“We have visited the bromborough store on a number of occasions and our recent purchase of our tv we were served by Joel he was very helpful and knowledgeable on the tv department. We then called back to purchase leads for the tv we had great advice off Richie who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about numerous products. We called back a few weeks later to purchase a game console we were very grateful to again be served by Richie as we knew we were getting the best advice. whilst my husband was purchasing the game console, I went on to look a shark hoover the guy on the hoover section gave me a brilliant demonstration ( sorry didn’t get his name) but he gave such a good demonstration I purchased the hoover also. Thank you to Richie, Joel and shark hoover demonstrator. We will no doubt be back for more purchases and would not hesitate to look especially Richie as he seemed to understand the all products. Thank you again”

“The customer service in the Grantham store is second to none. The staff go out of their way to help us and make sure that we are satisfied with our purchases. We buy all our electrical items from this store and this is because the staff are so helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The Knowhow team must not be forgotten and are equally efficient and extremely helpful. The young lady serving us today was very knowledgeable about the washing machines and spent time explaining different aspects to us. This store deserves 10 out of 10 in every way. I would not hesitate in recommending Currys Grantham to anyone who may ask about it.”

“Went to Currys in Hove, was served by Jensis. She was brilliant, spent hours with us explaining things regarding X box, watch and sky packages. Would highly recommend, couldn't do enough to help.”

“Went into the Stirling store today with printer not working after a paper jam. The knowledgable gentleman in the know how department was very helpful in advising how to check the operation. I took the printer home, gently cleaned the innards with a vacuum cleaner, reset the printing inks, and hey presto, it works again. This is despite having purchased the printer from John Lewis. I will definitely be back to this store for my next purchase.”

“I've recently bought a new Indesit fridge to replace the old one. I also opt for recycling as i didn't know what to do with the old one and as i live on 2nd floor it is hard for me to take it down. Day before deliver I've received a time slot as when it arrive. On the day the delivery van arrived within the agreed time, the handy man took my old fridge and brought up my new shiny fridge and put it exactly where i wanted. It was slightly taller that i thought it'll be but it fit perfectly so can't complain. It in black color which wasn't sure how will look but it gives a contrast against white units. I love the slim design and how specific it is inside both fridge and freezer. Really happy with my purchase!!!”

“There is a man who works at Curry's PC World in Stockport, called Andrew Duxbury. What a great bloke and an excellent, helpful informative person. I went to the store reluctantly with a problem with my daughters laptop. I hate taking things back as nobody ever helps and I just end up getting frustrated and go home with the same problem. However, Mr Duxbury was really informative, very knowledgeable about the products in the store, he took loads of time trying to solve my problem and when eventually, he couldn't, he gave my daughter a brand new replacement laptop!!! I couldn't believe it, at no point did I expect a replacement. I expected to be told that it was my daughters fault and there was nothing they could do. What a refreshing change. Currys PC World are fantastic for employing such a man and Mr Duxbury is the best...X”

“Used Currys Team knowhow repair service for our LG Oled tv. which developed picture quality problem. previosly bought from Rang and booked appointment for collection. Was told TV would be repaired and returned to us after 5 days. TV was collected on time and driver very polite. We were kept updated through Knowhow website and texts about progress of repair. After exactly 5 days received text message saying TV had been repaired and would be delivered today, which it has been. Both drivers again very polite and helpful. TV works like brand new. All in all very satisfied with the efficient service provided by knowhow and would certainly recommend.”
