I ordered flowers for my mother for mother's day on May 7th. Because I had issues with their website, I opted to call into the company and place my order via phone. The agent placed he order and confirmed the address. Because I was sending this as a surprise to my mother's place of work, I asked the person on the phone to take down my cell phone number and my mother's cell phone number in order to assist the driver should their be a delay. I requested to please have the item sent by 5 pm the latest as she would be leaving for work and I did not know her schedule for the following week. It may be a good time to note that their website advises they can deliver on the same day as well. So placing an order for the item a day early obviously would be better. Right? WRONG! I waited all day for a message saying she got the flowers and how surprised she was. By 4 pm I started to question what the issue was and called the company again. The agent reassured me that the item would be delivered by 5 and if there was an issue the driver would call. 5 p. M my mother left work and no flowers had arrived, I attempted to contact the company multiple times and received no answer. I continued to call and when I finally received an answer they advised the driver returned the flowers to the warehouse. I asked why they didn't call me as the request had stated on the bill? The driver was having issues finding the property. My mother works for one of the larges Shopping Malls in Toronto. They offered to have the item delivered again the next day for an extra charge of $14.99. I requested a refund, at which time the agent said they could request to have the $14.99 waived and have the item delivered. I agreed, even though it was a day late, but stated that I wanted a refund if they failed the second day. Day two, the exact same thing happened. I won't even waste my time typing it. Since May 9th (today is the 12th), I have been back and forth with the company stating that I want a refund since my mother has taken a leave of absence to take care of my father who is unwell. At this point I had already purchased flowers from another company so she had something to take away on her last day and to make up for Mother's day. I live far from her and don't drive and rely on delivery services. I have received multiple emails from the company that state they will not give a refund and also that they need me to pay the $14.99 they originally said I wouldn't be charged. No one seems to read anything you write back and they continue to spew the same response on every email back. May 11th, not only did the driver magically find the location he claimed he couldn't find, but they actually delivered the flowers, 4 days late. When my mother's colleague opened the box, the vase was shattered, the flowers wilted and the Mylar balloon was deflated. And most importantly as I told them SO MANY TIMES she was not there. They are still refusing my refund, want to give me a store credit now, as if I'd order from them again. The last email they sent me makes me sound so uncooperative, it's ridiculous. They don't understand that there is no way to have my mother sit around and wait for new flowers to be delivered. She is hardly home as she takes my farther to treatment and runs errands on a daily basis. We also help as much as we can and with work our schedules are all over the place. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.

Stay away from this site and don't give them a dime of your money! They may seem cheap compared to other florist sites but as the saying says: ''You get what you pay for.'' The order my mother in law received was ugly, anything but the colours I ordered. When I sent in a complaint they were prompt in replying but all they did was quote their policy that they have the right to substitute flowers and the flowers I said were droopy and wilting were perfectly fresh. They also charged $11.99 for delivery when it says free delivery.

Purchased the Designer Collection IV for a funeral, it was very pretty. I did upsize it to the largest and sadly it did not look very large considering I had upgraded the flowers. For the price it was ok, but sadly expected more flowers. I can’t even imagine how small the smallest arrangement would have been? Fortunately I was able to see it as I attended the funeral, had I not attended I would not have known what it looked like in person. Ordering through the main phone number was complicated to say the least, they incorrectly spelled the name and the address, even after repeating it slowing a couple of times. When I called to fix it they stated they couldn’t change anything. I had to call the florist directly to make sure it was corrected as it would have been very embarrassing, till this day do t know if it was corrected as I could get close enough to the arrangement to see for myself.

Do not order - Late Delivery and Horrible customer service. Do not order. Late delivery and there is no customer service. You will get what they give you when they decide to Ordered flowers for mother's day, May 8th. I had to pay extra. Flowers are now late, expected delivery on May 10 without any delays. I called customer service and the agent could not speak very well English. He told me that there was a blended date. Why would I order flowers and pay extra if the flowers are going to be late? I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent said that it was not possible. He only gets emails from his supervisor. Here's a sample of our conversation: me: I asked him if you don't know something, who do you ask? agent: sorry I don't understand me: if you don't know something, who do you ask> agent: *chuckles* what don't I know? me: what to do in this situation. I will never order flowers from websites again. First and last time.

Couldn't possibly give a lower review. They are the worst quality, the flowers are an embarrassment to put on the table. Wilted on arrival, broken, and not at all a full bouquet. The picture is the morning after the delivery.

I am much pleased with the fast delivery by Bloomex. I had ordered a vase of assorted Calla Lilies for my mother on her birthday as a token of appreciation for all that she does for our family. I wished the flowers to deliver fresh and on time to make her day memorable, and the company did not let me down. The vase arrived in perfect state with gorgeous, fragrant lilies that made her day truly vibrant. Thank you team!

Please DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST……..they failed to deliver until 6 days after promised delivery date, and when the flowers finally arrived they were dead. This company does not care about its customers. They failed to give me a refund. I am taking legal advice.

I ordered blue and white roses and lillies. Was given red, orange and white roses. But they looked like they were from a grocery store. I could've done that myself. I paid $80 Cdn. I expected what I wanted. They told me if the florist runs out of product they replace with other flowers (they always say this). It's a scam! Don't be fooled by good reviews either. This is sad because these were for my friend who lost her dad. Jerks!!

I ordered flowers to an address in Victoria,BC. Paid extra for Sunday delivery. Flowers didn’t arrive. Chatted with a Bloomix rep. Was told that they only delivered in Victoria on Tuesday to Friday (despite the extra charge!), and delivery would happen on the Tuesday. It didn’t. When I complained, they put my order “on hold” (why?) and said I could reorder with an upgrade (presumably so they could not deliver a more expensive bouquet!😡). They say now that they’ve refunded my visa...we’ll see.

FRAUDULENT FLORIST-BUYER BEWARE!!! Before I placed an order for flowers, I sought assurances that Bloomex could deliver to that address. They assured me, twice, that they would do so. In addition, I noted that it was urgent, for a very ill family member. Timing was critical. Then, when they FAILED to deliver the flowers, they issued a store credit, without my authorization, against my wishes, instead of refunding my money in full. They said they would get back to me. They did not do so. They are engaging in FRAUDULENT and deceptive practices. They are in breach of their agreement. If you accept money from a consumer, including a delivery charge, you had better fulfill your end of the contract. Do NOT order flowers from Bloomex, EVER !!! BUYER BEWARE!

ZÉRO ÉTOILE POUR BLOOMEX ZERO STAR FOR BLOOMEX Je suis extrêmement choquée! J'ai fait envoyé des fleurs par cette entreprise. J'ai commandé le 24 février pour une livraison le 26 février entre 9h et midi. J'ai même payé un extra pour que ce soit livré un samedi matin. Devinez quoi? Ils ont livré le vendredi matin, laissé les fleurs dans la neige, n'ont pas appelé la personne qui les recevait et n'ont pas communiqué avec nous. Résultat: Les fleurs ont été retrouvées par hasard enfouies sous la neige et complètement fanées! J'ai communiqué avec l'entreprise le lundi matin pour leur signaler le problème et que je voulais un remboursement complet. J'en ai profité pour leur demandé ma facture car ils ne me l'avaient pas envoyée. Ils m'ont répondu que m'a demande passerait sous investigation et qu'on me donnerait des nouvelles d'ici 24h. J'ai attendu jusqu'à aujourd'hui et c'est moi qui vient de les rappeler. Après une semaine, je n'avais toujours pas reçu de nouvelles! J'ai enfin pu parlé à quelqu'un en français, oh miracle car les deux dernière fois, c'était impossible. La jeune femme m'a offert un bon d'achat de $10 pour ma prochaine commande, ce que j'ai refusée. Je ne commanderai plus JAMAIS avec eux! J'ai demandé un remboursement complet d'ici 24h sinon ils auront mon avis Bloomex sur Facebook et Instagram! JE SUPPOSE QUE J'AURAI UNE RÉPONSE AUSSI PLATE QUE CE QUE LES AUTRES CLIENTS INSATISFAITS ONT EU...

VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!! I purchased the sweetheart IV floral arrangement package deal for total of $68 including delivery and taxes. This arrangement was originally $99 went on sale. This is what I received compared to the advertising picture. I have ordered flowers before and this had been the worse I have seen. This was meant to be special for my husband instead I have to go out and order him another arrangement for him. This is garbage. Are kidding me Bloomex???See picture of advertised product vs arrangement received.

Very misleading advertisement, complete rip off for your money. You're way better off going to the Dollar store and fix your own basket of goodies. I bought a bouquet for my wife birthday for $125 and it came with a whole bunch of sample products that wasn't listed in the package. It also came late in the night when we were about to go to sleep. Never again.

I ordered flowers for a funeral, flowers never arrived, when i followed up i was offered compensation with tea/coffee hamper. No refund available. Got the hamper with so many fancy packaging and very little content, hardly woth the value I paid for the flower. I too thought flowers would come from local florist. THEY DO NOT. Never use again, and will never recommend.

Ordered 12 "extra long stem roses" and received short sad little roses that I could have got at the grocery store for a fraction of the cost. Horrible customer service followed.

After inputting the coupon code, it showed me 20% off and an updated price. And then when I pay it, it changed to full price and charge my credit card full price. Initially, they kept saying due to their policy, they can’t refund. I told them it’s a fraud to charge more than what the customer agreed but they don’t care, they just say they have the policy. After multiple chats, calls, emails for over a few days, they only gave me 15% off refund option or free upgrade or store credit. Who wants store credit from a store that charges more than what they showed on the website. It was a bad experience buying from Bloomex. Would avoid 100% in the future.

The flowers were broken and dead. The customer service department is ignorant. I was hung up on and yelled at. I had to approach my bank to get a refund. Buyer beware!

I used Bloomex specifically because they offered a bouquet of gerber daisies, my cousin's favourite flowers. The price was right so I chose the super sized bouquet, the amount of flowers she actually got, was pitiful for "super-sized". Not only that, but I specifically searched the town that she lives in thinking that the flowers would be from or close to there, no they were shipped by Fed Ex, and instead of arriving the same day, arrived 2 days late. I was given the wrong address for delivery, and my cousin and I spent 3 days fighting with Fed Ex on the phone to get the flowers delivered even though I specifically had to provide my cousin's phone number in order to complete the delivery order. If you're not going to call before delivery or if there's a mistake, why ask for the deliveree's phone number? Fed Ex kept the flowers even though they were only 10 minutes from my cousin's home (cousin couldn't pick up as she was isolating with Covid, hence why I was sending her the flowers), and when they finally did arrive, there was no water in the vase (which I had to pay extra for) and the flowers were brown and wilted. Absolutely horrendous arrangment and customer service. So disappointing.
