I ordered an expensive appliance on May 31, 2020. It has never been delivered. We continue to call, and now are informed that it might be delivered November 6. Very discouraged and disappointed.

I ordered an appliance on May 31, 2020. Delivery was scheduled for August. No one appeared. We continued to call, and now delivery is scheduled for Nov. 6, over 5 months later. Very frustrating.

I wish I read the reviews first! I was recommended to use them. They sent a message and I had spoke to someone and have the whole email when I ordered that I had to have my things delivered Saturday! They called Saturday to reschedule for the 11th and I have to have my house go on the market the week of the 5th. They said they would call in a half hour since I told them I can’t take off work and they never did. Had I just gone with Home Depot I would have got it!!! Do not pay for delivery they will just pretend like they will help. They won’t. They won’t keep to their promises and they won’t offer you any alternatives or refunds toward the loss of time. I am still waiting on a call and waiting on a delivery date that they could not tell me. And could not give me a time frame reasonable for my work either.

I went to Best buy yesterday I asked if they have CDs he said no we don't sell CDs anymore, we sell vynl records, I asked about family Guy, season 9 Mike & Molly season 4, & liar liar with Jim Carrey, said no to everything I asked about. They said we don't have em in stock & don't know when we will. The guy told me to go to The exchange store on youngstown Rd in Niles next to Marc's super market & the old fairhaven industries service & support administrators building. They need to add more of a better selection of new up to date tv shows, movies & go back to CDs. One day I was in there & purchased a $50 gift card to Order some DVDs he said no we can't order them for you in store, you havta go on app to order them, I said forget it just give me back my $50 bucks... Once I bought the card I was gonna use it to order some DVDs the manager & Mike the clerk said no. I was not happy. Take my best advice best staff to allow to order in store with the gift card you bought from your store & better selection of newer TV shows, like last man standing Bob hearts abishola, man with a plan, up to date tv shows some older tv shows & new or old movies that are hard to find.

Bought a defective product from Best Buy in Rockwall tx. Tried to return it within 24 hours with receipt. Refused to refund or exchange it. Said that I was stuck with the defective product. The associate Steve lacked any customer service skills.

This purchase started in July of 2020 and it would take too long to write out all of the details in the review. Best Buy has the worst customer service in the world. The "professional" installers rating on a scale from 1-10 is a negative zero. The integrity of the managers negative zero. They tell you that they will call you back and they don't call you back. If you contact the customer service for help a double negative. In some cases, I held on for hours. In other cases after they transfer you at least five times on a call you have to tell what happened over and over again only to hear, after spending three hours on the phone, only to hear I'm so sorry, but I can't help you. You have to work with the store staff directly. The in-store managers are worse. This was one of the most horrific experiences and I will never shop at Best Buy again. I'm supposed to be an "Elite" customer. The I had a back-up camera installed first they installed the camera backwards. Then they installed the camera on my tag and covered up the state and the month and year tags. Then they had the nerve to tell me I had to pay for a new camera and the installation, or they can remove the camera and I can be on my way. My new appointment is in November. This is ludicrous and I'm supposed to be an "Elite" customer. Looking at all of the reviews, it looks like this is a place to talk about the problem. I don't see any resolutions. I look forward to hearing from you regarding my concern.

Purchased a refrigerator and protection plan from Best Buy, long story short my refrigerator went out so I called customer service and scheduled an appointment which they soonest possible date was 9 days out. Which in itself is a long time to go with out a refrigerator. Then the day of the appointment comes and after multiple conformation emails prior to said date they called canceled the appointment During the window they were supposed to be there and said sorry can’t make it but we can reschedule it for two weeks from now. Now I have no fridge, missed day of work and pay and no guarantee they will show up next time. Calling customer service is no help. Best Buy lost a long time customer over this. A&e was the repair contractor that canceled the day of. Absolutely no customer service anymore.sure glade I bought the extended warranty for piece of mind. Bravo Best Buy.

I bought my first two computers (a HP and an ASUS...one primary and one for a backup) a printer and service contracts at Best Buy. I have no complaints with their Geek Squad nor any of their personnel who do their best. Both computers went down. Lucky me. I had to make an appointment 10 days ahead of time just to drop them off. I worked IT 35 years ago and that is inexcusable (pandemic or no pandemic and by the way...their business is booming). I will remove the autobill for a second year of Geek Squad service. I bought a Chromebook at Staples for a third backup to my first two computers. It sucks but I need it and it's functional.

I went in with intentions of buying a $1200 computer, but the sales guy Jesse, refused to help me. Twice I asked him a question and he walked away! I told him if I can’t get help then I should just go to Walmart, he replied . I say go where you can get the cheapest!! That wasn’t my intention!! I will never step foot inside another Best Buy again! Mount Juliet TN! So disappointed & Disrespectful

Don't ever buy their credit card. I would rather prefer tortured to death instead of buying their credit cards. They will charge you interest for months in which you don't use the card even if you pay the minimum installment. When I went to customer service they told me to read the card agreement. Also while buying a credit card person told me that, best buy credit yearly fees can be waived off if you call them. When I call them they didn't do anything like that. I struggle 6 months to login to their online account. I have been making payments from my phone in those 6 months. Every time I log in it locks for 48 hours. The technical help desk was utterly useless. After some 5-6 calls and waiting for 2-3 days, they finally helped me get into my online account. As a student with a lost job due to the pandemic, I am already struggling to make a minimum payment, but these guys keep charging interest even if we exist. And if we go to customer service, they told us to read the agreement. If also have 2 other credit cards, but none of them is as worst as BestBuy and best buy credit card. Other credit cards are extremely helpful and customer service actually helps us. I had the same login issue with other cards but it was resolved quickly. And they also don't charge interest if we simply pay the minimum due and don't use a card, unlike BestBuy. If torched to death as an alternative to this, I would have done that a long time ago.

Worse customer service that I ever had They don’t return calls as promise! It’s been 2 weeks!! No calls from the store salesman nor the Dept manager nor store nor corporate! They keep shoveling me around from Dept to Dept! If I could give them a -30 stars I would!

Horrible company. Ordered cooktop August 2. Endless delivery cancellations. They scheduled the installation and rang my bell on Sept 8. Hello - The delivery didn’t take place until Sept. 23. Even though I paid for installation, I was informed by the delivery man it was already installed so I’m not scheduled anymore for an installation. It now sits in my Living Room. Took me over 2 hours on hold calling them. They informed me their installations are booked till next week.

I wish I could give Worst Buy negative 10 stars!!! They deliver damaged products and then leave you with no recourse because you can not get through to customer service. If you do manage to be put through to customer service after holding for no less than an hour, they will pass you from person to person, put you on hold for ages, and then tell you lies about how they will either give you a new appliance that will work or a refund. Stay as far away from this company as you can unless you have money to throw away, are not in need of working appliances, and have all the time in the world to wait on the phone and at home for a delivery

I’ve been ordering from Best Buy for over 30 years. I bought new house in Austin, which needed appliances. Little did I know that I would be spending over 30 hours on the phone trying to get the right appliances and get them delivered. • 8/6/20 Walked into the Store @ 5:55 PM with list of appliances to order pulled up on my iPad – the Manager – John, stated he was closed – I would have to order online or come back the next day. • 8/6/20: Spent 3 hours online ordering products. Had to separate my orders so the delivery date wouldn’t be delivered on 9/25… the delivery date of the item on backorder. • 8/7/20: Notified that one of my orders was cancelled. • 8/8/20: Attempted to reorder online – it didn’t work. • 8/10/20: Refrigerator not delivered. The driver was across town. • 8/15/20: Had to cancel refrigerator reschedule – mom died. • 8/17/20: Wrong washer and dryer delivered after the driver was misrouted and almost didn’t come. Had to pay for steel-braded hose to the driver in the form of a good tip. • 8/19/20: Refrigerator delivered without a waterline. • 8/19/20: LG Sidekick dryer delivered, but not installed – driver stated there was no electrical outlet, but there was. • 8/20/20: Realized when I ordered online, although I clicked that I wanted the 5-year warranty, it didn’t take, so I called to purchase it. Waited on hold for an hour – it was for the wrong person. They transferred me – waited another 30 minutes – wrong person. The last person disconnected me. • 9/7/20: LG Sidekick rescheduled for install, but the driver never showed, despite being called 3 times. • 9/14/20: Had to call 3 times. The driver said he wasn’t coming. Dispatch sent him anyway. The Sidekick didn’t fit because the wrong washer and dryer were delivered. If Best Buy doesn’t fix the way they do business, they’ll be out of business in 5-10 years.

Been a month now and the corporate office of Worstbuy has not returned a phone call as promised. Terrible customer service and a miracle if you can even get through with a phone call. Go to Lowes or Home Depot for appliances. Much better service and better prices. A month, an entire month and they are to lazy or corrupt to call back.

I had a freezer defrosting with 1500.00 worth of food in it. They would not sell me a floor model and were out of any in stock models. They did not care at all. I will never go to best but again

Terrible attitude and customer service. I called to ask about sales a week before labor day as I was looking to buy a new computer. I called the store in Medford, OR and the person on the other end hung up on me. I went by the store to tell management what had happened and they offered up excuses. The sales person that was with the manager acted as if he could careless. Really bad attitude and service. I bought my computer at Costco that day. I will from now on look anywhere else before going there as a last resort. I refuse to buy from a business that is rude.
