NOT USE ADEXA. I can not stress enough how much of a nightmare they are ........there is no customer service, they don't answer the phone or messages. I ordered two items both arrived damaged beyond use. How can they get away with this ? It is theft to sell you goods that is not fit for use. Again all I can say is learn from my mistake !!!!!!!
