“Was originally given a voucher as a present-due to an error I could not book the trip I wanted and a voucher was reissued. That was fair enough but the reissue meant I was too late to book the experience we anted in Brighton. I subsequently upgraded to a hotel stay but again was not allowed to book a night on the day I wanted. As our vouchers are valid for such a long time, there are occasionally things that happen over the course of its validity which are beyond our control that will mean a voucher can no longer be used at a specific location. We will of course do our best to assist you with an alternative.

“I ordered this voucher on Thursday 18.4.19, in the morning before 10am as your confirmation came to me at that time, I know we have had Easter Weekend, but on other occasions your package to give has arrived really quickly.
Unfortunately the person the gift was for left work today - Wednesday 24.4.19 and we could only give a copy of the electronic voucher - which was not as nice.

“The ordering process was smooth. However I paid for next day delivery which was £7.50, I order this Tuesday and my parcel didn’t arrive till Saturday. I did call their customer service and got refunded the delivery charge. However considering this was a last minute gift and with next day delivery, the present didn’t arrive on time.”

“i got the Liverpool stadium tour package but the voucher code did not work. 4 days laters, after 7 emails between buy-a-gift and liverpool, it was resolved.

“It was all so easy to purchase the voucher for a Murder Mystery evening with a hotel stay and within days the voucher arrived, i was very impressed with how easy and simple it was and the speed of delivery! However when it came to actually using the voucher I found it very frustrating as there were no dates to choose from , you either have to email (and once you have made up your mind to use the voucher do you really want to be hanging around waiting for a reply ) or ring. I rang thinking It would be quicker, I rang at 1.30, 1.45 and again at 3pm with no answer but I could have left a message on an answer machine. Well again how long would they take to get back to me and no idea what to say in message as wanted dates for different hotels so we could make a decision on where and when. I gave up with the phone and decided to send an email to the address supplied only for it to be returned by a mail delivery system . So how on earth am I supposed to book. I will never buy another gift voucher from here (and I have bought quite a few as gifts for other people)if this is the sort of thing they have to go through to use the voucher!! My day has been taken up by trying to find out a date for an event , this is just not good enough!”
