I spent upwards of 6 hours getting a replacement phone for my son only to get a defective aftermarket replacement phone. I would rather die than use this company for anything ever again.

I scheduled a tech to bring me my replacement phone and help with the set up from 7pm-9pm. He did not show up in this window and I did not receive any notification nor update of him being late. I sat on hold on the corporate customer service line for 30 minutes. It is currently 10 pm as I write this review and I’m still on hold with corporate with no update on the tech. Unacceptable

Company HQ is Nashville. People from Nashville scam. Setting up the business HQ from there is a RED FLAG. They want you to mail the product back. The product costs cents to make. They want you to mail your ID in. Likely committing identity theft. This company stinks, just like people who live in Tennessee.

I am extremely disappointed with the cell phone insurance experience provided by Bell Mobility. After paying for insurance and submitting the required information, I received a replacement phone—only to find it was a used phone that didn’t even work properly. When I initially reached out to customer service, I was instructed to complete an affidavit, which I did immediately. After a few days, I followed up, only to be told there was insufficient detail about the phone model on the form. When I asked what specific information was needed, the representative requested details such as make, model, 5G capability, storage size, and color. I pointed out that my account already contains all this information, but I complied and resubmitted the form as instructed. After waiting again, I called back, and the next representative informed me I needed to write “reship” on the form. There was no indication of this requirement on the form or in any previous communication. I then requested to escalate my complaint, only to be asked to upload the form yet again—for the fourth time—and told to wait another 24 hours. Adding to the frustration, I repeatedly asked to speak with a supervisor, but the representative had difficulty hearing me on the very phone that Bell provided—a phone that continues to be problematic. This process has been a frustrating cycle of vague instructions, unproductive communication, and lack of follow-through. I am hoping management will take this issue seriously and improve this experience for customers who expect clear guidance, reliable service, and a properly functioning replacement phone. The process and the form need to be revised. No one from the form would know to provide the information they require. Very Poor and frustrating.

I fought this claim for a year! I keep getting mails that something is wrong with my paperwork but no one can tell me what is wrong and I have to keep submitting it. I am still not finished and my warranty runs out in 2 weeks! If I could give you a 0 I would!

US Cellular and Verizon should be held accountable for selling this rip off insurance. Asurion sent me 2 phones that would not transfer data, and would not activate! Paid $14 a month for absolutely nothing! Stay away from this company, they will send you junk refurbished phones that will not activate.

I pay coverage every month and they won't send me a phone they want me to take it to get repairs. I call the place they said I have to go to and no answer says they don't take calls. Now I have to wait longer to get my phone! They have to take 24hours to verify who i am! Ridiculous! My address is the same nothing has changed! 3 days later and still no phone. Worst customer service ever.

Insurance companies are not supposed to profit off of a claim, yet that is exactly what Asurion is doing. Do not use Asurion for your insurance. There is a reason why they force you to have it. Pay the phone off ASAP and cancel the Asurion coverage. Next, put the same amount into a savings account each month. The cost of small repairs for phones does not justify the need to pay them for more than a few months. It's not a house, it's not a car, it's a phone. My S21  Ultra was stolen a few days ago.  I had insurance with Asurion for nearly 3 years for that phone and had never made a claim until it was stolen while on vacation. So I paid them for nearly 3 years to insure the phone and they want me to pay over $270 for a PRE Owned/Used replacement when I can buy a brand new one, sealed in the box for $298. For the amount I paid Asurion over the years, I could have easily purchased a much newer phone and certainly not a PRE Owned one. Insurance companies are not supposed to profit off of a claim, yet that is exactly what Asurion is doing. Why is Asurion charging me nearly DOUBLE the cost of a used replacement phone? That's not how insurance is supposed to work. If a tree fell on my car, would my insurance company ask me to pay double the cost of the car to replace it? Of course not!

I had a 512GB Samsung Galaxy Fold5 that broke. They wanted to replace it with a 256GB Samsung Galaxy Fold2 and take 100 dollars and my old phone. This company is scam for old people who are easily led. I'm canceling my entire policy. Buying is a brand new phone is so much more rewarding than letting some cooks rob you and trade your phone with an inferior REFURBISHED POS that will just break for no reason in 6 months because it was fixed my a technician that doesn't know what they are doing. They will always down grade your phone because that is how they make money. Do yourself a favor and look up how much the phone they want to give you for trade and pay actually costs for a refurbished one. For the one they wanted to give me, 250 dollars. After getting 100 dollars cash and my old phone they would have made out like the bandits they are. No more monthly payments from me. You guys are the worst in the whole tech industry!

I wish I would have looked up these reviews before I purchased an Asurion Protection Plan for 4 years. Worst customer service. Made the request for a replacement of a product that broke down after 8 months. Non-responsive to my request. I will never again purchase a protection plan from them. What a scam.

The automated system is horrible. Then your routed to another country with heavy accents that you don't understand. Then they tell you if they get disconnected, they'll call you back, but they don't. I am not sure if I have a claim in or not at this point because we were disconnected at the end so I don't know. I guess I'll have to wait and see if my phone arrives tomorrow. If I buy something in The United States is it too much to ask to have my customer service agent in the United States?

Wish I could give it zero stars. Bought a backpack from Staples was asked if we wanted to purchase the extended warranty and said yes. About a month later the backpack was ripping, started the claims process. 3 weeks later we're still getting disconnected in the middle of calls. Getting transferred to departments we shouldn't be and still getting asked for proof of purchase which has been provided on 4 different occasions. If you can avoid getting insurance through them you should. Absolutely the worst experience i have had with any claims department in ANY company.

They dont deserve any star. Broke my computer in transit and tried to gaslight me. They never got back about the issue. A waste of warranty. Dont, buy from them its not worth your hard earn money. When I buy off products and they are the ones offerong insurance, I ignore it. It is not worth it. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

Our appointment time was between the hours of 11-1… my husband has been waiting for them. It’s going on 2 and no one here still. Why is there “time slots” if you’re not honoring them slots. We have jobs as well… be more professional and at least have the tech communicate better so we at least know what’s going on… that way we aren’t sitting around all day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

Employee Charles (Chuck) Stunich doxed me. Stole my Facebook pics made fun of my son with autism saying it’s caused by genetic inbreeding. Insulted me calling me fat making insulting memes of me, my autistic son and my veteran husband from the pics he stole. He posted my address, pictures of my house and a phone number I have not had for twelve years. It’s shocking to know someone like that works for a tech company when he is into stealing Facebook pics and doxing women. What else is he capable working at this company. And who else has he done it to. I would never use this company now. He does not need to be around technology that can aid in his doxiing women. I’m shocked and very scared for myself and my son.

Waited for 5 hours for a technician to come out to fix a screen. Made the appointment) days ago. Never heard from the technician. Called in after 4 hours of waiting. No one can seem to get a hold of the technician. The best the could do is either I pay $99 for a new phone or wait another 5 days for this to happen again. Been sitting on the phone for an hour and 20 mins trying to get an answer. Still no word from the technician.. nor Asurion.
