Total scam. They steal your products and give nothing in return. That is, if you can even get a claim accepted in the first place, which is near impossible. These are sleazy scumbags. You’d be better off using your money as toilet paper.

Terrible Experience with Asurion Warranty Service I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Asurion's warranty. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. From the outset, contacting the escalation team was a nightmare. Every time I called, I was disconnected multiple times, which made an already stressful situation even worse. It's baffling that a company supposed to help you in times of need fails at basic customer service. The lack of communication and constant disconnects left me feeling helpless and unheard. I expected a lot more from a service that promises to protect and assist. Instead, I was met with inefficiency and a complete lack of concern for my situation. I would not recommend Asurion to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reliable warranty service. Asurion needs to seriously rethink its customer service strategy if it wants to retain customers. For now, I am incredibly dissatisfied and regret choosing them. Until now, they haven't fixed the appliance.

Unable to file a claim. I fill out all the details, click continue, and get a 'Something went wrong page. Please chat with us'. Tried multiple browsers. Not able to chat with anyone either, it says no one available. So, essentially, there does not seem to be any way whatsoever to file a claim

Asurion and UbreakIfix are scam!! Don't buy any insurance for aftermarket. .they tell you they are Samsung Partners! They are not really. Although Samsung can reapir the laptop they said they don't have the part because they DO NOT USE ORIGINAL PARTS ! Although requestes by Samsung! (see below) thats the reason their part department doesn't gave the part to repair. DONT EVER BY IT!! I CAN PROVIDE PROVE OF CONVERSATION see below...TXT ME ANYTIME 561T240202

I have had 2 replacement phones which is the limit. If there are continuous problems the insurance is there for a reason. You send the same phone and again in less than 3 months the battery overheats and the battery is dead every 4 hours. I will never purchase this insurance again. I paid $15 a month and $200 for each replacement. The phones must be used. Do not buy this insurance!!!!

Tv stopped working. I summited the claim 4 times. Won’t fix it. They are all scammers. Don’t waste your time or money. -100000 stars

They put a battery in my iphone which overheated it, and ruined it. Now, they will not pay me for the cost to buy out my contract to get a new iphone . Bad compnay to deal with.

Asuriun doesn't show up to appointment times. They don't handle complaints and make you wait longer to never have to fix your device.

Worst company we have ever had to deal with! Terrible customer service ! They come up with one excuse after another. Our issue is still going on and it’s been 5 MONTHS ! Do not waste your money!! I would give them 0 stars if I could !!

Worst experience I have ever had with any company. You pay all this money over the years to have your phone insured and then when you do accidently break it they send you a phone that doesn't work. When you call about the phone not working they give you the run around instead of taking care of the real issue which is they sent a refurbished phone that was refurbished by an amateur. The replacement phone they sent takes 10 hours to charge regardless of the charger used, when I call they say I must not be using a valid charger which is bs I use the charger they sent. The phone also randomly drops the signal and won't recapture until restarted multiple times a day. And it's not my location cause my 5G internet from Verizon, same cell company, had zero issues. Do yourself a favor and save the monthly charge towards a new phone because you will end up spending the insurance premiums, deductible and then the cost of a new phone when your replacement phone doesn't work and they don't care. Horrible experience can't say it enough NEVER use asurion.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM ASURION. I bought an extended warranty on my wall oven. I filed a claim to get a replacement door for my wall oven and I have yet to get a replacement door. I have submitted the "required" documentation paperwork 9 times now, still no replacement door. The oven was purchased online, so no store receipt was available. I originally called the company regarding the handle of my oven door coming off, as well as the glue that held the glass part of the door to the oven no longer held. I was told that the handle which held the glass par of the door on was cosmetic. When I went to the store where the oven was purchased through they stated no it was not cosmetic, and they assisted me in submitting the documentation to get the oven door replaced. I have submitted every required document and copy of pictures I could possible submit and still they say my claim requires additional paperwork. It has been 3 weeks of this nonsense and still no replacement door has been received.

Asurion has proven to be a very non customer service driven company to work with. The replacement laptop they sent was nowhere near comparable to my HP laptop. My final interaction with the supervisor Richard from TN was absolutely unacceptable. He was the rudest person I’ve worked with in years. I would never recommend Asurion Home Services to my worst enemy.

Horrible customer service. Does not stand behind their products at all! Received a asurion replacement in October 2023 and the phone is doing the same that it was before! Called said, it was 100% covered Called back to give them IMEI number than said it wasn't. Made me go in the ring around!!!!!! Their customer service is horrible lie and every rep says something differently. I'd give them a negative star, if I could!!!

Asurion is a scam. They will not honor your insurance no matter what it is for, no matter how long you've been paying, and no matter what their own contracts state. The terms are irrelevant and they will not pay out unless they fear legal action. Do not use any Asurion insurance services.

Asurion has denied my claim for a different reason every month (while still collecting their fees). Their techs/reps advise me on what to answer on their claim surveys in order to change the approval status of my claim, and yet they wait for you to call to check on status updates only to tell you that you answered the claim review questions incorrectly again but for a different question each time. So the cycle of claims processing and calling the customer service and re-submitting new claims and trying to put in the "acceptable answers" in the reviews starts all over again.....while still waiting to have your device repaired or replaced. This is 100% a successful scam that Asurion is piloting. When you call Asurion customer service, CANCEL THE BASTARDS and they immediately have a new sales pitch on how they can cover all your household devices and replace them for free. DO NOT BUY INTO ASURION, ASURION HOME, or ASURION+!!! Its all lost money now. Huge scam.

I am very disappointed. I have been paying for insurance for years now. I paid the deductible and filed a claim for same day delivery which comes with a technician so I thought! The tech was rude I called and was hung up on. The tech was not responding or professional at all. I had to inform my self of the where about of the tech which should be arriving today from 7-9 and was a no show. Unfortunately, tomorrow is a holiday so I still won’t be able to receive my phone which is a phone for business. I’m trying to get my phone replaced and I can’t receive the new phone unless they mail it to me now. Which mean another inconvenience I would not only have the wait on someone else’s time. I would have to take time off from work so that I can receive this phone now. The worst part is that expert tech name is Ali and wouldn’t even give me the common courtesy to let me know that their car broke down and wasn’t coming again until I texted and asked is everything OK at 11:15 PM I was notified. I wasted my whole day waiting a whole day gone( funny part I have no phone problem)

I would give negative 100 if I could. My husband was having difficulty with his phone and called what he thought was the phone carrier. The tech person (Rafi/Raphael) was argumentative, rude, talked over my husband and, when my husband asked to speak with a manager, Rafi hung up and actually DISCONNECTED my husband's phone from the carrier. I overheard the conversation and several times Rafi referred to my husband as, "YOU PEOPLE. " Excuse me? Who exactly is Rafi referring to? Customers? Disabled Vets? Not to mention other options such as religion or colour. When I called the carrier, I learned that because my husband uses Asurion for his insurance, when he calls in for support, he gets an Asurion representative first. If he wants to talk to a carrier representative, he has to ask or call a completely different number. Fun fact, the Asurion representative will not tell you they aren't a carrier's representative. Rafi also told my husband he was, "Black listed." right before he hung up on my husband and disconnected his cell service from the carrier WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION OR PERMISSION. We will be cancelling this policy, needless to say. I will also be cancelling my policy for my phone. The customer service for this company is truly, absolutely horrible. Rafi laughed at my husband, when he got mad, and actually bullied him. Not to mention his first option for what my husband called about was, "So should I disconnect your service?" Seriously, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
