“Thief's and liars. You take money for orders but don't send them. Your customer service say they don't know where order is or when it will be delivered and the manager will call you. This never happened. Over 4 hours on the phone to be cut off every 15 mins. You must be making a fortune on all the money you have taken for goods you are not sending. Low life company”

“Only half of order turned up. After numerous emails being ignored I decided to call but waited on hold for 16 mins before being cut off. Disgusting customer service and still no delivery made.”

“Warning!! Don't use them. The item didn't arrive. Emails not responded too and when tried to call was just put on hold (at a further cost) with no answer”

“Bad is not the word , I suspect they are hiding something as wont answer phone. Won’t return e mails and the one time I did manage to speak with someone they just lied and said all sent”

“Twice we have ordered and not received all the items. The first time it took us four months to get the rest of our order. This time we cannot even get in touch we have telephoned 6 times only to ge hold message and then cut off after 15 minutes. No response to emails. We are desperate now as we have no more money to replace the items needed for my husbands care.”

“Delivery service is the worst I have ever had. Waited a few days as the goods had not arrived and my email was ignored and decided to phone them, I was told my order was being processed and would be delivered the following week. I went out the same day to find a note posted through my door telling me to collect my parcel from my nearest depot. Will NOT be using them again.”

“Placed order on 17th March 2019. Payment taken day after. No order acknowledgement. No goods received. Sent two messages via their website and got no reply. Phoned and get directed to hold queue saying they are busy. Suspect they don’t exist anymore. Will be contacting bank to ask them to get my money back.”

“I originally went on-line to place my order but I wanted the equipment to be delivered to a different address which was not possible. However I emailed Complete Care and the order was placed, paid for and advice given on the sling required. The whole process was quick and efficient and delivery much quicker than I anticipated. The staff were most helpful and I highly recommend them for the help and professionalism. Well done.”

“On ordering a small item (walking stick) on 2nd March I was assured it would take 3/5 days yet after numerous calls and lots of time waiting (due to high volume of calls) and various excuses it still haven’t arrived by 25th March. So I cancelled the order. Bad customer service although when they did answer the phone the ladies I spoke to were polite. However would never use again”

“I ordered a special mattress on 13th March and money taken out via paypal straight away. Bed frame already delivered from another company but no information from Complete Care as to when mattress will be delivered. Unable to get through on the phone and no response to an e- mail sent 2 days ago. My husband is very unwell at present and we really need this mattress - poor customer service and no means of resolving this due to lack of communication from this company .”

“They didn't or better the Knelson knife didn't, i have been using these for many years now, and the new ones are very poor the fork part is not deep enough, so i would look elsewhere,”

“Complete care were very helpful when I rang with a couple of questions. The product was as described and exactly what we wanted. It was well built, easy to assemble and does the job we wanted. It was well packaged and delivered on time. There was one hiccup and that was with the website. When I went to pay there was no option for next day delivery, to get this we had to phone a d order over the phone. All in all, the service was good, product good a d good delivery. I would definitely recommend Complete Care.”

“Ordered 2 small items which have not turned up after a week. Phoned customer service and got at first a helpful person who said they had delays in the warehouse, then she changed when I asked why they’d taken my money and not emailed me re delays. She said they had 30 days to deliver ( advertised as 3-5 business days) so not to contact them until after that! She was rude and couldn’t care less about the difficulties we had without the order arriving as advertised. Will never order from them again..”

“Abysmal, unprofessional company! Their delivery time span is a complete joke! I ordered two very small and simple items from "The Care Shop." on 30.01.19 ... Till this date... 11.02.19, the two items still haven't arrived. Spent 40 minutes waiting to speak to an advisor last week, only to be told it will be dispatched that day and the items will be with me in the next few days. I would presume Royal Mail would be delivering the items as the items are not large. No tracking system or any emails sent to you for updates, since they confirm your order and the money is deducted from your account! I'm thankful I didn't order anything large for my elderly mum as most probably we'll be waiting months for it to arrive. This is the first and last time I will be ordering from this company again and I will leave reviews where possible to ensure other people will read it and think twice before ordering! I've also used their automated contact form! Let's see their response to that and also the duration of time before they make an effort to reply! This is suppose to be a UK based company! Anyone would think, we were placing orders to China which only takes 14 days! Absolutely ridiculous!”
