Premier delivery has worked every time and I always get my parcel the next day :) Recently bought a NUS/TOTUM card and the promo code wasn't working for student discount on the website so I contacted customer services via online chat and then it was referred to a specialist team to resolve via email. Literally less than half an hour later I was contacted to say that the code would now work. Best customer services I've had in ages! Made up, thanks ASOS and the team :)

What an ugly experience. I was told I qualified for free express delivery. Put my details in - a PO box, which was accepted, and acknowledged as accepted, and an express post delivery date was provided. It didn't arrive on that date, or anywhere near that date. ASOS couldn't have cared less, and actually advised me that it was my problem 'You can see my colleagues have mentioned that we can't deliver express deliveries to a PO box which is why your delivery has gone with standard, our help pages are there so that before you place an order you are clued up on the different processes we have. In the future, please ensure that you check our help pages before placing an order.' Are you serious? Help pages are for Help, not delivery conditions. Why the hell would I go to Help when you clearly advertise express post, with no qualifiers, and your order site accepts a PO box address, and a delivery date is provided? You make no qualification in your promos, or on your order page that express post is not available to PO boxes. Grossly lazy and ugly. You should clue yourselves up on responsible service and some customer care. And your order site should be set up to automatically reject a PO box when it is an express post delivery. The only site I have every experienced this not happening and the ugly responses from the ASOS team. I have really clued myself up. Don't deal with you every again.

My order was not delivered. After an investigation ASOS claimed the courier recalls handing the parcel to me. Not sure how they can see that, being that they never met me, and does not explain why the parcel was signed for by a bloke despite my being female...... In any case, item was not delivered to me. Nonethless Asos have kept my money and refused to refund.

I am so upset I ordered a dress for the christmas party paid for next day delivery and never received it. Courier says they delivered it to my house but they didn't and the name on the delivery is not mine. Asos won't tell me where my parcel is and won't refund me either. They lied and said the courier remebers handing it to me that morning, however I was out at work so physical impossibility. WHERE IS MY DRESS? I am down £100 and asos has refused to refund me saying it was delivered, but no good if not delivered to ME.

Parcel due 14 Nov 2018. Now 20 Nov and still not delivered to Hermes. No explanation for delay and no response to email. Does not look good!!

Ordered 6 items only received 4 of them and one 2 piece set was missing a part too. After weeks of back and forth am told that no refund will be given for the missing items. Total scam.

I found a pair of boots I really liked and bought them because they were on sale. Due to my own error, the package was not delivered, and was sent back to ASOS. This happened because I had forgotten to put my apartment number in the address field. I contacted customer service only to receive the news that I would receive a refund for my order and if I wanted to buy the boots again, I would have to pay the price listed online. The boots are now more expensive. All because of a small technicality, I have to pay full price if I wish to reorder the boots. This was handled very poorly in my opinion.

If you're looking to get things delivered within a particular timeframe, this isn't the site for it. It clearly said 2 day delivery for metro when ordered before noon, when buying on the site. It's shown up 5 days later - 3 days after I needed it for an event. Support team would not organize return/refund. No real apologies either. Terrible.

Their courier delivered the items to somebody elses house and took a photo of the door. It was not my door in the photo, no house number and I could not recognize it. Asos told me it was up to me to go out and locate the parcel. I ended up being 2 hours late for my plans because I went around the whole area looking. Cheked all the local roads I could think of, disturbed a lot of people still no parcel. Parcel should have come to me directly not left with some strange person at a totally different address, this is not the service I paid for. Never got my items. I asked for a refund and was refused as they claimed it was delivered. No good delivering it if its not to the recipieint tho is it?!?! Shocking. I have reported it to my bank and think watchdog should get involved in this. Not acceptable.
