“This is literally the BEST COMPANY EVER! I always have top notch customer service, can quickly get a rep on the phone, they are always helpful & pleasant, & on top of all that Chewy has the best products, prices, & fast delivery! Recently, they blew me away & sent me flowers & a card for my dog Ryli that just had to be put down. She was a beautiful Havanese & amazingly was just under 22 years of age-(in March in 3 more months it would have been 22 years. I was eating an early dinner & then out of nowhere there was a knock on the door from a flower delivery service-(this was less than 24 hours after I spoke to their customer service rep.-David that these flowers & card showed up. It truly warmed my heart, & I greatly appreciate it! Then to top it all off, today I get another delivery from Chewy-(which is a memorial picture frame for my beloved dog Ryli)! I can’t say enough about how great this company is & how much I appreciate their kindness & excellent service!”

“We started using Chewy for the prescription dog food one of our dogs needed in 2017. We then added the monthly prescriptions that both of our dogs needed. Customer Service was always friendly and patient with me as I learned to navigate the auto shipments. Yesterday I asked that they remove us from their emails, due to the passing of our last pet, he was 16 1/2. They responded with condolences and compassion. They asked if I wanted to return his meds for a refund. But, I was brought to tears by the kindness of Danny from Chewy sending flowers for our loss. Thank you, Chewy, Danny from Chewy, Ismael G. from Chewy, and Andrea B. From Chewy”

“Our beloved 13 year old white Schnauzer, Gypsy, died on Wed morning. After taking care of her arrangements, we realized that we had ordered her dietary food two days before. We called customer service and they were so compassionate and warm, what a pleasant surprise! They tried to pull back the order, and credited us for the food, and said if the order was delivered to donate it to a shelter. Will do! And we received flowers with a heartfelt note that has blown us away. We will continue to order from Chewy for our 10 year old brown Schnauzer, Max. This is awesome service!”

“I did a review on some fountain pumps that I bought. The pumps didn’t fit. The next day chewy sent me a refund!! I didn’t ask for a refund, a chewy customer service rep read it and responded! Thank you chewy!!!”

“We have been ordering from Chewy for the last 2.5 years and have had no issues and customer service is wonderful. We just had to put our beloved dog down and forgot to stop a shipment of food/treats. We contacted Chewy about the situation. They refunded us and told us to donate the food/treats, which we did and then they also sent us flowers with a heartfelt message. My husband and I will will continue to order from Chewy when we get our next dog and will tell our friends to order from Chewy also.”

“Let me tell you I will definitely be a lifetime committed customer to chewy.com customer service is absolutely 💯 the greatest I've had in a long time I've switched my dogs food to a different kind to be auto shipped had 4 unopened bags of the old kind they were eating not only did they they refund for 4 big unopened bags of dog food they are letting me donate it to a animal shelter I can honestly say chewy.com has the best customer service I've had for a couple years you guys are awsome and you really helped my local animal shelter out thank you!”

“I don't write many reviews but I want people to know what a wonderful company Chewy's is. We have been using them for around 2 years. We normally shopped at Pet Smart but my daughter used Chewy's for her dog food delivery. I went online and found out the food I bought was cheaper than at the store. Plus the toys are a whole lot cheaper and my animals love their toys. I like that you can set up auto-ship and not have to worry about placing an order each month. It's really easy to add to your auto-ship if you want to order a toy, extra treats, or a bed they have it all. I usually get my shipment the next day. Although I have had to wait for 2 days before. Shipment is truly extra fast. One month we received our dry dog food, and it had an opening in it. So we called customer service to find out how to exchange the bag. Unlike other companies, there was no wait to speak to a customer service representative.The representative told us not to worry about returning the bag to throw it out and they would get us a new one out that day. They also refunded the price of the food just for the trouble. Tell me what other company does that. My 84-year-old mother started using Chewy's because of the great service I had received, plus she didn't have to go out each month for supplies for her dog. She has an older dog and ordered a set of steps to help her get up on the bed. These were not cheap stairs they were made of wood and cost over $100.00. Well, I went over to put them together for her, but they were way too big for her bedroom. So we called Chewy's and explained the situation. They immediately refunded my mother's money, ( she had it in 2 days) and told us to give the stairs to someone who might want them or to a local animal association that could use them. I recommend Chewy's to everyone I know or talk to that has a pet. I love Chewy's and their customer care is wonderful!”

“I just received a very unexpected package from Chewy. It’s a painting of my cat who passed away just over a year ago. They used the profile picture from the profile I deleted after she passed away. I can’t get over this thoughtful gesture.”

“Chewy customer service representatives are incredible! My dog passed away a week ago and I contacted Chewy to stop my auto-shipments and to inquire about returning an order that I no longer needed. I was told to donate the order and my account was credited for the full amount. Last Saturday, I received a delivery from Chewy that was totally unexpected. Thank you Chewy for your compassion.”

“I absolutely love this company. I used their chat feature to return an item and they immediately issued my refund and asked that I donate my item to a shelter or rescue; no need to return it. This is an amazing return policy that benefits so many. I will continue to order from this company and highly recommend it!”

“I have nothing but praise for this company! We adopted a rescue named Bailey who needed prescription dog food. It was so easy to place my order and send them the prescription. Sadly our little Bailey had IBS and he could not overcome the disease. I has his food on auto ship and a few days before he died mu order came. I called Chewy to see if I could return it, they asked me why and I told them. I was speaking to Ryan and he was so nice and offered his condolences and said they would refund my money and I should just donate the food to a shelter! The next day I received a beautiful flower bouquet from Chewy for Bailey. In this day and age companies to not treat people like this anymore. It made my heart happy that someone cared!”

“I have been a customer with Chewy for many years and will be for the rest of my pets lives. They are the one place I can find all my pet needs and always quick to answer any question. I recently had to order medication prescribed by a vet for my 17 year old cat and after 3 days of receiving the medication my sweet little Kali a DSH, had to be euthanized due to another medical issue, not first discovered. As all pet owners know this is one of life's hardest things to bear, and after it set in, I realized I had all this medication that was not or barely used and thought it should be returned for another feline that could use it, not looking for a reimbursement. I reached out to Chewy, and they wrote back saying they had issued a full refund and for us to donate the medication, and also sent a heartfelt message and sympathies for our loss. This company, has put caring in front of it's profits and I am more than comforted by this. I will always recommend this company to anyone who is looking for any pet needs. Thank you Chewy for your very kind consideration and caring.”

“Chewy has been my go to place for all my dog's food, treats, collars, etc. They are the best. Great customer service, fast delivery. I do autoship and save money on most of the items I have shipped on a regular basis. Easy to set up to your schedule. Chewy always contact me before shipment is sent out so I can include other products or change the delivery date. I can't say enough about how good they are.”

“Chewy always has lightening fast delivery and the easiest return policy I’ve ever seen. I knew they were a special company, but I did not know HOW special until now. I called last week to ask to return my pups supplements has he suddenly passed the day before. Today, 6 days after he passed I received a sympathy card and this beautiful painting of my sweet Sonny. Chewy will forever and always have my business.”
