Due to having a knee Injury,I needed to order 2 high seats for my Toilet.They did not take Long to arrive and I am highly delighted with their Quality and I will definitely be using this company again.

Disgraceful delivery service. Happy to take your money yet do not deliver the service they promise or the product you paid for. Will not be using again.

Order placed 25/2/19 for 5 products but only 1 delivered. Low stock levels due to Warehouse move blamed for delay in processing balance of order. Have emailed 3 times since then with no response received. Will be opening PayPal dispute as it’s now 3 months since placing my order!

Will never use this company again!!!!! I used them once before a couple of years ago and the delivery took over 3 weeks . Tried them again and it's now almost 6 weeks and I've had no communication from them and no delivery . I phoned today to ask for my money back and was told my parcel was on it's way........followed by the same excuses they gave me 2 years ago about warehouse problems for their disgraceful delivery timescales . Not good enough ! AVOID THIS COMPANY .

A hopeless experience. Order placed and money taken on 25.04.19. Sent 1st email 06.05.19. Reply next day saying they would investigate. No more action. 2nd email 12.05.19 asking for urgent information. No response. Tel call 22.05.19. Told that 1 minor item out of 6 was out of stock. They usually hold back the whole order if one item is out of stock but why don't they inform the customer?! I asked for my money back. This may take up to 10 days! Let's hope so. This would have zero stars if I didn't have to click on one to activate the reply.

appalling company!!! bought items for my disabled mother and because they were unsuitable returned the goods within 2 days. 5 weeks later we are still waiting for the refund. Have spoken to them 4 times now, every time i have been promised that the money back will be back in my mother's account by the end of the week. All lies - please avoid using this company. I will contacting Trading Standards and Watchdog now

Ordered a wheelchair a month ago. They e-mailed about a delay due to warehouse move and promised a refund if we wanted it. We e-mailed to cancel, they've never replied, never refunded and when we called them we were in a queue for 10 minutes before being cut off. We ordered elsewhere and got a wheelchair the next day. We are fortunate we could afford to buy another whilst we try and get our money back from this firm who appear to be in complete chaos. A bunch of complete amateurs who should not be in business and distressing on old and vulnerable people with their incompetence.

I am so disappointed with this company, I returned an item within 3 days of receiving it , when my mum hadn’t received her refund over 2 weeks later I called the company to see what the hold up was, they told me they had never received the item , I then had to trackbthe item with a courier , the item had been delivered and signed for !! So I had to get back on the phone which is a complete waste of my time as they keep you waiting for ages ! When I finally got through I spoke to Laura who promised me she would get it sorted out and send me an email, guess whet ,,, no email and no refund! Disgusting to take a pensioners money and not refund it is unacceptable, I am now about to get on the phone again, my next call will be to trading standards !

Sadly I haven't received the over chair table I ordered for dad on 23/04/19 though the £89.95 was taken from his bank account with alacrity! We have not had an order acknowledgment, dispatch email, the item or a missed delivery card from any courier (though dad is housebound so is in). Three email requests for a refund have been ignored - the first response just said 'sent by parcelforce' no tracking, no mention of investigating, no response since. The word fraud springs to mind!!

Ordered a walker for my dad month later still not delivered. They never answer emails or calls. Asking for a refund don’t hold out much hope. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I will b contacting trading standards

Terrible. After placing my order and paying for it, I waited two weeks for it to be dispatched. I eventually chased it, only to be told that the items aren’t even in stock! Then was told that my refund would be delayed. I understand they are moving their warehouse and they are a small business, but it is so easy to manage customers’ expectations and they are not even doing this at the most basic of levels. Very disappointing.

Do not buy from this company - if I could give a zero star rating I would!! Item never arrived - they blamed a warehouse move but this seems to be going on for ages - well over a month. Did not reply when I asked for a refund. Thankfully I paid with paypal and so got a refund through them, AS THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO 2 EMAILS SENT BY PAYPAL. Very unreliable company, especially given that they are supplying to the elderly and those with disabilities.

Items still not arrived after over a month, no communication from the supplier, I have have had to chasing I am now waiting for them to contact me they said 1-2 days we are now on day 6. Not a happy customer.

They also trade as Coopmobility. They are scammers and con merchants prying on the elderly sick and disabled. Trading Standards need to step in .

I would not order anything from this company again, if there was a minus score I would have used it. I understood that the company were changing warehouse facilities, but not until after I placed my order. Received an email saying they were behind with orders and would update everyone on the Weds, then it was the Thurs. No update received, desperately needed our order of a wheelchair. Tried phoning several times(which just rang off after about 14 minutes and emailing several times. Wasn't getting any responses at all, so definately no customer service provided. I was getting extremely angry and frustrated, in the end I just emailed every email address I could find. Finally heard back to be told the item was actually out of stock. So 3 weeks later after I had placed my order I have had to order from another company (NRS) who within a few days the product has arrived, well impressed. So if you want good customer care do not use Complete Care shop

AVOID. Ordered items, paid for items, no delivery and no refund despite numerous calls and emails! Warned them of our intention to refer to Trading Standards - still no response. Have since referred matter to Trading Standards and today have warned them that we will seek recovery of funds plus delivery charge plus interest. This is a failing company who promote themselves as a provider to the elderly and disabled for independent living. I am sure that given their customer base (a most vulnerable group), they will assume that no further action will be taken, given the court fee involved. However, we don’t believe this should be a barrier to exposing this company.

Avoid this company placed an order no email to confirm rang the company 3 times and they cut you off half way through conversation and no reply to emails . AVOID.
