delivery drivers fitters and manager Dan all very helpful any issues that arose were sorted by fitters Ken & Tommy and subsequently manager Dan wardrobes look well, pleased with overall results

The kitchen is grand and was fitted in 2 days not 4. There was very little hassle with it going in. My only complaint is that when the washing machine is on spin the vibration is so loud and because there is no foam or anything to take away the vibration. The plates in the cupboard next to the washing bounce so much they move about in the cupboard.

Our bedroom install wasn`t units, it was a bespoke requirement for an existing space to be made into wardrobe areas with sliding doors. The installer has made a great job just using sheets of beech covered board.

I would love to review my new kitchen that I was repeatedly told would be fitted before Christmas. TWO fitting cancellations later, a totally bare old kitchen and a dining room up to the rafters with the new kitchen units and a ruined Christmas on the cards, I cannot. Apparently someone is coming to take away the new units and storing them until the 4th Jan now when they are due, hopefully damage free (watch this space), to be re-delivered - fitting on the 6th Jan (again, watch this space). The worktops delivery had to be aborted because of the cancelled fitting - however they hadn't bothered to tell the supplier of this. And when I phoned head office initially I spoke to a gentleman who tried to arrange for a team of fitters to do in one and a half days what another fitter said would take 5 days to do. Doesn't it fill you with confidence?!

This review is about the "aftercare" only or not as it seems. The rest maybe for another time as time is short.The first week of July we sent Betta Living photos of the issues that needed to be put right in the bathroom, 1 week later we received the replacements, So I called them to arrange someone to do the job, they told me the earliest slot was in a months time. After 3 weeks I had a funny feeling so to speak, so I though I would call them just to confirm they were coming the following week, only to be told they had no such booking in their diary, but they would get the person "with the diary"to call me to rebook it as that day is no longer available. a day passed,no phone call, so then I called them again, sorry they said, again said they would get that someone to call me back. NO again no call. Called again the women booked me straight in (strange why they didn't just do it before). But no-one turned up. Nearly every day since then I have been wasting my time calling and recalling after no call backs and 10 no turn ups with quite frankly rubbish excuses, they are to busy taking more and more jobs and not looking after their customers. My question is what good is the warranty if at this rate its going to run out before they lift a finger. Shocking service really should be disappointed, especially when you pay such a premium.

RUBBISH...would be better to let the fitters control the job including delivery, this would bring wage bill down and also bill for customer, they bamboozle you with paying different people. TOO MANY FINGERS IN THE PIE!!!!! Would never use again and already discouraged friends from using.

The work it's self is up to a high standard but the customer service is quite poor. My en-suite started to be installed in June, this work started 2 days late from the agreed date which wouldn't be so bad had I not already waited 8 weeks from the initial design stage. The plastering was very poor and had to be redone, this being done after I had already painted so I had to paint twice over. The 3 spot lights I supplied myself from Ikea still don't work all the time, the electrician has been back out to look at them but there's nothing more he can do. I not intend to get an independent electrician to look at the lights and claim back of Betta Living should it be an installation fault (which I suspect which the lights being brand new). Now we are in December and it's 6 months since installation, I'm still don't have a fully functional en-suite. I paid Betta Living just short of £7000, I could have saved myself at least £2000 of that and project managed it myself. You think your paying that bit more for a number one customer service where all the minor detail will be dealt with, clearly not. Would I recommend this company to friends, no. Would I recommend this company to enemies, no. Would I use this company again, no unless it was a last resort and rogue traders were fully booked.

Had a really amazing experience with a new wardrobe and office room, from design through to the fitting of the furniture supplied by Betta Living recently. Design and order process was smooth and We had the Portafino Range fitted in Light Cream and it is a beautiful neutral color that will go with everything.Only had an issues with the wardrobe door as they have delivered a wrong color doors but sorted within two weeks. The fitters (Bob & Brett) who came were fantastic - They were very professional and did everything to a very high standard - They discussed everything with me and also made a small change when I asked them without extra charges. They are the most two friendliest people we have ever met help us through Everything that we wanted. Thanks for making our customer journey is so memorable and still I am impressed with the ownership of fixing issues till satisfied without having to call customer services. Fantastic Job. B60815 Do not use this company! I believed I was using a professional company who would project manage the whole installation of a new bathroom and cloakroom. The problems are too lengthy to detail but ranged from not starting on the promised start date, not so bad had I been advised but I had to ring round to find out why, to not having the two fitters promised, only one who had to work long hours and had transport problems. The fitter didn't have detailed plans and worked from the basic CAD design the surveyor had left me meaning that some things didn't follow the original design as I couldn't be there the whole 3.5 weeks to advise. Throughout there was little or no communication, on days the fitter was unable to come nobody informed me - the only communication I had was when I initiated calls to ascertain what was happening. The work itself is quite good apart from the electrics for the mirror being situated in the incorrect place resulting in the wiring being slightly visible, however I am still awaiting other remedial work, including hairline cracked tiles and a slightly chipped bath. This is in December for work carried out, finally, in July! Again having to constantly telephone with promised call backs not happening. I am so disappointed as I believed I was paying a premium to have a professional company project manage two installations and it turned out I had to manage it and spend much time and money on telephone calls and emails sorting out problems.

My experience of having a whole new bathroom fitted was poor from start to finish. There was the hard sell to sign up there and then to take advantage of the special deal. I was then assured it would take 2 weeks to completion as i had deadlines for university course to work on. I moved out so that the fitters would have free reign. The job was near 5 weeks to finish, the main reason being that the fitter was travelling > 4 hrs per day and by his own admission only able to work a couple of hours a day. Although it was finished to a reasonable standard eventually i was bitterly disappointed by the way i was treated as a customer. A year on and the shower tray cracked right down the middle, a week after reporting it and daily phone calls to customer service, they eventually sent a fitter out to me. I explained on the phone that the shower tray was cracked - i could feel it underfoot- and would need a new one. What happened? the fitter arrived, took one look at it and said it was cracked and i would need a new one. He managed to temporarily fix it and i must say he was extremely helpful. A week later a new shower tray arrived, this has now been in my living room for 3 and a half weeks! I have not been able to get through to customer services, always on hold for more than 10 minutes and not able to speak to anyone. i have left comments on their facebook page, with replies that someone will get back to me. I am sorry to say that this company has learnt nothing about customer care, their advisors speak over you when you are trying to discuss your issue and never take on board feedback. I am still waiting for someone to let me know when they will replace my shower tray 6 weeks after reporting it........... I am looking to have a new kitchen and fitted wardrobes installed but there is not a chance on this planet i will use Bettaliving. There is a lot of work to be done here around customer satisfaction and commitment to service. CH B47535

WE like to thank Dan & Owen for fitting our new kitchen from Betta living company the most two friendliest people we have ever met help us through Everything that we wanted explained everything in detail and ever thing that they had done day by day they even kept an eye on the house and dog while we had to go out and still carried on fitting our kitchen you can put your trust in these to gentle men any time. First consultation was very long but detailed. Surveyor very good and suggested alterations which worked better. Fitter arrived on time both days and was very efficient, pleasant and helpful.

I have to say that,The Level of communication was Really poor with their head office, I been trying to contact the project manager last three days and leaving no of messages still on going and no reply! not satisfied at all :(

We were extreamely satisfied with the way each member of the team interacted with us and did the job to a high standard. We found them very knowlegeable , professional and punctual. We would highly recommend 1.Paul Lilley, who gave us the initial quote. He was sincere and never rushed us. 2. Phil Gallagher (Surveyor) who was very thorough, spent the whole day with us,making sure everything was exactly how we wanted. 3 .Anthony Barlow and 4. Michael Butler (Fitters) were superb. They never wasted any time. Worked tirelessly every day until the job was done. They would only stop to take short coffee and lunch breaks. A rare quality amongst workmen. On one of the days we had to go to work early. They came in early, and we left our house under their care. They were trustworthy. And did a good job. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

the fitters were quite good but we had difficulty understanding them. It only took 2 days but we felt they rushed towards the end & didn't give us any time to ask questions about how the cooker worked,or the microwave. In fact we had no cooker for a week & had to get somebody in to set it up & explain how it worked as it was very different from our original cooker. One cupboard doesn't line up it's a little bit out. Overall its not too bad but for the cost my husband would have done better himself.

My kitchen was to go in at the end of September . It did not go in until mid November. I have been without proper flooring for over 5 weeks. The kitchen is not finished. The microwave will not arrive until January. We are still eating in the sitting room. The dogs have no where to sleep. Thankfully the tiler and fitters have been jolly good at their jobs, as the folks at Betta Wotsit have not. Totally infuriating my partner who at one point has shelled out thousands with not one item to show for it. If you don't count the worktop that was delivered THREE times. At one point we could not even shut our front door and someone had to sit in the hallway in the cold until the worktop was removed. The last time I employed a company to install a kitchen. It was done in a week including getting someone in to do floor and ceiling. What will NEXT think about this? Not a very good advert. I am that partner and the only good bit about this whole process was the fitters. Betta Living are a shambles . A job promised to be completed by them in a "just in time delivery" fashion has turned into a long drawn out mess . Their inability to get delivery of ovens and microwaves led to 2 delays and we finally had to get the job done with the microwave to be delivered later. I would seriously not ever use this company . They took the best part of £5000 in instalments before I saw anything that resembled a kitchen . Delivery was stop start, with a worktop actually being delivered 3 times before it was finally ready to be installed. Worst is the feeling of having been conned . The promise was you sort out the walls and floors and we,ll do the rest . The reality was that they delayed once throwing out my tiler's timetable, were unable to deliver the oven twice, and we still have no microwave . Around all of this it is you the customer who ends up chasing them , rejecting worktop deliveries, unloading wagons to help get deliveries made and so on . But then you have paid out so what are you going to do !!? As I write our tiler is back in doing the retile. the fitters will be returning to complete snagging and fitting the microwave - whenever it arrives? Do Not Use This Company - they are amongst the worst I have ever encountered. I will be writing to both Betta Living and Next to seek recompense ..... oh and the microwave that still hasn,t arrived !

Masters B67670 The service was very good from start to finish. Everyone involved was on time, reliable, professional and pleasant. The estimator (Chris Watts) was friendly, helpful and spent a long time talking about my requirements. The surveyor (M Gooding) was very thorough and went through the plans with me in a lot of detail, making sure I was happy with the final order. The fitter (Ivan Nellis) was excellent. He was extremely punctual, hard working and his work was of a very high standard. He was very friendly, but unobtrusive, leaving everything tidy and clean. I am very happy with the wardrobes and the fitting of them.

Very good from start to finish. Very thorough with great advice on how to maximize the space you have. Andy the designer stayed quite late first contact, but again, he was being thorough and giving us what we required and in a polite, friendly and professional manner. No hard sell (the product sells it's self) and plenty of payment options. Paul Harvey (surveyor) came and did the final design and again was very pleasant and professional throughout. He even went out of his way to come and show the electrician where to place the wiring etc. The 2 installers (Bob & Brett) have made a fantastic job of fitting the bedroom, attention to detail and finish is brilliant and again polite and friendly to deal with. Overall, very happy with the service from Betta Living.

We are delighted with our kitchen. From the beginning Betta living kept us informed of what was happening with our order. Steve Levy from the Brent Cross showroom was excellent in giving us a design which was just what we are looking for. We had no issues with getting an acceptable installation date to fit in with building works we were having done. Ziggy the fitter was brilliant and gave good advice when we were faced with a couple of 'issues'. The finished result is superb and we have a kitchen to be proud of. The best thing is the quality is exceptional and the price was extremely competitive. Very happy customers.
