We made a duplicate payment to another bank on their instruction as we believed it didn\u2019t go through so we asked Barclays if it had they said no and do it again . Next day both payments came out !!! We asked them to recall it , they did but the other bank didn\u2019t respond and now Barclays say not there problem bye ! Disgusting service we are now down \u00a31000 and they don\u2019t even care we are a small business and this has crippled us due to their incompetence!"
