“I lost an AirPod and I guess it was replaced in 2021. I didnโt set it up as I was afraid of losing it again.
I have:
2 iPads
1 Mac book
1 home kit never has worked right
2 Apple TVs
I iWatch replaced every 2-3 years
iPhone 15 replaced every 1-2 years
2 pairs of air pods + replacing a 135.00 airpaid that I losed.
I was looking at the new products and comparing them when I remembered I hadnโt seen my air pods on my find my app.
So I got them and opened the case. Under settings it was showing 2 different ones and they wouldnโt work together. After an hour of troubleshooting I called Apple only to learn the sent me the wrong damn replacement and they WILL NOT work together. And p!ss on me, too bad itโs out of warranty for A REPLACEMENT THAT THEY SCREWED UP ON. ๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก

“Extremely poor apple customer car service
I have booked 2 iphone 16 pro max with apple store. By mistake I choose one to deliver at my home and one at my local PO.
Both were scheduled to deliver before 10/2024.
I called the apple store to check the status of my order and requested if my order can be clubbed together either to deliver at PO or home.
They tried to rescheduled the order and said it has not happened but one of my phone used to deliver at PO has been delayed to 14/10 just because of they tried to rescheduled.
Now they cant put the order back to 01/10 which was the previous delivery date.
I even talked to the manager she said she apologised but she cant do it.
I purchased these phone to gift my sister and her son on her birthday which is on 06/10. I told them that it is a gift but they did not bother about it. They said if you want you can cancel the order.
I feel like they have given my order to someone known and rescheduled my order on purpose.
I don't know where should I complaint about it.
Because I could not any website so I decided to put it in my reviews.”

“Worst experience with Apple phone, i am iPhone user from iPhone XS Generation till up to date (Purchased all). Purchased new iPhone 15 Pro Max 3 days back and i activated after 2 days, it came out to be defective. Approached Apple store for replacement, they just denied replacement and only offered repair. I asked why repair..? Its new phone and i have to adjust with repaired phone..?! I personally felt, now a days Apple started selling refurbished phone or might compromised with Quality of product.
Note: Never buy Apple products, now planning to switch to another alternative.

“I bought a brand new iPhone 14 in July 2023. However, it started to have sound issues, and sometimes people cannot hear me on the other end. The Apple Store and Apple Support couldnโt diagnose the problem. The issue persisted even after my phone was reformatted. Eventually, a supervisor heard the problem and gave me a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was a refurbished phone and even worse. Over the 3 weeks of use, it continued to have more issues: sharp sounds, background noise, echo ( I heard myself), and low or missing ringtones. I reported these problems to the Apple Store and Apple Support, but they still couldnโt diagnose the issue. The replacement phone was in very poor physical condition. They informed me that there was no warranty for the replacement phone and asked me to pay for any repairs or replacements. I questioned how they could send me a defective iPhone without any explanation. Apple not only has inferior products but also very poor customer service. If I could, I would give a zero rating.”
“I purchased online a MacBook and I was charged additional $150.00 for gift card which was supposed to be savings. The savings promotion online is so deceiving, looks like your saving but ended up paying $150.00 separately for a gift I did not need.”
“I promise I will not buy another Apple product again. I took my iPhone 25 miles away, to an authorized Apple location at a mall. Only a couple of customers in there begging morning. Talked to a representative at the doorway. Only to be told that they could get to myself at 3:30pm. I was there at 11:30am. Told him no way am I hanging around a half working day for them to change my battery. Called Apple from outside the store telling them the problem. They only wanted to offer me for that, I believe like a free charging cable. I said no way. We were online for about an hour. With no resolution. I left. I asked them if they wanted to have me wait. Would they like to pay me for my time. I said why do they have limited stores and most have to travel. But Apple products are sold in all stores. How fair is that and as rich as they are. Apple treated I myself this way and all the products I do have from Apple. I want no more business with company no more. I will be going to android. I admit I will miss Apple. Will be having to move on with this kind of support. After calling and complaining. I thought Apple would have tried to get in touch with me. Nope Have to find time now to go look at Android phones and leave Apple business behind and spread the word. I could have understood waiting 30 minutes to an hour. Not no half of a working day.”
“Apple has been charging me twice a month for Apple care. ($10.71X2). And my phone is saying Iโm not covered since the last update. The Apple Store is dumbfounded. What do you do when the manufacturer doesnโt have an answer?”
“I had over $1800 in fraudulent charges from Apple.com/bill. I don't even have any Apple products. After calling Apple to get a refund they informed me that they would be refunding me ~$1700 and it will take up to 30 days. Why I asked? Because they weren't going to refund the sales tax. How does that make any sense at all? The customer service rep sounded like she was almost laughing on the other end of the phone. I'm leaving it up to my bank who said they will be refunding me every cent that was fraudulently taken. Words cannot express how much I truly loath this company now...”

“My AirPods which I occasionally used after software update apparently started making very irritating noise in a transparent mode and in the noise canceling mode. Apple says that they don't care and we are beyond service window. Seriously? After you rolled out the update to make it now working? Is it intentional? Seems like the case when you slowed down your computers and forced people to buy new products.

“Apple has made a unilateral decision that has caused a significant risk for harm to patients in the United States in hospitals by implementing Attention aware On iPhones as they updated apple IOS. Obviously the programers at Apple either donโt go for medical care or are willfully negligent in turning off peoples phone ringers in the middle of the night so that a physician working in a hospital will never know that theyโve gotten a call until bad things happen. Doing this generally speaking, could arguably create a significant degree of corporate negligence and liability for Apple.”
“I do not have an Apple account; however, I just got charged through my personal checking account 4 charges of 4.99, 4.99, 6.99 and 8.85. So I called the Customer Service # for assistance. Gave them the information they requested. They informed me they showed nothing in their records that they charged me. That I should disputed it with my bank. Which I have.”
“Phone was under warranty when the screen failed. I had it repaired while overseas at an authorized Apple dealer. Apple will not reimburse for the repair. The customer support experience was long and frustrating. Switching to Samsung.”
