I try to buy Nexgard with them. They need my vet authorization but they say they can’t call the vet or fax them only sending email. I called my vet hospital and they were waiting for a fax They made everything hard and I need to cancel the order. So disappointed

I needed a gift for my wife in 11 days and they promote 1-3 day shipping of orders over $49. I ordered a pet stroller for my wife with no communication or expected delivery date. I assumed my order would be shipped within 1-3 days as that is what they advertise. 7 days later, still not shipped, order status shows preparing to ship. Very unhappy with their level of communication of expectations. I usually order through Amazon prime but due to my wife being able to see whats ordered, I chose to go through chewy so It would be a surprise. Never again will I order on their site. Way to drop the ball on a new Customer Chewy.

From the first time I ordered with them they were super accommodating and friendly. I hesitated to sign up for the auto ship but I did try it and because it is so super easy to change items and dates I am a huge fan. I hope they never change. Last week I received a broken bag of dog food and there were some ants in the box, they immediately replaced it and asked how my boy Tucker was and I told them that he had passed just last week...but our puppy was enjoying this food now. She listened to my story and was truly moved, as most dog lovers are. The next week I received flowers - I had no idea from who...until I saw the lovely note from Chewy! I am a HUGE fan of this company!

I've been a customer for a long time. Recently had to change my autoship order - one of our pups died - and two days later, I received roses from them saying how sorry they were for my loss. I could hear Rosie barking with happiness from Heaven. Now THAT is kindness. Along with great service and prices.

I want to let you know this company is the best. I didn’t know I was on an auto ship supply for my dog Dudley. I saw a charge on my card and called and spoke with Adriana. I told her we are no longer needing this prescription any longer. I have a company and this one is top notch. The next day I received flowers and a card from Chewy. Wow. Take leads from this company. They really do care about your family pets. Thank you so much Adriana. You made my day a lot better. Thanks Nancy

When my veterinarian was unable to get the supply of necessary meds that my furry baby needed to survive a heart condition, I turned to Chewy and found the medicine. I decided to order all of her medicines from Chewy. My first order arrived on time and unfortunately just a few days after receiving all of her meds, she passed away suddenly of a heart attack. My husband and I are seniors and we are heartbroken. I emailed Chewy to ask them to cancel the auto ship of our baby's meds. I thought that was the end of it when they emailed me back that they had received my request and that auto ship was cancelled. They also expressed their sympathies. Then today, I was outdoors doing a few things in my yard when a delivery of a beautiful red carnations and white daisies bouquet showed up. I couldn't imagine who would be sending these flowers and when I opened the card, I was so surprised! It was from Monika at Chewy.com and again expressing her sympathies. I have NEVER had a business of any sort acknowledge the death of one of my pets and this delivery of these gorgeous flowers just brightened up a dark day. I had been getting an auto ship on joint supplements for Layla. I called and asked if I could return an unopened tub after she passed last week. Jennifer? was so sweet and caring and said she'd take care of it and no need to return. How does it get any better... Thank you so much---a great company. Lisa

Wow, wonderful customer service!! Its so rare to find companies out there who provide even decent quality service anymore. This company brought back fond memories of when companies actually cared about their customers. Honestly, as long as this level of service is provided, I will stay with chewy & reccomend them to everyone. Your company is a shinning example for other businesses out there, that it is possible to offer exceptional customer service AND really good prices too!

I wanted to thank Maleen and all the people at Chewy.com. I called asking for help with an order that had already shipped and it had an item that I had to quit giving my dog. I didn't get the order changed before it shipped due to my brother's death. Maleen offered to credit me back and she said to donate the food if it does arrive. A few days later I received a beautiful bouqet of flowers for the loss of my brother. You don't see many companies these days with that kind of customer service. I will continue buying all my products from Chewy and recommend it to my friends.

I CONTINUE TO EXPERIENCE DELIVERY PROBLEMS. SOMEONE NEEDS TO REPORT CHEWY TO THE FTC FOR FALSE ADVERTISING AND DISHONEST MARKETING. I MAY HAVE TO REPORT IT MYSELF. MAYBE SOME OF THE PEOPLE GET THEIR DELIVERIES WITHIN THE TIME PROMISED BASED ON A $49 MINIMUM. BUT WITH ME, I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH EACH AND ALL OF MY ORDERS. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. THEY DENY ACCOUNTABILITY. THEY KEEP PROMISING CORPORATE WILL CONTACT ME, BUT IT'S BEEN A YEAR. STILL WAITING. THE EMAILS ALL HAVE DIFFERENT ANSWERS AND RESPONSES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM DONE BY DIFFERENT PEOPLE. THE CHATS AND TEXTS AND EMAILS ARE ALL SCRIPTED. THEIR INTENT IS SHALLOW AND EMPTY. I DON'T THINK THEY CARE.

Thank you Kaitlin and others at Chewy. My dog Raphie recently passed and I called Chewy to cancel her food order. Kaitlin was so kind to me at a most difficult time. They sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers which lifted my heart in a time of grieving. God bless you all at Chewy. I truly appreciate your caring!!!❤

"Customer service confused. Got an email with wrong name. Then couldn't find my order. 5 attempts to correct problem. Different answers each time. Finally cancelled order and they shipped part of it anyway. IDIOTS. Never again

I have been purchasing food for my best friend Bentley for many years from Chewy. He loves the food and keeps him underweight and healthy. Chewy has the best service and the best food Chewy’s food has kept and keep my dog healthy as a Rock.

Fed ex delivered my order to someone across town. When I called Chewy, the woman suggested I walk the neighborhood and see if it was delivered to someone by mistake. I explained I live in a subdivision where the houses are four acres apart and I wasn’t going to do that. She said she would replace my order. When it arrived today, the two things I needed most and happened to be the most expensive were not in the box. Again, I called and was told those things were out of stock and the first person I spoke to should have told me that. I also mentioned that I didn’t receive a credit for those items and she said she would process that today. Bottom line if I hadn’t called I guess they would have kept my money. Never using this again..

I placed an order online on Tuesday, 8/3/21 for some ear medicine for my golden retriever. The poor doggie has an ear infection that needs urgent attention. The medicine I order from Chewy's has proven effective in relieving the symptoms of the ear infection and healing the problem. As of today, Thursday, 8/4/21, I haven't received any acknowledgment of my order from Chewy's. They have done nothing, so far, to deliver my order. I'm disgusted. Chewy's is all about media advertising and nothing about customer service. They have shown me utter disregard for placing an order with them. Think twice about depending on Chewy's for your pet's needs! They will disappoint you!

This company is amazing. I recently lost my little baby dog and Chewy sent a beautiful expensive bouquet of flowers to my home, with the sweetest card sending their condolences. I have never experienced this level of customer service to this extent in my life. Thank you Chewy Amy Gresham

Went with Chewy for our 3 months out of our state with a very senior dog. Did not purchase 3 months at our own vet because I was not sure he would make it all 3 months...14 years old and survived Blue Buffalo Dog Food poisening when he was 4. He is on generic form of Rimadyl, there are 2 or 3 generics for this but he has done well on Vetprofen, my July shipment arrived 21st of July, it refills on the 1st of the month, shipped on the 12th so I had just enough pills to get to the 16th, so I split a few doses and hoped he would be fine. Yesterday, Aug 2nd I received an email that it was not available. Period. No alternatives? There are 3 or 4 generics for Rimadyl, and you ran outof the one you use! My old boy is out of luck? I am on an island in the Great Lakes - there is no vet. Before leaving Florida Chewey assured me that this would not happen. Well here we are 1 month out of 3 down, no vet and no offer for solutions here. Great. I will go back to the other pharmacy online for pets that NEVER in 4 years missed a refill. But you got 1 month right and expect a good review. It is a generic, there are more generics, or for goodness sakes give him the real deal. Never again will I leave his health and welfare in Chewey's hand.

The items are always recieved quickly and in excellent condition. On a recent order I had to call customer service problem was fixed immediately and the lady (maria) was the kindest person I've dealt with in a long time. Chewy is hands down the best. Will from here on out use them for all supplies for my pet
