Bad customer service, wasn’t given appointment straight away last time the boiler broke having a newborn in the house the lady on the phone didn’t seem to care whatsoever , also I have the Engeneer coming every year to fix the same fault over and over again. Avoid Baxi boilers at any cost

Had the boiler less than a year, I've had to have them back out twice for different reasons. The engineer who came this time tried to pull the door off the wall to get to it rather than unsrew the screws. He was rather rude when i explained what the problem was, he wasn't listening and had to tell him 3 times. Then when asked if he had put the door back on he said no and refused to put it back on. After asking him a few times he did but his body language and the way he was speaking wasnt very nice at all. I've only put 1 star as it doesn't give you an option of zero

Had our boiler serviced today by Daniel . He kept us informed regarding time of arrival. Daniel was polite and very efficient. He answered all queries and wore a mask at our request. Thank you Daniel. Excellent

what an absolute joke of a service December we had our new boiler put in and straight away we had issues. Now we are in may 3 boilers in and we still have not got one that works. Call them you get know where. email you just get told one is on order but out of stock so there's another 3 weeks waiting just for it to turn up plus I've still got the old ones sat here. I've got more in stock than you

Bad customer service, couldn’t book a repair for me and made me wait hours until I manage to book it online! Boiler quality is even worse have it for 6 years now. Had 7 repairs so far... this sums it all!

Booked a boiler service for mar 31 it was confirmed then received email saying they could not do it because they didn't have full address they had my postcode and number if they had put postcode it would give address I phoned to get it sorted and was told I'll put you on hold while I sort it will be a few minutes 20 odd minutes later still on hold put phone down I updated my address rebooked for Apr 4 then get a phone call saying it would be over 6 weeks to boiler serviced because they need information from D&G.Baxi have all my details so why 6 weeks.phoned D&G to cancel they were not happy i was cancelling and new nothing of taking 6 weeks to send my information there's no way i would ever buy a Baxi product again they don't deserve customers when they treat people like this

If I could give minus rating I would. Two pensioners, husband 75 clinically vulnerable and susceptible to cold, left freezing for two weeks. Engineer promised on two occasions but didn't show up. Supposed to come today but again no show. On hold with customer service who couldn't help because they are sitting at home taking the flack from angry customers because the managers are refusing to deal with their customers. Absolutely disgusting company shameless.

We developed a leak in our boiler. Still under warranty, From start to finish everyone was so efficient and helpful. Engineer Gareth texted and phoned to confirm time. He was so professional, wore a mask at all times so we felt safe. Kind and helpful. Well done Baxi for employing such a professional young man. Thank you Gareth.

Engineer was meant to phone me between 8-10, I got a missed call at 8:30 even though I had phone in my hand all morning, waited until half 9 to see if they would phone again, then phoned customer service, waited an hour only for them to say my phone was engaged when they phoned me, normal company would either phone again, leave voicemail or a text message, the customer service then said they will get the engineer to phone me back to arrange a time, and that’s not happened, appalling service, won’t ever be getting a Baxi boiler again

I’ve just spoken with a rather facetious young lady at Legal and General named Paige! I had a Baxi boiler plan and was due the service today. As like ever other review the engineer pulled up had trouble parking although a space had been allocated for him and drove off. He had the audacity to then ring call from my driveway for three rings and when I answered he hung up and drove off. Chased Baxi three times and they said they would need to re book as he wouldn’t respond to their calls. I was advised that they would have to rebook for another day! I asked for a refund and was transferred to Legal and General on to be informed that I have been miss sold too and that the information given regarding the plan was miss-representation. Paige advised me that it was the radiators that I was paying the plan for as the boiler was already covered under the warranty? When I asked for a refund regarding the £90 that I had paid towards the service aspect she laughed me out of town. She kept using a very patronising tone stating that it’s in the small print. I will never use BAXI or LEGAL AND GENERAL EVER AGAIN!!

Rang Baxi at 08.00 on Monday, got through at 8.30 (excellent for a Monday after the weekend), dealt with Sarah who answered efficiently all my questions and engineer booked for Wednesday. Told to expect a call Wednesday from the engineer (Gordon). Had a text first thing Wednesday to confirm all was still on track. Gordon rang at 09.00 to advise would arrive between 12.00 and 14.00. He arrived at 12.15 and the job was satisfactorily completed by 13.00. He was very pleasant, answered my questions and most importantly fixed the boiler. Excellent service, amazing to get it done just 2 days from calling in the middle of the cold spell. I think more people put comments on when they have a bad experience than the many who have good service. Well done Baxi

Had my combi boiler a few years - pressure expansion vessel has broken twice, thermostat broken once and now the diverter valve has gone and Baxi are refusing to come out and repair it despite the fact I pay for boiler cover and the system is still covered under warranty - left me without heating in the middle of winter and no idea how/when it can be fixed! Never buying anything from Baxi again!

I had an engineer out on Wed 22 Dec who supposedly fixed my boiler... it stopped working Christmas day l managed to put pressure back in boiler but it went again in the night l am now unable to put water in boiler. I have had no heating or hot water since Boxing day. After 2hr-15min and 2 phone calls on the 27th trying to get through they said they couldnt come until today 30th even after I repeatedly told him l am 72 and being disabled and classed as vulnerable he didn't seem interested told me to get a electric heater. I have now received a call the 30th to say that they can't come today due to engineer being ill. Will come tomorrow. I have not been able to have a shower or anything else that requires hot water. To say l am disgusted is an understatement. The boiler was installed in Nov 2019 so under warranty for 7 yrs. What a joke.... In the middle of winter . Am l satisfied with Baxi care . I don't think l have the words to say how angry and cold l am .

Paid for an annual service which wasn’t done on the first scheduled visit back in October, it was rescheduled for today 14th December. No one turned up. I called Baxi who said that the appointment was scheduled but no engineer had been assigned to it!! They cannot book me for a service until late January 2022 now! This means that I have paid £96 for my 2021 service I’ve never had and which is a requirement for the validity of my warranty. Due to their error, I am now out of warranty. Spent an hour and a half waiting to get through to customer relations on the phone but no one answering.

Pay for maintenance, but when you try to get it you have no chance with a phone call, and as i,m 93 I don’t find going on line very easy. I definitely would not choose baxi if I get a new boiler, but to be fair the boiler is good its the after care thats the problem

Had a Baxi Ecoblue 30 installed 2 years ago and it worked a treat. Came with a well- documented 7 year warranty. A week ago it had an ignition fault, OK these things happen. My plumber diagnosed a stuck gas valve. Went on line and filled out the 'Boiler Warranty Claim' form. Web site has a number of glitches - asks for a 14 digit serial number, actually it's 17. Pull-down fault selection doesn't work, etc. In other words it needs re-design! (doesn't anyone test these things?). Baxi did call back that evening left a message - we did NOT have warranty cover, the serial number was wrong and would we like extended Warranty cover? (how did they conclude we didn't have warranty cover if the serial number was wrong). I re-did the website form. Then another call that was so quiet we could NOT hear it. The earlier call suggested calling a help line. First attempt, 2 hours waiting on the line. Second attempt 1 3.4 hours waiting. Appalling Muzak by the way! Frustrated, I've asked my plumber to come an fix it anyway, it's worth it to get it working rather than Baxi's 'Warranty'!! Great Boiler that was reliable - RUINED by Baxi's attempts to provide a warranty repair service!! Good example of how to trash your image.......
