Ordered over $100 of products got a haul number and they took my money. Now they are saying my haul number is nothing and I never put an order in! Thankfully I paid with PayPal so have put a dispute in but never buy from beauty bay!

I placed an order and 4 days later i noticed it had still not been dispatched so i contacted their customer services team to find out that there was an error on their system which meant they took payment but did not process the order. I was told i would be be refunded in full within 5 - 10 days. It has now been over 2 weeks and still NO REFUND. I have contacted them AGAIN and told that my refund was never processed and would have to wait another 3 - 5 days!!!! absolute joke of a company, customer services haven't got a clue. I will never order from there again and i will make sure everyone i know knows about them!

I ordered 4 products from The Ordinary, was up at 1am waiting for the restock manager to get them and paid straight away! I have been waiting since the 26th of July for my products! I fill out a form and get the same bs automated response but still no actual response from the team! DO NOT BUY FROM BEAUTY BAY! Cult beauty is way more reliable!

Yesterday I wanted to order two "The Ordinary" products, and together they cost about 11£. Next thing I see, they have completely changed the shipping costs, and shipping to Bosina is now 30£! Which is insanely expensive! It costs more than those products together! And they didn't even inform me as their customer that they changed their shipping policy. That is so rude. I am deleting my account today. Congrats, you lost another customer.

I ordered a parcel from Beauty Bay that was supposed to be delivered on 17 August 2020. However, the next day I received an update from their courier (Hermes) that there was an issue with my address (?!). When I contacted Hermes, they told me to speak to Beauty Bay directly. Let me first say, never in my life have I been spoken to so rudely by a customer support team. Nor have I ever received such little help from a retailer. Trying to get updates and a resolution from Beauty Bay has been like a full-time job over the last 12 days, and it still isn’t over. I contacted Beauty Bay to tell them what had happened, and since I was leaving the address on the 21 August, they advised that I requested a stop and return so that the parcel wouldn’t arrive when I’m no longer at the address. I’m sure you can already see where this is going. After a few more ‘failed’ delivery attempts while I was at the address - I was never actually told what the issue with the address was, and for the life of me I can’t imagine what it could possibly be, particularly since no one thought to contact me directly to ask for help - I have now left. Today, lo and behold, I receive an update that the parcel has been miraculously delivered. Despite numerous requests for the parcel to be stopped and returned, and despite explaining the situation. Also, despite the fact that the parcel was not delivered during the correct timeframe. It has been so stressful trying to squeeze any updates out of Beauty Bay, or get any help whatsoever. I’ve been brushed off and spoken to unbelievably rudely. Despite the fact that I still don’t have my parcel and will be unable to get hold of it due to their own error, and despite the fact that they have just lost a customer, they have not offered so much as a proper apology, or even any kind of compensation. Beauty Bay has plenty of competitors to choose from. I would urge you to pick from any one of them, over this rude, unhelpful company that has proven they could not care less about their customers, so long as they have their money.

Beauty Bay participates in fraud. Do not trust them, do not buy from them, do not give them your money. They re NOT legit. They help criminals steal your information. Once you PROVE that the transaction was fraudulent, they tell you they can't help since you didn't make the purchase. This is a crime, it's fraud and it's not right. DO NOT BUY FROM BEAUTY BAY.

I received my items today face spray half bottle empty Loose powder was opened and not secured spreads all overs the other products I recommend to buy only face pallets it’s the only thing makes me cool down

Scam company and disgusting customer service! My parcel was lost and confirmed to be lost by Hermes, yet I am being denied a refund. I was taken round and round in circles before being eventually completely ignored! They will keep every penny they can hold onto, regardless of whether it is legal or illegal. My rights as a customer means I am owed that refund for the products I never got. Stop stealing from your customers beautybay! Your Twitter page is filled with the same stories! Refund what is not yours to keep! They keep sending emails saying they will contact Hermes... it's been a week and they are supposedly only just contacting the company that they said they would contact 1 week ago? Sounds like a lying and scamming company. Give me my refund! Give me my refund beautybay, you ate illegally holding onto my money!

Short version: Great products, awful customer service and shipping. It's true about the bad service in other reviews. I ordered some Ordinary products twice before, but on my third order (when the products came available - you have about a five minute window before they go again every day for the popular products), my order was placed OK, but sometime afterwards, I received an email saying only ONE item was coming out of FOUR I had ordered and had confirmed were on their way at the time I purchased... that item was LESS than the shipping cost! It's unacceptable to tell people AFTER the order is placed that 75% of what they thought they purchased is not coming and then have the gall to still ship whatever is left (and charge expensive shipping) without giving the customer the option to wait until the other products come back in stock OR to cancel the order altogether. Yes, I received a refund for the non-shipped products, but never again will I shop with this mob. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Disgusting to say the least. There was a technically difficulty with my order, so it got delivered to another of my saved address, which is in the otherside of the country, a 10 hour drive. I contacted beauty bay to change the delivery address but they responded late, therefore the parcel was already delivered. I then got told they could do a ‘return to sender’ request to get the parcel back to them so I can have my full refund which was over £100. Then to be told this was impossible and that I have been lied to by the team. After 2 weeks of trying to sort this out I was told multiple times by the team that there’s nothing they can do and they won’t give me a refund. Once I asked to speak to a manager, suddenly I was able to return the parcel, only if I had someone in the area who could do the labels for me. Luckily the parcel went to a reception so they could, however if this was not the case BEAUTY BAY would have robbed me and thought nothing of it. Currently I still do not have the refund and have had the worse experience with customer services ever. TO SUM UP: RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICES, UNWILLING TO HELP EVEN WHEN THEIR POLICY SAYS THEY CAN, AN ISSUE ON THEIR END CAUSED THIS WHICH THEY WONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR AT ALL. I strongly advise to shop somewhere else, many people have experienced like this from BEAUTY BAY and it’s disgusting how they handle them. Along with the CUSTOMER SERVICES being rude, arrogant, unhelpful, passive aggressive and to top it off lying directly to customers to ‘push the issue aside’. If I wasn’t as persistent I would have never spoken to a manager, considering I requested this 4 times before getting hold of one. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Worst company ever do not buy from here they RIP you off I got a babyliss blow dryer with a United Kingdom plug and can send back bc I opened it and would have to pay for shipping. Total waste of money.

never again. you delivered to the wrong address. 6 weeks later and still no refund. shocking customer service and feel completely let down by. this was meant to be a gift... what's the point in putting a delivery address if you deliver somewhere else? I've emailed about 5\6 times now and still no resolution.

Had changed address since last order, updated the billing address and clicked deliver to billing address. They sent my order to my last house even though I SPECIFICALLY CLICKED ON DELIVER TO BILLING ADDRESS!!!!!! Someone else now has my order, complained to beautybay about their glitch and they advise I travel to my old address, THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTRY and demand for the order back???? ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!! No refund was offered and the blame was put on me!!! I WILL NOT BE BUYING OFF THIS WEBSITE AGAIN AND NEITHER WILL MY FRIENDS/FAMILY!!! DISGRACE

The lipsticks I ordered were purple and black, the lipsticks I got were both wine coloured. The returns policy requires me to pay the postage. I would not bother with this company again.

The worst customer service I have received, ever. 4 weeks later I do not have my products and I get nothing but templated and automated responses from the "customer service" team. Do not waste your money, listen to the bad reviews.
