“I had the good fortune to be in London with a few free hours and went to Maidenhead to look in the gallery. It cemented my impression of the company as honest and dedicated to building great watches at a fraction of the price. Viewing the timepieces in person made my purchase decision much easier and relaxing, and their hospitality during my short time their was exemplary. Glad to say I bought a timepiece and couldn't be happier with it. I'll undoubtedly be back for more of their timepieces.”

“Hi bought my second Christopher Ward watch a C9 grand malvern very very pleased with the watch,but customer service woeful,asked for a discount as they give a discount if you travel to London,told under no circumstances would I get a discount felt insulted as I already own a C9 Moonphase watch(fabulous) started to research other companies 1 wk later a discount voucher dropped on my hall floor, so I used it ,put it down to poor staff training. An email arrived saying that the watch was being dispatched,contacted cust service to ask about watch sizes and was told that they only had one size and were awaiting del. Are Christopher Ward happy with this treatment on a £1500 watch ,I'm not!”

“I ordered my watch on the 2nd of Jan which had said 2-3 days delivery. It also said it may take twice as long if there is a sale. 1 week passed and no contact had been made so I called to find it was still going to take a week as they are busy. I emailed them for a date and told it would be with me early next week. On Tuesday the 17th I emailed again to see when it was arriving and told it would be there tomorrow. Then on the Wednesday I contact the courrier who say it will not be with me and I need to contact chr to get them to contact them. Still I have not recieved my watch the customer service is poor and I will never use them again.”

“Sent watch back for repair (2nd time) in 3 years. Was told would take 6-8 weeks. 9 weeks later still waiting have chased 3 times. Service used to be good not now. As with most companies keen when selling you something not so keen when you wanted something sorted!”

“As a watch wearer for over 50 years & collector for over 40, Christopher Ward watches are comparable in finish & fit to any others I have purchased for a far higher price! To those that are deliberating over purchasing one of the Chris Ward timepieces....you will not obtain a better quality timepiece for the price anywhere! You will not be disappointed. Alan R. “This is an excellent service, perhaps best described as 'Rolls Royce'. My old omega (1962) finally gave up but my new Chris Ward watch is certainly equal to the task. I would certainly commend everyone involved in the transaction.”

“I have received my C3 Malvern today, it was advertised as nearly new with a discount of £80 off the purchase price. To me it looks brand spanking new. I am really impressed with the watch, it looks top quality, with a 5 year guarantee and a chronograph as well. A great product, 5 stars to Christopher Ward. Many thanks Alan Livesey”

“I Ordered a C60 Trident Titanium 2 on the morning of 27/7, needed the watch before 2/8 as I would be away and I needed a good quality divers watch. I had no option within the order process to upgrade the shipping so I had to trust that they would get the watch to me on time. I had not got any response at all so I phoned on late afternoon on 28/7 to find out if they would be able to get the watch to me. I advised I would cancel the order then if they couldn't, I was advised that the watch would be sent on 29/7 and that it would be delivered on 1/8, I was happy with this so left the order in place. I had not got any messages from them so I phoned 1/8 to check if the watch was to be delivered today, I was advised that it had not been sent and would be posted today, need less to say I have now cancelled the order and I will be going away with out the watch that I needed! I am not happy at all that Christopher Ward did not do as they said they would, this is the worst possible let down in customer service. I appreciate that they are busy when they have sales on but it is vital that you don't make promises and not keep them.”

“I am a watch collector and have been observing the Christopher Ward brand for a few years. This month, I purchased the C8 Regulator and the C9 Big Day/Date Limited Edition. I could not be more pleased. The watches look and function in an excellent fashion. The fit and finish are outstanding. Another significant plus with the Christopher Ward brand is their excellent customer service. This is just the start of adding Christopher Ward watches to my collection. Thank you Wera!!”

“Overall very nice quality and customer service from the CW team. Pros: Value for money, nice quality watch, strap, head, design, etc Cons: One large dust particle noticeable to the naked eye by the "breathing" seconds feature which one would think QC (quality control) would've caught prior to clearing thus as I love the "breathing" seconds feature this dust or cloth hair will annoy me so I will have to take it to my "watch doctor" and pay to have it removed and the glass cleaned which I don't like to do as prefer to leave the factory seal of the watch. 2nd con is concern re the painted lume on the bezel worried this will scratch off as is not inset in the bezel like other brands. Overall Good rating and value for money......just wish they had carefully inspected the watch face at the factory prior to shipping and thus no dust on the inside of my watch face. “Superb quality , beautiful design and the best materials combine to make these watches look and feel as good as the Highest prestige watches . The great pricing makes me feel good when I wear them , like I've bought a real bargain ! I would like to mention, with distinction, Ms. Wera Mettes exemplary service. She promptly responded to my inquiries, even outside of business hours, to include weekends. I am extremely please by my serendipitous purchased of this Trident C60. The Timepiece is meticulously crafted with materials and precision that equals or exceeds my other Swiss watches. My Burgundy colored bezel C60 has become my favorite watch and I have worn it everyday for the past month.
