It is stupid that I had to call 5 times to have the delivery address as I am no longer living to that address and did not wanted to have the parcel delivered to the wrong address and still they did not managed to change it.Useless people in Customer service as they do not even bother to try to help .Worst experience EVER!!!DO NOT RECOMEND AT ALL!!SHOULD NOT EVEN EXIST!!!

Very bad tried upgrade son's phone last month went online seen good deal went to order to be told I could not have it ee said so I called ee and got the same deal but with more data got call 2 weeks about my upgrade got deal on o2 for s9 32 pound 10g data and they would pay my outstanding upgrade fee off said I would think about it just got over call trying to sell me more data more money said I wanted deal I was offered was 5old I would have to pay upgrade fee don't not trust car phone warehouse miss leading information try get more money out of customer's

this company are the worst I have ever experienced - rude- lies - lost our phone - two week delays- sent out unregistered product- everything that could go wrong went wrong and as a goodwill gesture £50 more like as an insult - I spent 20 hrs sorting this out!!!!!!!!!, I thought getting a phone was easy. if you want to order a phone try calling customer services first - each time 20-30 min wait to be answered

The carephone warehouse in Bradford foster square lie abt giving my phone they fulla a shyt no help or anything frm these workers n wen someone does ask em for help all the workers gather around n just stare make u feel uncomfortable I don’t even know why they have rude workers they should get sued

The customer service team where very cocky and unhelpful in the Scunthorpe High Street branch. The display phones have never been cleaned, and one in particular probably had more bacteria on it than a pile of dog c...p. One sales lady couldn't see why I wanted to inspect my purchase before leaving the store. Absolute rubbish.

Can say the experience in general was bad until now only 14 days. Was a good deal, promise stuff on the call ... where not possible like a eSim and a discount. After a long waiting time, manage to get the discount. Still be aware for cause the hold until last minute until you have to decide for a return or money back. Specially when comes to me on eSim. Was promise me 24 pounds due a promise not able to eSim for now to the contract. Was change in last minute what been talking about all week, to 24 was not more able to refund, and was nothing related with a eSim but a red entertainment on vodafone. Seems a bit of arrogance on the last people solving this issue and not like the change of context last minute about the refund. Support was very rude. Lets see during the contract how more i can say about this experience starting badly and half manage to solve the problem. Regards

Ordered a red iphone xr (simfree) on Black Friday as they had a good deal. Can't comment on the phone itself as never got it. Payment was taken, and stock due a week later. Decided to phone and check, and was told it was delayed and would be delivered on the 11th. I phoned on the 9th (as no confirmation received) only be told it was still delayed and now no ETA at all (wesbite showed early Jan so would assume that). No updates from them at all. I cancelled and had to speak to a seperate dept about the refund - was told they would send me a cheque (I paid on a card) and am now waiting to see if the refund back to the card will happen, as they seem unable to confirm via their systems. Awful customer service. Wasted a whole morning for something that other large companies have no issue with, and lost the BF deal. Won't be using them again.

False advertising. I would rate this company as 0/10 I went into their shop in Charlton, Ldn to try and purchase a Samsung S7 Gear Edge phone cover which I had seen on their Carphone Warehouse. I was advised that it wasn't in store and should order online. I requested if I could pay and the store to order it? tHe lady said No, Carephone wherehouse doesn't do that, you have to order it yourself on the website, however can be delivered to the store for pick-up. I went home and ordered The Samsung S7 edge Gear phone cover on 22/10/2018 as advertised on carphone warehouse. It was advertised as next day delivery on their online store. Upon completing the order the message came that the product was on pre-order and will be dispatched once in stock, meanwhile £29.99 was taken out of my account straight away. 08/11/18 I contacted the customer service, they admitted product was not in stock, asked for full refund and advised will be in account in 3 to 5 working days. Later the same day, received an email stating that "Unfortunately, as you didn't collect your recent Click and Collect within the 14-day window, it has now been cancelled". I replied to that email and told them what a thought, scumbags. No refund as yet up to this day 9/12/18. I just contacted their customer services again and yet another refund to be processed within 3 to 5 working days. **** Stay well clear and spend your money elsewhere, I will never buy from this lot again*** **** You also see why you can't order and pay instore******

Awful customer experience and rude staff members at the Curry's PC World branch in Chatham, purchased a phone explaining to the staff member I was buying it as an emergency to my current handset which was not working. At no point was I informed I would not be able to return the phone for a refund. Low and behold when going back to the store I was met with an extremely smug individual refusing a refund. Have received a response to my complaint telling me to go back to the very same store my complaint is about, not happy. Christmas is hard enough without having to pay out for a phone I don't need.

I'm not going to say that everything was wonderful and everything in the garden smelt beautiful but I will be honest. I changed my landline contract and after a couple of days descovered problems. My husband has particular problems and I needed to keep call barring so I could keep him safe. Connor the staff member took an emotional angry wreck spent almost 1.5 hrs sorting things with the new company and gave me everything I needed and asked for. Shrewsbury store bent over backwards and although every company has problems it's how they deal with it that's the key. I am going to bed in alot better emotional place because of Connor. Thanks guys

Carphone Warehouse false advertising alert. When trying to upgrade they promote an amazin' offer, then when trying to take it out they claim its for selective customers only after exchanging verification checks but can do u a simular offer for an extra £5 ... err false advertising or a total con what you reckon ??

Absolutely apalling experience at their Hammersmith Store. NEVER using them again. Can only summise that the positive reviews here are fake and written by staff. I've never experienced such terrible customer service. First was told by a surly staff member that they don't sell any pay as you go phones in store, only pay monthly. Despite huge signs all over the store advertising Pay as you go deals. Then when challenged about how ridiculous that claim is, the story changes to "well we only sell unlocked pay as you go phones, we don't keep any pay as you go sim cards in stock" - completely unbelievable. Clearly a con to get you to buy the more expensive handset rather than the advertised deal of a free phone with a £10 sim. Either the shop assistants are useless or they are lying and scamming - neither reflects well on the company. And one violates Trading Standards regulations. Then I go and buy the advertised deal on their website and send it to the store to click and collect. Go to collect it and faced with the same rude staff member who behaves in a completely unprofessional and shocking manner. First, he lies again and says he needs a different card to the one I paid with as proof of ID, when I question why he slams my card down, SWEARS at me under his breath, then crosses his arms and refuses to enter in my details so I can collect my parcel. His two coworkers knew how unprofessional he was behaving and tried to cover for him by saying the system was down and not allowing people to collect their orders, which clearly wasn't true. So I still haven't got my parcel, and have to return and deal with the same unprofessional and lying staff before I can get it. Also it turns out they apparently charge your card £1 to collect an order in store "to prove it's you". Most stores just ask you to show proof of ID. If you want to charge people £1 to click and collect, just do that when they are purchasing online. Makes me think it's not just the staff that are lying and scamming customers, but the company too. NEVER. AGAIN.

Carphone Warehouse calls me on Thursday to discuss my upgrade that is due, I went through all procedures and ordered an iPhone XR, all terms and conditions read out to me and all was confirmed that I will receive my phone on Saturday the 2nd December, forgetting to add I gave my bank card details over the phone to purchase a screen protector and case with it, nothing came, I called them on Monday at 12.10, waited 25 mins to be answered, apparently my purchase wasn’t processed and they don’t know why, I was passed around several times to different departments, at 13.05 I was ensured I will get a call back within next two hours, since then I have had no call about my upgrade or anything as of yet, they tried to offer me a package which was 100 quid up front for the phone which I was told there was no upfront cost! I’m going to Carphone Warehouse in Croydon tomorrow to raise hell! I already feel sorry for the poor soul who is going to have to deal with me! Absolute farcical company and will not ever again purchase anything from this joke company!

Carphone warehouse must be the most unprofessional company i have ever had the misfortune to purchase from. I ordered one mobile phone from them, but they delivered and charged me for two. After realising the error i was unable to cancel apparently, and had to send the unrequested phone back, which i did the next day. I was told on numerous occasions that a refund would be issued within 3-5 days. After no refund arrived, i was told a cheque was issued, but had to wait 30 days. Carphone warehouse causes distress, and financial difficulty to the average consumer. If you have not paid by credit card like myself, My advice is to use a charge back request from your bank, (this is available for any service not received, not just refunds) in my opinion it is more successful then trying to get a refund from carphone warehouse.

Absolute garbage. Purchased an online deal with £49.99 deposit but was £149.99 was debited. Sent them the email confirmation thanking me for the payment of £49.99 and I am still waiting for a refund 9 days later despite being promised it within 5. They are unbelievably bad. Never again. Next stop is my credit card to dispute the payment to these jokers.

Absolutely disgusted with the non existent customer service. I also experienced the failed credit check issue but when I spoke directly to Vodafone (as advised by Carphone Warehouse) a credit line was established so the order could flow through... Many hours of phone calls later and cancelled order emails, I received an email yesterday to say my order had been cancelled because I hadn’t collected it!?! I called again in the hope that there may be a light at the end of the tunnel to be told my details still say credit check failed and they can’t match their Black Friday order that they cancelled on me. Not what was reported in the press, not resolved, not happy!!! So stressful, never again!!!
