“Beware of scam and fraud from bestbuy online order!
I got scammed from Bestbuy online order. Bose soundbar 700 ordered bestbuy online, delivered empty box, soundbar was replaced and swapped with some sort of vinyl tiles inside to trick and cheat the weight of product!
Called and claimed bestbuy, and 3 weeks past, still not solving the issue, no email reply, no call back whatsoever!
I even went store to talk about it, they just told me to wait.
So disgusting how bestbuy handle this problem.
Hope Bestbuy check this, resolve this fraud.”

“The most rude staff I have even had to deal with in a retail store. The website should also state when mailing purchase with a install that the install is backed up from March! Also I received the email saying my stereo is there and ready to make a install appointment. Then I call and they say not taking appointments till all others are caught up. Rudely to I may add(Maplewood , MN location)Then I would have waited to make this purchase. Now I have to search for a install!! Thanks not so good buy! From a former loyal customer!”
“Best Buy is awful on updates as well as telling the truth. I order a Samsung TV and given a delivery date,which was delayed by a day and only to be lost in transit. I was told a reship for a date and that was also delayed. Ont he new delivery date, I received a text it was pushed out 2 more days. So I called to inquire why, then was put back into a portal and received a text that delivery date was the same day. I called again to make sure only to be lied that the delivery date pushed by both a rep and the supervisor. I called back to report both reps for lying because I would have had product on a porch left for almost 24hrs. I will not trust Best Buy to handle any deliveries and their reps the lie.”
“After rescheduling my delivery appointment, 9 minutes into my scheduled 12 to 6 delivery window, someone called to say that they were too busy to deliver my appliances. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. We're currently on hold to speak to a customer service representative on two phones. One to discuss this and one to cancel our month old order.”
“BB has the worst customer service. I wish I had done some research and had read reviews before my purchase. I bought a chest freezer. When I took it out of the box I found it had a big bump in a corner. Possibly during shipping. Getting in touch with customer service is a nightmare. Every time you call the waiting times are over one and a half hours. If you try to chat online, it kicks you out because the systems are busy. They have no customer service email. When I finally made contact, they wanted me to take the freezer to the distribution center, over one hour away. They would not send a delivery truck to pick it up and send a replacement. Feeling so desperate and helpless, I sent an email to the CEO, VP of Operations and VP of Customer Experience. None of them ever responded and nobody contacted. Now I have to get a truck and drive over an hour each way to the distribution center to return the damaged freezer. Never thought anything like this would happen to me. You could be next, I'm warning you.”

“I am very disappointed with Best Buy Online service, I placed my order several days ago and I have not received it yet. The issue started because the order had the wrong address. The address was right on my account, however, for an unknown reason, the package was sent with an incomplete address, and the package went back to the sender. I contacted customer services to request to get it back as soon as possible. They told me they will send it back soon, however it is already four days and I have not received it yet. It has caused me not only a lot of stress but also wasting time and money as the item I order is a tool for my work.”

“I want to claim here about the bad service and the bad treatment of the customer service employees. yesterday I contacted the number 8882378289 lady answered me I gave her the order number and I told her I want to return back the laptop who I purchased on fifth of may because I find cheaper price 240 $ more less and it is more higher spespifcation as showing in the attach photo the lady told me she is not the responsible person and she will forward me to the responsible department I wait on the phone 1 hour and 15 minutes and after that lady answered me and she said that I must make appointment !!! If I want to return it ! I told her please help me because I don't know how to do appointment and she ask me to wait on the line I wait for 40 minutes after that I hear answer machine said goodbye!! I recall the same number agian and I talked to man and I told him what happened to me and in not respected way he transferred me again and I wait for 1 hour and 20 minutes and body answer me and the phone cut suddenly!! after that I recall for the third time and I told the employee all the story and he told me he will transfer me to the return department and I asked him please do you think someone will answer me or will happen the same what happened to me he said he will be sure that someone will answer me .and also after waiting 1 hour 40 minutes the phone cut !!! I strat to find another number which is 8003041259 and this time one employee was not respected at all he talked in strong way and he close the phone in my face I recall agian and I told the employee what happened to me And he said sorry for inconvenience and he transfer me and the waiting this time was 2 hours 6 minutes also without any benefit I tried to find the claim department number and I found which is 8004335778 and I shock when I told the man the story he was very taffeta and he told what you want without any respect then he transferred me before finishing the conversation!!! I opened the reviews of best buy and I saw many people have the same problem and bustbuy have 1.4 stars and I am very surprised I believe it must be - 1.4 start .look like the administration is very very weak and careless that is why I not hope even someone will help me in this bad company but I will try may be there is someone good in this ugly company I ask here the Manager or the supervisor of bestbuy to call me on my phone number 7036891818 so I can submit my claim for the not respected treatment from the customer service and the operator of best buy i spend more than 6 hours on the phone also I ask here to return back the item I bought showing below all the order details which I find the same laptop with cheaper price 240$ and better specification and I will put very bad review and will be sure to ask all my family and my friends to do that I believe this is the worst company in the world not only in the United states.”

“Purchased 65" Visio Aug 9th 2019. SCREEN WENT BLACK AFTER A POPPING SOUND FEB 2020. Called best buy several times. Only help was SEND IT BACK TO TIAWAN !! Finally contacted Visio after many phone calls, got in touch with customer service in South Dakota. Forget customer service in Mexico!! Spoke with Brenda and John in SD very nice. Brenda set up Service Request # 3217298 May 19 2020. Said local service tech should contact in 3 days. They did no as of today but I did call as directed INDUSYS TECNILOGY INC-AMTN in Calif 888-248 2708. No Answer!!”
“Do not order anything on best buy for home delivery!
I ordered a fridge 2 weeks ago for delivery a week ago. I've had my delivery rescheduled 5 times. Now when I try to reschedule on the website, it doesn't give me any days before September.
Also, their chat and phone wait times are over an hour. If I knew this, I would have bought a fridge somewhere else. I will never shop at best buy again.”
“We purchased a $600.00 LG television from Best Buy less than a year ago. When we moved I decided to move the television in my car so that it would not get damaged. After only going a couple of blocks I took the tv out of my car plugged it in the wall and noticed my tv was damaged. I didn’t drop it nor bump it into anything. I was like no problem because it’s still under warranty and we have an extended warranty. I was angry when I was told by both Best Buy and LG that my warranties didn’t cover my television. We have purchased our last 3 televisions from Best Buy but never again will I ever give them my business again!!!”
“I purchased a tv a Samsung from Best Buy along with a warranty for 2 year The tv was damaged. I call up Customer Service to see when they could exchange or have someone come fix. They said they won’t be fixing it. So what was the warranty you charged me for.

“It’s May 25th 2020 (Memorial Day) and Best Buy is only allowing customers in by appointment only. The state of Texas has been open for nearly a month now and this corporation has drank the radical left kool aid in regards to COVID-19. Even the CDC says on their site the chance of having any type of actual symptoms if you catch COVID-19 is less that 1.5% and the death rate for COCID-19 is 0.03% (that is 1/3 of 1% chance of dying). I will never step foot inside another Best Buy for as long as I live, you have lost me as a customer forever.”
