My shop online was a bit problematic, the Domyos MY TOP fitness tank top confused me. I wanted a red one, and the red picture said "pink" when you hover over it. So did the pink one. I guessed that as it looked red it was red, but no, when my order came it was the pink one. Dissapointed.

purchased a pair of road running trainers, i know they were cheap but they have no cushioning at all. you might as well go running in ordinary shoes, i will just use them for casual use but would not dare to run in them.

Not impressed with there online systems (this is what I'm rating not the product) Firstly only told me it would take over two weeks to deliver AFTER taking my payment, Then after two weeks informed me that they could no longer supply. and then 3 days later informed me that was in store waiting for me to collect (good job I had not obtained a alternative elsewhere) Nothing wrong with the product when i finally got it but not the way to convince me to order again.

Emailed Decathlon twice asking for information on frame size on a certain bike I was interested in. No answer/reply after 72hrs so I phoned the nearest store to me who advised me and they were very knowledgeable and efficient. Bike is great.

I had serious concerns and problems about being able to track my order. On the site it looked like it had been delivered days early when I was nowhere near Oxford. trying to find out what had happened was not possible online it said it had been delivered and the delivery company was uncontactable. This caused me considerable stress and worry as it was a very expensive item. However as soon as I spoke to an actual person in Decathalon customer services they were very helpful. The issue I have is how the tracking of an order is displayed and described on the website. It does not correspond to what is expected, and the correct delivery company / contact details were not given. I had to ring up customer services to find this out, this was on Saturday morning after a half sleepless night worrying.

I was interested in a Quechua BLX 300 lantern. Your site would not let me order one with an orange ring, my preference, the alternative being a green ring. I accept that the colour of the ring does not affect function. However I phoned to check the position. Your representative told me the warehouse could not distinguish the two and if I ordered I would have to take the one I was given. This seems unnecessarily restrictive. Appearance, which involves colour, can be significant to some customers and it seems a small ask to have the warehouse check and select before sending to ensure the customer obtains the desired item.

Hi, I ordered a size S/M and you delivered M/L which was way too big. Fortunately, I checked the parcel before I left the store. I live about 12 miles from the store. Had to return wrong order as store did not have size to swap. However, I very helpful customer service advisor had one delivered to my home. It arrived the next day. So in the end it worked out. But would be hesitant to use the service again.

I returned both items that I bought. Staff in the Broad Street pop up store were very friendly and helpful, however I was slightly confused/frustrated to hear that a refund would take up to three week. Seems a very long time.

The item I wanted was out of stock initially. I had requested an email when it came back in - this did not happen, I just happened to go back onto the website and found it was in stock again. However, the company redeemed itself by keeping in touch re the delivery as I needed it by a set date.

Although I was happy with the products I eventually got I found the sizing guide to be confusing. I understand the need to cater for the various international sizes but the guide should allow you to convert your size to the purchase size which currently does not seem to be the case. This caused me to order the wrong size and then take time out to visit a store in order to exchange the items. I also found that the reply to my feedback emails was misunderstood as they just kept repeating the same answer.

The products were of standard quality for their price, not too bad. I really like the jersey jacket, and I wear it quite often. Only thing is the colours are slightly "blueish" and clearly a bit cheaper. Perfect for training kit. Shipping was great, etc.

Very bad shopping experience. Website not user-friendly at all, makes you lose a lot of time each time you add something to your basket. Once the order was placed I did not hear back from them and thought everything was ok. 2 days after expected delivery date I had to call 37 times to be able to speak to someone who announced me that my order was not being processed because an item was missing! I had to cancel the item because it would take 4 days to come from.... France! Just across the Channel! And I could not replace the item or it would again delay the delivery. After almost 10 days and a run home to sign the DHL parcel, I finally received my order... Very very poor service. Would definitely avoid shopping with them in the future.

Poor communication. I understand items might unexpectedly go out of stick after ordering them, but there was no communication or updates, just an entire order that failed to turn up. They were difficult to contact and the person I spoke to seemed in need of customer service training and was either unable or unwilling to share information such as what postal service they would use to send the rest of my order (e.g. Would I need to be home to sign for it, when would it arrive). A shame, as the items I did recieve were good value for money.

I have bought an Oxylane rain down Iris coat. It's lightweight, warm and great to wear in winter. However, it's two-months old and feathers are starting to come out through the jacket. This is disappointing, as the coat has not been heavily used. And it can be embarrassing in some circumstances. A shame, as I really enjoyed wearing the coat, but not worth spending the money if down starts to surface.

First I had to return the product because the sizing on the website was misleading, I was sent a small rather than a medium pair of ski trousers. When I returned them, I had to follow up as they had not registered receiving them. They then sent me the right size, but the fit was not right, so I returned these ones as well. Decathlon has so far denied receiving these, and are refusing to pay the refund, leaving me £120 out of pocket. My experience of dealing with their warehouse first time around shows that their returns process does not work properly, and even though I have pointed this out to them, they still refuse to make the refund. What an unpleasant and expensive experience! Zero marks to Decathlon for honesty.
