Amazon is a big liar... shoes sent in wrong size, no refund just taking money from you! I ordered shoes in the right size, Amazon seem to correct this and at end they charge you multiple times and not refund you for their own mistakes!! DON'T ORDER THIS AT AMAZON!!!! They are not able to correct their mistakes.... How did anyone solve their problems?

How do I tell Amazon delivery team that they are delivering to the wrong address? I get a message from Amazon saying item delivered into my hands, but in fact my goods have been dumped at my neighbors house. Going to Amazon web page I can select not happy with delivery but then there is no way to tell Amazon “ delivered to the wrong address” I can go down the road of saying goods not received but then the poor retailer has the problem of resending to correct an Amazon problem. I have spent hours on Chat, lots of promises but alas no resolution, the same with calling, Amazon just doesn’t want to hear about their errors . How can I resolve this without stop using Amazon!
