Ordered a laptop on Dec 23rd....it is now February 15th and it has still not arrived. They told me in December it was January, they told me it would be February 2-4th in January, it is now February 15th and now they are saying end of February. I absolutely cannot believe that this is the type of business model they are choosing to run. I cannot use CHAT because the chat is always full (more upset customers) if I leave an email they say "we are sorry" and give me a different date. Right now my $2,200 is being held hostage...and my ONLY recourse is that I can leave an honest review of my experience.

Ordered 2 units of Google Pixel 4a 5g.There carrier "Fedex" didn't deliver my order.They just signed the delivery receipt and stole my order.They even invented a name who received it.B&H does not want to file a claim to Fedex and they also don't want to refund or replaced my missing order.AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST.SUCH A SCAM TO ALL HONEST CONSUMERS.SAVE YOUR money and buy elsewhere.

Do not shop at this place. They sell discontinued products and have an arbitrary and unjust return policy. They sold me a Mac computer that overheats right after 10 minutes you turn it on. Went to return it and the manager (Yehuda G., sorry is I misspelled) didn’t take the time to verify that this was the case and just told me that the computer did not overheat and that there would charge me a $100 restocking fee. Again, he just took a computer in the back for 1 minute and didn’t really check anything as he didn’t even ask me for my password. So, not only B&H New York will sell you a defective product (it showed as “discontinued” on their page after my purchase) but will not refund you for the entire price you paid. Pretty ugly customer service and company ethics, if you ask me.

I ordered a Fuji XT200 Mirrorless camera on the website, which indicated it was in stock. I received an order confirmation and that it was being processed. 22 days later, no communication regarding my order, I called them and was informed by a very courteous gentleman that the camera was not in stock. Today (day 23) I receive an email from customer service stating that the earliest delivery for my Christmas gift was April 2021! Needless to say I canceled my order and bought a camera locally.

These guys are understaffed and incompetent .I wonder if they are even a real company. All I got was the run around and transfers miss information or lies my advice is to buy from somewhere different

I am French. I purchased a good. At the checkout I paid the good, the freight and the customs duties. They send me another article, the one I need wasn't available. They refund me the good. After one week and many mails they refund me the freight. The customs duties remain at my charge. A french customer the made his first order... who care about? It is not worth $25.

I placed an order with B & H for a printer and two extra ink cartridges. Weeks went by and when I emailed asking when the printer would ship they gave me lots of excuses. In the meanwhile they shipped and charged me $50 which was pointless at that time. Meanwhile 30 day return period expired. I was not aware of that policy and if I did was sure they would grasp the situation. After more weeks went by I was desperate as my old printer died completely. Thanks HP Fed up I emailed this outfit to 1. Cancel the order entirely 2. Issue an RMA so I could return a useless cartridge. A person replied that he would take care of it. A week went by and NO RMA. You can’t call these people because they apparently ensure you will hang up after waiting for an hour. I had to use email. Repeatedly I sent more emails asking where is the RMA? Finally I called a nitwit and explained that I was being stuck, due to their own failure, to actually deliver the printer. This “customer service person” then informed me that I could not return the cartridge because it exceeded 30 days! What!!! How silly can this outfit be? By the way the cartridge is brand new and is unopened. So, I find B&H to be nothing less than cheats. Don’t order anything from this pathetic outfit. Far better off using Costco, Amazon, or Walmart.

Very disappointed. I searched for coupons for a Celestron Nexstar 5se and a $200 off appeared from B&H's website. But when I went to order no discount transpired. I contacted the sales department about it. Then he got back to me he said there was no discount offered. I went back to the url and it had been removed! I only have a screenshot of the discount beforecI contacted them but B&H still refused to honor it!

Distrust of certain products. Beware they try to pass products other than those displayed on the site. End of series or technologies incompatible with new hardware.

DO NOT ORDER FROM B&H! Long term, loyal customer of B&H, such as myself, has realized that the customer service of this company has been on a downward slope for many years. I have personally spent over $30k over the last several years, and I will not spend another dollar ordering from this company going forward. Their online ordering system is a disaster. Rarely do they get my order right, and never do I get fast service from them and their shipping rarely gets sent to the correct address due to glitches on their website. The final straw for me was the 3 month wait for my Canon R5. Many small retailers from around the world are experiencing wait times, but B&H, who has a large portion of the retail market covered for Canon products, claims they do not have a clue when they will receive stock. The customer service representatives take 5-7 working days to respond and the response they provide is a scripted response with absolutely zero customer service skills on their wording. The lack of service skills at B&H is embarrassing considering the name they once had. This is contributing to their poor reviews online and loss of clients including myself. Do yourself a favor and verify prices and availability with other online providers before pulling the trigger on any orders for this company. I guarantee you will find there are many businesses out there which are far more grateful for your hard earned money during a global pandemic.

This company is trash.. I will never buy an optic from them again. Not to mention their cringey YouTube ads that I must endure on a daily basis. Just Disgusting folks. Make me sick..

I've had my worst online experience ever with them, but after reading some of the reviews on other sites, I figured it out. So, if you are not american, or you don't have a pure american name, you will have to submit a verification, being international shopper, seems fine, some sites used to do it in 2010. I've submitted the verification request 4-5 times, and contacted their customer service also 3-4 times, and everytime you mail them, they send you a ref number, I useless Ref number that you can't use for follow up. 6 days passed, I decided to DM them on twitter, and I managed to get in touch with one of the directors ( communication) he seemed helpful ( at least someone replying) so I mailed them my last verification with ID, work email and I asked them if they needed more (as usual no reply just another ref number) was last Thursday and they went off till Monday. by now more than 15 days had passed, since i got a load of ref numbers I decided to mail the latest one to their communication director hoping he will get back to me with an update, instead he replied to me in a discriminating tone, instead of explaining to me what went on with his verification team, he went on to tell the number I mailed is not the order number. It seemed he saw that I got an Arab name, so probably I still ride a camel and live in a tent, and might stole the credit card I paid with from a tourist. So I decided, to cancel the order and since there's a reasoning option I chose to type it myself and I put my reasons, was hoping someone would get back to me to get clarification like proper businesses, they cancelled it instantly like they were praying I do it. what I'm unhappy about that the days I wasted following up with their bot, getting my mail filled with Ref numbers that I should say it again, you can't use to follow up, just randomly generated number. you should add never for how quick the company replies to quires by mail.

i do not recommend to buy from B&H. I've bought a telescope from B&H and it arrived with lot of dust between the lenses internally where you could not reach. B&H have replaced it with new one with the same issue, they did not bother to check the replacement before shipping. in addition i was forced to pay twice custom taxes. I've reach to B&H support and shipping to provide me the export data so i could get a refund (it was lot of money ~500$), B&H have stalled this for 2 month after i was checking each week of the status, every time i got the same response 'we are sorry we will move it to shipping department'. after 2 months they said that they could not help with this issue. they didn't even tried to contact DHL and get this, it should be resolved in 10 minutes call with DHL. i would have done this but DHL can't provide info to me as B&H payed for shipping back the telescope. so, my advise to you is don't buy from B&H, cause when you'll encounter an issue there will be no one to assist you, if you are like me who value support be aware.

DO NOT order through B&H, go through the seller directly to avoid the following: I ordered a $1600 product through B&H, the product showed up damaged, with no manual, with a remote that didn't work because the battery inside it already was dead. I bought a new battery for the remote just to find out the system was faulty. This happens right? So I returned the order, still expecting to rebuy the same product, plus another $10k+ order. I Returned the item in the exact packaging minus the external brown box. When the item arrived to me it was in the Gefen box, inside a blank brown box. I threw away the blank brown box, and sent it back in the Gefen box. Now B&H is charging me a 20% restocking fee for no reason ($300 for a blank/non branded brown box)

So disappointing. We ordered a teleprompter online from B & H. The next day I received an email saying my order was cancelled. I replied asking them why. They said they received an email from me to cancel. ???? They refunded me but not the exact amount I paid (due to exchange rate they justified). So does it mean B & H can go around cancelling people’s order and make them lose money? Lesson learnt- Please read reviews before buying online.

Never buy a refurbished computer from B&H. They sent me a faulty computer with all USB drives not functional. They refunded the cost of the computer but not the cost of shipping, customs and taxes. The whole process lasted weeks and ended up costing me 75$ US... for absolutely nothing. Total waste of time and money.

My item did not arrive. No refund, no replacement, no proof of delivery. Appalled at the level of service I have received from B&H and extremely disappointed. I emailed them within two hours of my order being shipped to notify them of a problem with the delivery address as it appeared on the order. I can't say whether or not the address mixup was their fault, but I can say this: what followed was nothing short of farcical. They said the carrier couldn't amend the address - despite me getting in touch with them only two hours after dispatch. (with other companies like PRO AV this is not a problem) Over the weeks that followed I chased them several times for further info, trying to find out where my delivery ended up. They provided me with two tracking numbers - one of which didn't work and unhelpfully had no carrier name attached to it whatsoever, and another one for DHL which simply said "delivered" - though to what address I do not know, and they will not tell me. A separate rep offered to refund or replace the item if it did not turn up as I claimed, so I requested a replacement, only for another rep to tell me that as the carrier claimed the order was "delivered" no refund would be provided. I was annoyed by this and asked for proof of delivery so they said a member of their shipping team would be in touch with it. When I chased them 6 days later they reversed on this and told me that no proof of delivery is available and no further action would be taken by them. An infuriating and bad faith company with shockingly poor customer service and evidently, a limp relationship with DHL. I was looking forward to sourcing specific equipment from them, they are after all a famous brand. But I will not order anything from B&H again. There are other companies with much better customer service. I'm just grateful that I didn't order anything high-value from them, they simply don't care. UK buyers beware: B&H do not extend the same courtesy and respect to their international customers as they presumably do to their domestic customers.

Promoted expedited shipping on their site (the price of this product was the same as other places otherwise) - we needed it within a 2 business day cushion of the promoted/quoted shipping arrival...it arrived 4 business days late - I bought elsewhere, but to top it off I now have to PAY return shipping on an item that was late and never opened. If they were upfront about the real arrival time I wouldn't be upset and would have bought elsewhere because we needed it quickly. We will NOT be using B&H again - had tried after hearing about them from friends.
