“This is actually a big fat zero! I’ve had the same experience as many of the others here. I was very happy at first with the blender and bought two more as gifts. They were then recalled well over a year ago and I have not as yet received our three replacement blenders even though I have emailed to ask when I would be receiving them. No specific date but they’re working on it. Why are they still selling them? Now I just want my money back for the three I purchased. Don’t deal with this company!”
“Total rubbish. First one was recalled - waited months for replacement. Replacement only worked for one charge and use them wouldn't recharge. Blendjet wouldn't replace it because it's outside the 30day warranty. DO NOT BUY this product. Read other reviews, this is a pattern. I ended up buying a Ninja portable blender. Much stronger, longer battery and reliable... And cheaper!”
“I got the blendjet 2 and it advertises as super powerful and that it can blend ice, frozen fruit etc.. which it fact does not do very well. I only put a couple in at a time and they still get stuck on the blades.”

“Had our whole family bring us back their Blendjets that we had gifted them - due to the recall. Took pictures and filed claims last year, still no replacements and it’s a year later. We emailed and received notice of “supply chain issues” 7 months ago. Pity because our teens were big fans. At this point, like many others, no faith in company yet hoping we are wrong.”
“I am extremely disappointed with BlendJet's handling of their safety recall for the BlendJet 2 portable blender. I purchased this product in May 2022, and in January 2024, I received an email about a safety recall, advising me to cut the rubber seal and stop using the blender. I was assured that a replacement would be sent out after completing the necessary form, which I did promptly.
Since then, I have been waiting for over a year for the promised replacement. Initially, BlendJet provided an update in April 2024, stating that replacements might arrive by June, but this deadline came and went with no update. In August, I reached out to their customer service and received a generic response stating they were working on it but could not provide a timeframe. I contacted them again in December 2024, only to be told there were supply issues and still no timeline.
Now, in January 2025, after escalating the matter once again, I received a dismissive response that offered no resolution or accountability. BlendJet has continued selling their products throughout this time but claims they cannot fulfill replacement commitments for loyal customers who trusted their brand. This is unacceptable.
I have since been forced to purchase a new portable blender from another brand, as BlendJet has left me with no usable product for over a year. Their lack of communication, transparency, and prioritization of customers affected by the recall is deeply disappointing. I would caution anyone considering purchasing from BlendJet to think twice, as their after-sales support and commitment to resolving issues are severely lacking.”
“I received a notification that my BlendJets bases were defective and filed the required information to receive replacement parts in Jan 2024. These requirements included destroying the rubber seal that sits between the base and the cup. I have received several delay notifications, but no estimated shipping date. I have emailed requesting a status update several times, most recently on 1/23/25 and the response I received said that although the new bases are being sold to new customers, there is a separate process for replacement of the old ones and I have to continue waiting an unknown period of time to receive a replacement. The customer service response is unacceptable and I can’t understand why they would find it acceptable to sell new bases to new customers and expect precious customers with faulty bases (that they can no longer use due to the rubber ring destruction requirement when requesting a replacement) to wait for an unknown amount of time after already waiting over a year. I purchased 2 BlendJets and requested a status update on shipping and was told that I could not have either, my only option is to keep waiting (while they continue selling the product I’m waiting for). “There was a recall on my Blend Jet and it has been over a year since I filed for a replacement AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. I have been asked to be patient and keep being told the same thing that they have a lot to replace and to give them more time. Instead of making new product to sell, you should be putting WAY MORE into replacing what you faulty made. And since they had so many to replace, shows you may not want to invest especially when they can't replace it in a timely manner. I think over a year is plenty of time.”

“I’m not even sure if this is a good product because I purchased it in July 2024 and soon after had a recall. I responded to that recall and have yet to receive a new product and here it is late January 2025 6 months later. I have emailed the company and still have not received my product and at this point wanted a refund and was told “ no refunds”. What a scam!!”
“I'm very disappointed in Blendjet. My Blendjet was part of the company's recall. My recall was confirmed on Jan 1, 2024. To date, I have not received my recall replacement. It started off with a few months delay to six months delay to now there is no date when I will get my replacement. The issue has been reported to the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the BBB.”

“This Company Recalls and Item blender get you to destroy it by cutting the rubber in the machine making the blender useless and then won't give you a replacement blender instead they want you to buy one at discounted price. There Item was faulty we bought it on good faith so they need to replace the faulty item. This is the third I have written to them see my message to them "On March 2024 you had a recall on my blender where you asked to cut the rubber in three places which I did leaving me with a non-working blender. And since then, I have heard nothing with regards to the replacement of this blender you have ghosted all contact with regards to this matter as I also sent you several emails without a courtesy of a reply. You were honest enough to do a recall on a known fault but you haven't kept your integrity by issues your customers with a replacement blender I am one of 4 people that all cut the rubber as per your instructions on your website, but none of us were given a replacement blender one was offered a discounted item. I will be placing this on your reviews not sure if that will do anything but if one person doesn't buy from you that will be a bonus. Also send my complaint to the consumer watch dog. Regards Angie”
“I bought the Blendjet portable blender around 2 years ago, used it a couple of time in our campervan before receiving the recall notice. After making my existing blendjet unusable at the instructions of blendjet and sending them evidence of such, they said the replacement would take 3 weeks... It ended up taking over 3 months. When I finally received my replacement (not in the original colour I had brought, that wasn't available for replacement units even though it was still for sale on their website), I used it only once and then tried to recharge it to no avail. Upon contacting blendjet I was informed is was outside it pathetic 30day warranty period. I explained I had only used it once since waiting for over 3 months for a replacement only to be told that there is no flexibility on there warranty period. After asking again, they simply stopped replying
My advice is stay away from the cheap nasty bad quality rubbish from a company that clearly has zero interest in keeping customers happy.
There are better options available for the same price Ninja Blender Blast Portable which has a 2 year warranty.”
“There was a recall for blendjet 2 blenders purchased between September. 2022 - December 2023. Blendjet was to provide kit replacements and I have yet to receive mine. I have emailed numerous time to no avail. They are selling the product yet cannot provide the replacement kit.”
“Same as most of the reviewers on here. Bought a blendjet2 had no issues with it. Got an email recalling it as unsafe. Followed the instructions to destroy the sealing gasket and provide photo evidence it had been done. And awaited the replacement base unit. Over a year later it has not arrived. Despite numerous emails from me to blendjet, the only replies I get are due to supply issues in China they are delayed in shipping out replacement base units. Not once have blendjet contacted me first, since the recall. I do however receive emails from blendjet advertising all the new base unit colours as they become available. Huge kick in the teeth that is! Thanks blendjet for nothing. Complete scammers.”
“I purchased a blendjet from Kohls in 3022. I ended up asking for the recall because my blender was on the list. This is a total scam and it has been almost a year since I sent in the request. I don’t even want the replacement anymore. I purchased a cheap Blendi blender from Big Lots for a lot less and it works like a charm in comparison. I am done with Blendjet!!”
