This is Beatrice's daughter. We have come to greatly rely on the Alert 1 button my mom wears. Thank you for the many times you have responded and sent aid to my mom.because of Alert 1, I sleep very well! Debbie

Bought one of these for my mother and it being new she would accidently set it off from time to time giving us an alarm but the good news is it works very well. Alert 1 would call very quickly and help was sent to her in short order. This gives us peace of mind. Lonnie

Thanks for copying me on your call to my mom. She had accidentally activated the Alert 1 button on her necklace when opening a jar in the kitchen. We know the system works! Thanks again. Mike

You did not resolve anything. I fell on 3/12 and the alarm never went off. I'm so it wasn't an emergency otherwise I would have pressed the button myself. The alarm accidentally went off on 3/14 about 4am. I never spoke to anyone and it beeped for a very long time again. Then no one got on the line and they sent the paramedics anyway. Then they called my daughter, who answered immediately and told her I had chest pains. My daughter called me right after talking to your dept and the paramedics were already at the door so that means they did not call her right away. And the icing on the cake, they still called the 4th person on the list when they didn't have to because they got spoke to my daughter. They left a message and told that person I said I had a very bad pain in my arm. Seriously, what is going on with your company.

Recently my mom had a major heart attack while at home alone. Thanks to the quick action of Alert1 not only getting an ambulance to her quickly but also notifying my sister and I quickly, she did survive. The call button worked exactly like it should. Thank you, Alert1

This is her daughter, Sue. I purchased the alert for my mom as she lives upstairs in my house and is alone all day because my husband and I work full-time. We have had it for years and this is the first time she has had to use it. The ambulance arrived well before I would have and handled her nose bleed. Mom felt better to have had someone check her out and I felt better knowing she was in good hands. Thank you for your professionalism and quick care to my Mom. Side note: Her elder sister used Alert 1 about 5 years ago and they at first saved her life and the second time they were called, got an ambulance to arrive in time to perform CPR and get her to the hospital. She, sadly, passed away but we are forever grateful of the quick care that was taken. She is the reason we use your company!

Thanks for your help. My mother fell on the front porch and so she heard the person on the speaker. It was a comfort for her to know that help was on the way. 911 came and took her to the hospital and she was just cut and bruised...no broken bones. Thanks again. The system worked just as needed. Genevieve doesn't have an email; but I'm answering this survey for her (Valerie Zane). Your response once the button was pressed was immediate and everyone on Genevieve's emergency list was immediately called with EMT's on their way. Our connection was broken but the responder quickly called my phone (Valerie Zane) to follow up. We're very happy with the service; this is the first time she's had to use it. Genevieve is fine. She had vertigo which the EMT's determined. She took prescription meds for vertigo at home. She was not hospitalized but went to doctor that afternoon. Genevieve did not initially press her emergency button but called me first. Luckily I was home and ran over to help. Then she pressed her button. This reluctance to press the button immediately when she needs help concerned me.

My father feel sometime during the night of February 24th. He thought he heard someone on the box in his living room. My sister found him on the floor at 9:15am. She pushed the button. We've been told that there was no alarm during the night. My sister-in-law was to call you to have someone come test the system. You will need to call someone ahead of time as dad is in the hospital. The family is concerned that he had to spend the night on the floor, which your system was to avoid. Zena Wiers called you on the day of the 25. She checked the system by dropping it on the floor and it worked. Call ahead as my Dad is now in a nursing home. Becky Wiers
