I had placed an order on the 13th of June 2020, I hadn’t received any order confirmation email therefore I couldn’t track my order. Which was supposed to be delivered on the 18th of June 2020. It had been 5 days beyond the delivery date. Customer service doesn’t respond. I wouldn’t mind if they had told me a later date due to covid.(about keeping your staff safe) I understand that. But they should not give a false date for delivery.All my other orders after this asos one, from Amazon,Nike, Dorothy Perkins have reached on the said date. This is ridiculous.

An order supposed to arrive next day after placing ,8 days passed since nothing happened. I feel like they selling off. Ignoring my emails.

I can't believe that ASOS has so many bad reviews. Ordered from there when I lived in Croatia and ordered in Germany. I have always received my order in max 6 days, sometimes it was there in 3 days. Clothes and shoes are very good quality, look exactly like on photos. It is very easy to return an item and had no problem with that. I would highly recommend ordering from there. My friends are also very satisfied.

Your service is DISGUSTING First you are taking money for an item, two days before delivery is out of stock NEVER EVER AGAIN I make sure I will express my opinion all around the social services. Don't buy from them.

@ASOS Do not use ASOS if your are in Canada. You will end up paying +50% of the bill in unexpected customs charges. Customer service even refused to apply a canadian customer discount retroactively (that discount will not cover even half of the custom charges.)

Return label didn't work. It took 17 days to get a reply, meaning it was no longer possible to get a refund. I have had a string of vague emails with no resolution. They do not care about their customers. They are not trying to help me. I will not shop here again. The worst customer service I've experienced.

I ordered clothes on 02 Jun, 2020. Yodel lost the package and it took until 17 Jun for Asos to offer any resolution. The resolution was a refund for the items which would take a further 22 days. I contacted Asos and stated I wanted the items I ordered and paid for rather than a refund. My request was refused. This means that i now have to order the same items as before spending my own money for the second time, with no guarantee that I will get what i ordered, since they persist with a substandard delivery company. This is the first issue i've had with Asos but i'm gobsmacked by how they've dealt with this issue and felt the needed to alert others.

After shopping with ASOS multiple times, I trusted their service to buy a fairly expensive pair of ray bans. Understanding that processing would be slow given current circumstances, I expected a slight delay. However when ordering, the website allowed me to select and pay for next day delivery which I chose. I was then told they dispatched the day after. Three weeks on, I have never received the parcel. Around 8 emails later, many of which were ignored by customer service I was told my parcel never left the warehouse despite initial emails claiming that dpd were the issue. Throughout the 10 day period after the order was said to have been dispatched, I never received an email updating me on its progress. And therefore believe that this would have continued for many weeks to come if I had not emailed customer service to question where my parcel was. I have now been offered a refund, however they are still claiming shipping costs, that I paid a higher amount for to receive my parcel safely the day after ordering. The customer service surrounding this order has been the worst I’ve ever experienced and I will NEVER order from ASOS again. And suggest that when ordering high value items you do the same.

I ordered three separate orders all over $75 to Canada to receive free shipping only to be informed by my local post office that Asos put a Collect on Delivery (COD) amount that must be paid before I can receive my parcel! I spoke with a representative from the post office who informed me that these are NOT custom/border fees, they are NOT shipping courier fees, but they are fees specified by the SENDER (asos). When the post office collects the COD funds from the recipient, they submit them to the SENDER (asos) by cheque or electronic fund transfer. Don't waste your hard earned money on these scammers!!! They're customer service is impossible to get a hold of and when they do respond they act like it must be a customs fee and offer no help or assistance with the matter. They actually told me that I should have done my research before shopping. I kindly responded that there was nowhere on the site that indicated such ridiculous high fees or of course I would have never ordered once let alone 3 times!!!!!

After a month of not receiving my order. I contacted ASOS who said to confirm if I would like a replacement sent. I confirmed but the email I got in response was that a member of the customer care team would get back with me. I have received this same email everytime I contact them subsequently and still have not received my item. Do not use this company.

I've been shopping online since forever and this.. This was the worst customer service I ever experienced. Didn't resolve my issue and instead chose to just block my account!!!

DO NOT ORDER!! Been waiting over a month for a refund on returned items and customer service is no help only getting the same auto generated email. Shop elsewhere!!

This company currently has an alert out on BBB about their return practices. Their returns are unreliable and frequently lost. I have tried to communicate with them about over $200 in returns for dresses for a wedding that didn't fit correctly. Their responses have taken weeks to a month and they have refused to refund me, saying they never received the package even though it was scanned at a UPS facility.

I used to be a frequent ASOS customer, but I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! They have the worst customer service. They could not deliver my package that I had to re-oder 6 times!!! They failed to deliver a package 6 times!! Absolutely no help from anyone from customer service. Im very disappointed that I will be leaving ASOS forever, but their regard for customers is completely inexcusable. DO NOT ORDER!!

If you are in Canada- DO NOT order from this website. You will be hit with custom fees through Canada post that is not mentioned on their website. They also do not provide an email for customer service. You can message them in messenger live but you have to wait along time to hear back, contacting customers service is really difficult. I had an incomplete order and I was missing an item, I have asked for a refund and I am looking forward to the response. I have not heard back yet.

My order has been missing for over a month now. It was supposedly shipped on the 19th May but Hermes said they never received it. I have tried to contact ASOS on every form of social media and all I get is automated replies. My order was worth over £100 and I just want my money back now. They are completely useless. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING, BUY OFF THE BRANDS WEBSITE IF YOU REALLY WANT AN ITEM BUT DO NOT BUY THROUGH ASOS
