If I could award no stars I would. 2 x Perfect Draft kegs ordered on 03 October 2016. Web site promises free delivery within 3 days. Called Beerhawk on 06 October to find out where my delivery was... Web site had conflicting information: one page saying 'In Warehouse' , next page saying 'Dispatched'. Phone support advised me that there was a delayed delivery from their supplier and assured me my order would ship on 07 October. Called them back on 10 October to find out if they had shipped. Told they will ship tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Absolutely atrocious. A simple system to notify customers of delays needs to be implemented and people need to communicate with each other. I can order the same products from Saveur-Biere in France and they arrive within 3 days!!!!! If Beerhawk don't guarantee my delivery by 11 October (8 days outside their delivery 'promise') I WILL cancel my order and buy from France. Terrible, terrible experience!!!!

You are getting a few 1 star reviews here beer hawk, maybe it is time you do something about it ? I emailed, but got no reply, how rude !! I got my cooler today (Friday), but no beer to go with it, so very disapointed like so many others. You must remember Beer Hawk that Amazon are very good at next day delivery and Customer Service, so people expect the same from all online sellers. I don't expect to get a reply from you, but warn you to treat customers with respect.

I ordered the Perfect Draft for my husband for our anniversary. I received the machine but the two kegs I order were missing. I called and they said they would track the order and call me back. After waiting a day, I went to online chat and they responded that the kegs were backordered and would be to me by Friday. On Friday, I still don't have my kegs and Beer Hawk is blaming the delivery company. The delivery company denies ever receiving the kegs. They said they didn't get the product to deliver yet. This is very disappointing to spend 200 pounds only to have nothing to show and customer service who avoids helping customers. Don't waste your money!

I ordered the pump and keg for a party I was having on the Saturday, on the Friday only the pump turned up with no explanation it's now Tuesday and still no keg and clue when it's coming. Tried to email but just got ignored definitely won't be ordering anything again

I Ordered a box of lagers for my dad's birthday which is 30th August. I placed the order on 22nd August. Two days later on 24th I received an email telling me it was dispatched and wood take 3 working days. Given it was the bank holiday weekend I then found out my dad still hadn't received anything by the Tuesday, the 30th, so went to the link to track my delivery and saw that they had tried to arrange delivery on 25th. My stepmother was in most of that day - she left the house for half an hour at 530. Yet no note was left and even I wasn't notified that they hadn't been successful with the delivery The U.K. Mail site is the most un-user friendly site I think I've ever seen. The page firstly told me 'please call' under the delivery tracker details, but I couldn't find a number anywhere to call them so I sent an email through their contact form on 30th and received a reply saying they'd get back to me within a day. By the 31st I hadn't heard anything so I called beer hawk direct who didn't know what had happened but would talk to head office and work out what had happened and arrange redelivery Still no update on the 1st. Called again and spoke to Shirley who put another urgent message through to customer services Meanwhile still nothing from UK mail Later that day (on 1st) a lady from beerhawk emailed me saying that she'd spoken to customer services at the delivery company and found out that the beers had been damaged and they were sending a new box. She said that id receive a new email from UK mail to track the delivery. Later that day I received this email saying the delivery would take up to 3 working days and that I'd receive a further email or text with an update on the exact delivery day and time. I didn't hear anything again until Monday 5th with another email saying the delivery would be with me within 3 days. They were finally delivered on 6th, over two weeks after I placed the order and a week after my father's birthday for which these beers were his gift Since then I've had no further apology for the delay or offer of compensation

if i could have given a minus score i would have done for my last order. Ordered on 23rd August 2016 for express delivery on Thursday 25th August 2016. Money charged to credit card on 24th August 2016. On the afternoon of delivery day was informed that a beer was not available so substitute was arranged. As at late afternoon on 1st September beer has still not arrived. Emails sent Friday and Wednesday which have been ignored apart from auto generated replies. Phone calls go through to the order line who can do nothing to help us other than to email head office who i have insisted contact us, Received email on 31st August saying order is with courier but yet the order line comfirmed today 1st September 2016 it has not been despatched. Great company when it is all straight forward but the minute there is a problem they do not want to communicate with you and in no hurry to send beer or refund money. At present i am £62.88 out of pocket.

I ordered 2 large crates of beer which were left outside my flats building which isn't very secure one bit. These could have easily been stolen by anyone walking by on the street. I've had very little response from beer hawk after several phone conversations about this incident. Very poor customer service. Will not be recommending to family or friends

Terrible service. I really wish i had read your facebook reviews before ordering. You dont deliver anything on time. My parcel didnt turn up. It took me to chase you. It was 5 days late and missed someones birthday. You also promised you would email me and you didnt. Absolute garbage!! Go and do something else, because delivering beer isnt your thing!

I ordered my case with plenty of time and gave a date for delivery but on said delivery date I rang just to check it was coming and was told my order had been lost. I asked to pick up the order that day but was refused this by Beer Hawk, don't know why. No more orders from me

I had a terrible experience with Beer Hawk, and will not be using them again. I ordered a brewing kit for a present for a friend's 30th, and it said 3 working days shipping, which was well within my timeframe, so I chose Beer Hawk. I made my order on Sunday evening, needing it for the following Friday, which gave me plenty of room (5 working days). After 3 working days, I still hadn't had a confirmation of shipping, and no communication whatsoever from Beer Hawk. Accordingly, I contacted them by email, only to be told there was a mix up with the courier, and that my ordered had been split up, and the remainder of my order would be delivered shortly. The problem with this, is that my order was only one package, so it didn't make any sense at all. This was still understandable, these things do happen, and I still had 2 days in which my package could be delivered in time for my friend's birthday, so I waited. The birthday came and went, and I had nothing to give my best mate on his birthday. The following Monday (6 working days after I placed my order), I received another email from Beer Hawk saying that they were temporarily out of stock of my product, and asking whether I would like to have a refund or wait till it came in stock. I could not comprehend this, how can I have purchased a product, without Beer Hawk having the item in stock? Modern inventory management systems prevent this. I was away on holiday, so I elected to wait. Beer Hawk offered me some beer tokens (£7) as compensation, which is barely enough to cover shipping on anything, and I am hesitant to use them in case I go through this hassle again. So my package finally arrived, 11 working days after I ordered :( . I understand that errors occur (even though they shouldn't in this day and age), but what annoyed me the most is the poor communication I encountered.

I had a bad experience with Beerhawk. Made my first order for 30 beers on Saturday evening, needed for an event the following Friday but I never received an order confirmation email or text. The order showed up in my account with 2-3 day delivery and that it was being shipped but I still hadn't heard anything by Tuesday afternoon so I contacted Beerhawk and they confirmed that the order was being dispatched and that I would received an email / text overnight with the order to be delivered on Wednesday. I still heard nothing by Wednesday lunchtime so I called customer services and they said they'd check to see what has happened and why it hadn't been dispatched as promised. A couple of hours later I received an email saying they were out of stock for one of the beers so would I like a substitute or refund for that beer. I immediately confirmed that I would be happy for a substitute but asked if they could still deliver by Friday given that I needed the beer for then. They refused and said the earliest they could deliver would now be Saturday. It's a bit unfortunate that one beer was out of stock but I was very frustrated that I had to keep chasing up to find out what was going on and for them to realise there was a problem. They are not cheap [I managed to get some Beavertown Neck Oil (which was the main choice in my Beerhawk order) delivered within 2 hours on Amazon Prime Now and only cost me £22 for 12 cans c.f. £30 with Beerhawk!] so I think if you're going to charge a premium price you should provide better customer service. I also think if they valued me as a customer they could have provided Express Delivery to get the beer to me in time but I have now cancelled my order and won't be using Beerhawk again!

Awful service! Placed my order on the 30th of June and received a confirmation email within two working days to let me know that they would be delivered within the next 3 working days and the email stated i would receive a delivery confirmation email. After 5 working days had passed i called to chase my order and was told that they did not know why it had not been delivered and would definitely be delivered the following working day however this was not the case...it is now the 12th of June and my order STILL has not been delivered. I was told i would receive a call from head office and never received this, i also sent emails that were never responded to! I have now been advised that my order was in fact damaged and they will be sending out a replacement within the next 3 working days! Would definitely NOT recommend.

Ordered the beer as a gift and it was dispatched very quickly. This was where the positive news ended. It didn't arrive, and I had no contact from either UK Mail or Beer Hawk. 5 days after the proposed delivery day I rang UK Mail who informed me the case had been returned to beer hawk because it was damaged. I rant Beer hawk to be told the customer services department was closed and they would contact me. 4 days passed, no contact. I rang the company again to be told the department was closed. I later received a voicemail from Beer Hawk saying my order was dispatched and missed delivery because I wasn't in.. It did not contain even an apology, and even sounded accusation all as if it was my fault for being out at work. The fact the case was damaged and caused a delay isn't the source of frustration but the lack of contact from either UK Mail or Beer Hawk was outrageous.

The person I placed the order with got my new address wrong and didn't update my shipping address to my new address when asked. Once I realised the error in my confirmation email I contacted Beer Hawk immediately to ask for my details to be updated. I got no response. I phoned them and was told that the order was being processed and might be shipped to my old address. I then received an email stating that my address had been updated and was now correct. However, the order was still shipped to my old address. I told Beer Hawk as soon as I got the email from the delivery company that indicated my address was wrong. Beer Hawk said they stopped the delivery and it would be delivered to my correct address the next day. It wasn't. I contacted the delivery company, who told me that the delivery had been refused and that Beer Hawk had put a hold on the order and to contact them. I contacted Beer Hawk again and was told that they had attempted delivery to my current address and that the delivery was rejected. This is not true because I waited in all day for the parcel to be delivered and it wasn't. 5 days after the initial delivery date my order was delivered. The customer service was a joke, communication between departments seems to be non-existent and the whole experience was unnecessarily stressful. I will definitely never be buying from Beer Hawk again.

I ordered some beers three weeks ago but they still haven't arrived. I've contacted customer services several times about this but keep getting the same stock response that the beers are on their way, despite the fact that this clearly isn't true. They haven't apologised once and blame the delay on a delivery address change. The reason the address had to change is because Beer Hawk got it wrong in the first place (I ordered over the phone) and, regardless, I don't understand why an address change would cause a three week delay anyway. I've asked for a refund a couple of times but this request has just been flat out ignored so I don't hold out much hope of getting my money back. From reading other reviews I can see that Beer Hawk orders are usually good (when they work) but, if something goes wrong, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
