Bought a bracelet in middle of January. The gold is already fading. A bracelet that is not used everyday. Beaver brooks are not interested even taking a look or replacing it. Please be careful before buying!! Very quick to take your money but when you need help they are quick to dismiss you

Ralph Lauren Earings were too thick to fit my Mum's ears! Told to return for a refund to be considered... advised no refund as they showed signs of being worn?!! Well, yes she tried to put them in her ears and they didn't fit? Why else would I be returning them? Natalie from Customer Services.. Waste of my time and I feel less intelligent for dealing with Natalie and her nonsensical argument and illogical rationale for declining my refund.

I wasnt going to actually complain about your service But now I will On a recent visit to your store in Oldham My previous visit was August /September Was served exceptionally well Everything was perfect Shown me everything sat me down made me feel really welcome Please note I expected the same service today but did not get this from fern On the 18th October Served by fern I was requesting to look at your mens boss items She asked which ones and brought some out But I wanted to see more she said I cannot bring them all out And to be honest it was a matter of a couple of trays After waiting about for her to show me Then actually choosing Then I decided I wanted earring to match Which she tried to show me from the side of the inside window door Then I chose Then still left stood there waiting I rather expected to be sat down in the seating area like I did last time But no she offered nothing of that at all Maybe she thought at first I was not going to buy and I just wanted to look Only she can answer that Anyway Further to a phone call of my son this morning on his birthday He said Mum I just won’t wear them So I told him to go back for a refund As he did today. Around. 1-15 They said they could not refund because they had no cash Told him that Stockport had money available and for him to go there which he refused Then she accused him of being aggressive Still refusing to give refund Because of the cash situation Then after some length of time She found £160 in notes and £1 coins the rest If she knew she had that cash in the first place Why oh why did she make such a atmosphere in the shop And trying to turn it all around on my son I don’t know the ladies name as the refund receipt was in ferns name but I’m sure my son said it was not her I personally have bought from you over the years After this I’m considering taking my custom elsewhere And to actually send me the refund receipt Was actually appalling. Service from Yourselves Because say he didn’t want to tell me it was not he’s thing And how hurt I would have been I would love to hear what your staff. Have to say on both matters Not a happy customer Copy of my email with no reply

I purchased a Gucci g frame watch at the Trafford Centre branch on 09/05, for £1260. Upon checking it at home noticed it had several scratches on the side. I called the store 1st thing on Friday who apologised and stated I could return it to Bolton for a refund. The Manager at Bolton store refused to accept the watch back in stock and after a call to Angie at Trafford centre branch I was advised to wait till 6pm after she had investigated. I got a call to say it was not within their policy to accept a to return in that condition. Even though they sold it to me in that condition. When I asked if she had spoken to the sales assistant who had sold it to me, she stated she had not and could Not answer my question regarding her “investigation!”. I suggested she spoke to her sales assistant first TBH it shouldn’t be my place to tell a store manager how to investigate a matter! Ridiculous state of affairs, happy to sell a watch in such a dreadful condition they won’t accept it back. Managers stating “investigations” performed when responsible staff aren’t even asked about the sale. A response from a senior manager would be appreciated Date of experience: 11 May 2024

Watch arrived well packed and on time but with missing documentation that for a watch that cost over £3k is not good. Emailed customer service and was told to send the watch back so a replacement could be ordered however, this is a limited edition watch that is sold out everywhere so I asked that if I sent it back could they guarantee to source a replacement but Rachel from customer service choose not to answer this question. I then called the 0800 number but after 30mins on hold had to give up. I only ordered the watch from BeaverBrooks as it had sold out everywhere else and I can see why others choose to use more reputable jewellers. Anyways, first time using BEAVERCROOKS and the last.

Bought a sapphire and a diamond ring for my wife for our 45th anniversary and took it back after 2 weeks because the claws on the ring were pulling threads from whatever my wife wore. She ruined at least 4 dresses. Took the ring back to the store in Bracknell, Lexicon, not for refund but to get it sorted and the gentleman, who served me was so arrogant and simply refused to do anything about the ring. When I persisted he said take it to a private jeweller to get it repaired. This service is disgraceful, the staff are all over you when they want to sell you the product but when anything goes wrong, they are so rude and arrogant. Will never shop there again. I’m in my seventies and have never had any jeweller behave like this, would advise people to think twice before shopping there again.

My boyfriend bought me a Dimond ring soon after It was catching and the claw was lose, they said it had to go to Canada for repair, It was then lost months went by , I complained and picked another ring, I have had this 2 years and hardly wore it as I work for NHS and rings are not allowed, I noticed a Diamond has fallen out and it’s gone out of shape a little , Again it been sent away to see why , the lady said may be down to wearing it , what rubbish it Coast £4,000 And hardly used , I would never buy anything from this shop ever again , and I have always used Beaverbrooks for years their rings are not well made and you should be able to wear a diamond engagement ring every day with worry about it , I am so Angry and upset 2 rings both faulty and hardly used.

The actual branch of Beaverbrooks I use is really good and friendly staff. My problem is with insurance I bought to cover an expensive ring and them refusing to replace the ring even though it is covered for Loss they are saying its not covered. I have provided all documentation requested (Police report, Lost Propery report etc) so it is ongoing with me appealing their decision. Shocking service, all I want is my ring replaced as the stated in the policy when sold to me.

Bought a watch from Beaverbrooks and the Crystal broke after a month. Spoke to Customer Services and they said send it back. When they got it back they said it was accidental damage. The watch was a present and was not used. No way was it accidental damage. On reaching reviews of this company I noted that this is an excuse they use quite frequently. With Beaverbrooks the customer is not right they are. The customer is a liar. Avoid Beaverbrooks. Their customer service is awful.

Today is my mom's birthday and unfortunately I had to make a last minute gift - which she ended up not liking. Thus, I ended up returning the necklace the same day I purchased, in order not to waste time. The way the staff member, who served me, reacted was unacceptable - I do not know if it was for the colour of my skin or anything else but the atmosphere was very unwelcoming both during the purchase and return. The necklace was checked extra carefully as if it had been swapped or something. I felt mortified and definitely never going to buy anything else from here. Teach your staff not to judge people based on their appearance and color of their skin. Everyone should feel welcomed when entering a store. I am appalled!!

Very poor service here. I purchased a watch online and then was called the next day to be told that it was sold out. Even though I was originally charged.

Never needed to write a bad review in my life but the day has come. This company is an absolute shambles and have no value for their customer. Neither me or my Mrs have ever had to deal with such a rude and unhelpful set of staff. Michelle, Sofie, Candy, Hannah, just a few names of people you do not want to be dealing with. These people made my time at beaverbrooks hell. Cant deal with basic requests, do not let the customer speak, continuously talking over you, their word over yours, zero negotiations ( the likes of Goldsmiths, TH Baker, Earnest Jones all willing to help but Beaverbrooks) Avoid at any cost

Would give no stars if possible. Appalling 'after-care' at the White Rose branch-to the point of non-existent. My fiancé purchased an engagement ring at a rather substantial amount of money- Beaverbrooks were all too happy to take his hard earned money yet told a number of lies in order to get that sale. It has made what should be a happy occasion turn into a number of months of hassle which has still not been resolved. The ring was purchased and my fiancé was informed that ring re-sizing would 'not be an issue at all' but would 'also be free'. My fiancé chose the ring specifically because of this and that fact that it would always remain the ring he chose- not one that was swapped for a different size if it didn't fit. The ring was to big but as he was told it would be rezied free I wore it for a couple of weeks until I could travel into a store, and I went into the White Rose store with all the certificates, receipts and documents in order for it to be re-sized. I was then informed that: a) they were not sure it could ever be re-sized due to the style of the band, b) it would have to be sent of the manufacturers which according to their system when they checked would take at least 8 months, c) the re-sizing was NOT free but they couldn't quote as it had to be the manufacturer who gave the quote. A complaint was put into Beaverbrooks- the manager failed to get back to us which left us chasing for a month for updates- to eventually be told that he had left and he had not actually logged the complaint as he should- another example of incompetency of the behalf of staff. We then went through the rigmarole again explaining everything to Beaverbrooks UK who are stating that they 'cannot do anything'. Please do not purchase anything from this incompetent company who are dishonest in order to obtain sales. I wish he had used an independent who put customers above profit and were honest. Needless to say I shall not be having a matching wedding ring from this despicable company- they're no better than common criminals who take advantage of those trying to make important decisions.

I can't believe what appalling customer service this company has, a watch purchase in January 2018 is still with the store being "fixed' and us as the customer made to feel like it's our fault that they sold us a faulty watch. Read the reviews of others on trustpilot to get the real reviews on this company.

Don't take your jewelry to this place for valuation. Seriously undervalued my girlfriend's ring. have the cheek to be selling almost the same ring for £850 more. Either there ripping ppl off or they don't have a clue about valuing second hand jewellery

If there was an option for a minus I would be giving them a negative score. I left my engagement ring with the Hull store on 20th October. All I wanted was a quote on a resize. I was informed the manufacturer was the only one who could provide this. I left my ring with them. What I was never informed if was my ring would go to head office and head office would be sending it abroad. Head office also sent it off with a note for a reset as an adjustment was not possible. Something the store told me ONLY the manufacturer could determine. My ring went 'missing' in transit and customer service was beyond poor. To the point where I contacted the CEO, who fobbed me back off to customer service. I even wrote to all the directors where I finally received a poorly written 1 page letter with barely even an apology; but defending Beaverbrooks on this matter. Having to wait weeks for a new ring and pathetic offers of compensation does not leave a customer feeling very happy. My own engagement ring is lost forever, I now have a replacement I do not want and was told I was out of refund policy!! Shocking doesn't even come close to the service received. Beaverbrooks finally said I can have a refund on the ring and what works out as around 27% compensation for the hassle. After months of customer service hell this is simply not good enough. But by law a replcamanet is all they need to do.....clearly this company do the minimum and are happy to lose a customer and one of the most sentimental pieces of jewellery they will ever have! Will never shop here or recommend them again!

Save your money to spend with a company who value customers. Service stops as soon as the sale is done and the money is taken, if you have a problem after that don’t expect them to help whatsoever made a purchase online as a gift 4 days after that (the day before it was due to arrive) at 3pm receive an email to say the item is out of stock. They had already taken the money from my bank and this was due to be a gift. Spent the next 2 days calling and leaving voicemails which were never returned eventually emailed them and got a response will never ever use this company again
