Well at first I thought I was going to be extremely disappointed. I was looking to purchase the Viktor Rolf gift set on talking to a young lady on the perfume section she did not want to help and tried sending me to the displays. So last attempt I spoke with Uwais at the Blackburn store who could not have been more helpful, the gift set wasn't in stock but she took time to look online order one for me and I collected it the day after, as this is a gift for my daughter in law I felt it would be late arriving. Well done Uwais shame on you the other assistant Boots is now £80.00 better off. Yours Karen Walmsley

What fantastic service provided by Sarah on the Liz Earle counter at Boots in the Trafford centre. Extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products she was selling but went the extra mile and helped me by ordering an electrical product via their online system which wasn't available in store. Despite it being a busy Saturday she was polite and courteous and extremely helpful. A credit to Boots customer service

I would like to leave a review for a beauty advisor at Boots in meadowhall Sheffield. I visited the new look store today to try and find some new foundation. A beauty advisor named Meg helped me with this. She was so bubbly and friendly and helped me to select the perfect foundation for my skin. I suffer with rosacea on my cheeks so she suggested a product from the number 7 range that cancels out red tones. She also found me a lovely neutral lipstick from the Fenty range which I love!!!!! She wasn't at all pushy or sales focussed she was just genuinely looking to help me. I found this so refreshing. What an amazing idea it is from Boots to provide beauty advisors that can provide information on multiple brands without being biased to one. I absolutely love all my new make up and will be sure to return to Meg in Meadowhall if I ever need any help choosing new products. I loved my trip to Boots and highly recommend this service if you struggle to find your perfect makeup match. Five stars ….

My husband and I went to the opticians in Eastbourne and received first class service from the time we went in till we both come out from all the staff and the lady that help us choose our glasses was Caroline was excellent thank you.

I was served today by Kelly in the make up section of Cyfartha Merthyr store. She knew immediately that I was an 'Autumn season' as regards my colouring. She was so relaxed and we built rapport quickly and easily as she talked me though which products would be best for me. She made up my face to perfection and made me very happy to find products that I loved and I will definately return to her for advice when buying more make up. Elouise at the Newark branch was incredible. I'm a customer service manager and know good service when I get it. I was shopping for a wedding party and purchasing the makeup for the bridal party, all of whom have slightly different requirements and Elouise listened to my needs and gave honest, sound advice without the pushy sales tactics. An absolute credit to your team. By far the best service I've ever received from Boots and in general. Thank you!

I was disgusted firstly to find that you are no longer offering the flu jabs in the Redhill branches this morning and secondly learned that you are closing the Station Road branch in Redhill early in 2020. There is certainly no lack of demand for the services there so it doesn't make sense and is a massive inconvenience to customers. Things have gone downhill ever since this company was taken over by an American firm.

Pharmacy really slow phoned pod over a week ago and still had to wait 40 minutes to be seen and another 30 for prescription to be ready. Then only 2 of the 5 photo kiosks were working. Appalling service from Green bridge Branch. SWINDON.

Just made my third visit to collect my online prescription at Boots Redhill. It has taken a week to process my prescription, and a further 20 minute wait to get served at the dispensary and there was only one person in the queue ahead of me. Unfortunately there are no other chemists in the town centre. The company needs to smarten its act up pretty quickly and treat customers with respect.

I received an online order today, and I wanted a refund, so I took it to my local store. The cashier didn't know what to do. She tore open the package and said in a barely-hidden annoyed tone that there was no paperwork in the package. If there wasn't, it's because Boots didn't put any in there. I showed her my email receipt, and she took my phone out of my hands to look at it! I hope her hands were clean! She tried to process the refund but couldn't, and was getting annoyed and flustered, making me feel uncomfortable. There was now a queue of people, and I was starting to feel the stares from the other customers. She did call someone over to serve the other customers, and eventually, after a few attempts, said the refund had gone on. I asked for a receipt, and she told me they don't give receipts for returns. That's unusual for a retailer, and I didn't have much faith that the refund has been carried out correctly, given what had happened, and it the refund was for quite a substantial amount. When I insisted I would like a receipt, I was told 'well nobody else has a problem with it.' This cashier made what should have been a simple transactional refund, a painful and awkward experience. Perhaps a policy could be implemented where proof of refund is provided to customers upon return of goods in-store, in the form of an email, text message or paper receipt.

Awful service - ordered for items on the 8th Oct and pre selected a date for collection on 14th Oct which worked logistically stupidly thinking that almost a week is sufficient time to collect the items from the local store which gets deliveries daily . Nothing turned up and was told then that Boots have 48 hours grace period from the delivery date not the order date to fulfil the order. Boots used to be brand that I could rely on - sadly no longer the case.

I had a bad experience today with the customer service. I was looking for a minor ailment consultation and asking about if am entitled for a free prescriptions at the Boots Pharmacy in New Kirkgate Leith Edinburgh Shopping Centre, instead of just giving me a quick explanation for me to understand, the guy face looked irritated, annoyed and impatient and the other older man said they cannot help me today which made me feel embarrassed. I will never come to any boots shops or pharmacy again and talked about my experience to family and friends. I felt discriminated.

As I was pondering at the Estee Lauder counter at Boots pharmacy in Kettering, Cristina introduced herself, and proceeded to help me choose the best product for my needs and skin type. She was so pleasant and helpful, not at all pushy. I'm delighted with my purchase. Regards Cecilia.

Today I was trying to buy gift for my boyfriend . I visit at least 3 shops where staff was ignoring me and none was helpful . I decide to go to Boots in Westfield , which was great decision. Adel helped me find perfect perfume for my boyfriend , he asked me a lot of questions to find out what exactly he is like and to find the perfect match ! I bought Dior perfume with his amazing advice ! Thank you Adel for being so professional and helpful .

Ordered my parcel to be delivered on 11th Oct , received at text to say it would be delivered that day and that a further text would be sent with a time slot. I didn't not hear another thing from them until this morning when I did get a text saying that it would now be Monday 14th before I would receive the parcel. NOT GOOD ENOUGH BOOTS!! I waited in the whole day which was wasted . You could have sent a text yesterday regarding the delay but didn'tand subsequently wasted my time . Furthermore after paying a postage fee relating to a definite delivery date you have failed literally to deliver and I will be looking for a repayment at least of my postage fees.

Had 2 addresses in my account and each time my order was sent to wrong address. Spoke to two different customer services people including a Mngr who promised to right things including one who said he would send my order to correct address and waiver the fee for next day delivery. They did not charge for it but it did not go next day as promised. Took 3 days. On their online ordering page it does not allow you you to cancel an order if you have made a mistake and called them within 5 mins of ordering. You have to wait for Royal Mail to deliver the item you don’t want and refuse to accept it etc. They are a joke. They talk the talk at customer services but I’m afraid they do not deliver on their promises. I won’t be ordering from them online again.

I visited the perfume counter today in Cambridge wanting Clarins stall, a young male was very helpful in showing me where to go. When I got there a young Adult female asked if she could help, I said what I was looking for and said I had a free sachet of the extra firming cream and could I buy one, to this she replied I could and I said could I have the free small sample too. To this she replied 'no' what I am paying £54 for the main one. At this I walked out. Having a draw full of samples I was fuming. Hence she got no sale. Treat people how you would want to be treated, not costing you the sales asst nothing. So sorry Clarins she lost you a sale.

I purchased a Boots No.7 precise eyeliner which did not work properly. I took it to my local Boots to exchange but was met by an aggressive, rude manager. I contacted Boots Customer Service to complain about my experience and was promised a response from the area manager. A week elapsed and I heard nothing. I called again, same promise same result. I called a third time and once again same promise same result. My disappointing treatment has really surprised me. I shop at Boots because I believe them to be a quality company but if this is the way they treat their customers I can see them disappearing off the High Street like the rest. I finally decided to go to the Lakeside store and the Manager there listened and helped. Thank you Lakeside you have gone some way to restore my faith in Boots.
