The worst brand I ever tried.. they don't do refunds. They sold me a broken laptop and they copy and paste the messages so no customer service. Absolutely waste of money. Run away from those scammers

Long time Dell customer, My latest Inspiron worked great the first years, then 1 month a key started not working (required more force than the others to work) then 2, 3, 4 etc... I contacted Dell and they told me $400 to replace the keyboard, which is about half what I paid for it to begin with. I have a 10 year old dell that the keys work better than this one. Also nothing has been spilled on it, really disapointed with Dell quality, they're prices go up and quality goes down.

Dealing with Dell's customer service is the worst experience ever. I ordered an Alienware laptop with a couple of accessories; credit card problems, hard time communicating in english, denied orders, hours on the phone with customer service, at least ten calls, couldn't get my Dell reward points, ... stress, stress, stress. I will spare all the details. NEVER order from Dell!

Bought a new 15 inch XPS. Paid for upgraded warranty with 2-day on-site repair. Had keyboard issues after 2.5 months. Dell kept saying the tech was trying to call me for 7 days and left me voicemails. I got no calls on two numbers I gave them. I have had 7 Dell laptops over the years. Never again will I buy from Dell.

I ordered by phone and Alienware M17 from Dell; horrible experience, I almost went crazy... Credit card problems, adress and shipping problems, communicationg in english problems...

I really like the Dell Inspiron 7506 laptop, I have had it for 5 months. It is very fast to load web pages. My only complaint is the key board. I hate the white backlit letters. They are almost impossible to see. I have to try to shade the keyboard whike using. This is only good at night with the room lights turned off. Wish I would have known this prior to purchasing.

Dell does not only gives you the worst laptop but also has the worst services. I would suggest you rather burn your money than buying something from them. Would 100% never recommend anyone to buy from this company. I have never had a smooth run while using the laptop. I bought it in December of 2020. Every single time I have used the laptop there is some sort of an error. Sometimes the touchpad stops, sometimes the laptop restarts on its own. Buying from this company was the worst decision I ever made, I have never disliked something as much as I dislike this brand. They took nearly £1000 and gave me a laptop that works worse than a refurbished £200 laptop.

Terrible, unapologetic response from DELL Customer service. I simply asked for my shipment to be held at the FedEx Counter and received literally a hundred reasons why that could not be done. Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there were none and a manager would call me in 1 hour (which NEVER happened). No Call Back, No Response - Shipment went back and forth from FedEx carrier back to the warehouse. Simply unacceptable customer service!

The pc I bought from them was having issues and they refused to help me or send someone out to take a look and instead just constantly ignored and belittled me, even though I had a repair warranty on it. Honestly, I would recommend people stay away from purchasing anything from dell, it's not worth the hassle and they do not care about their customers at all. Go with other companies.

Horrible, horrible service. Ten different calls with a customer representative that claim that they would get back to me and a letter to Mr. Dell that was never answered. It has now been 4 months and “crickets”; no one will respond to any of my messages.

I have owned 6 or 7 laptops over the years. I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron and for photo editing it is awful. The screen is washed out and it is impossible to accurately edit photos since I cannot see a true color representation. Very poor.

We bought 3 laptops as a business customer via the official dell website at a discounted price. A few days later, we noticed that the amount taken from our bank account was £817.88 more than we paid via the website. When we tried to call Dell customer service, we were told that there was no discount on that day and we have to prove otherwise, even when the discount was still on offer at the time of the call. Then we asked to cancel our order as laptops were not dispatched yet, and we were unhappy to pay the full amount but were told that we couldn't do so as a business customer. Such nonsense we never heard before. Laptops arrived a month later. Despite the number of times we tried to sort the problem, we met total resistance and denial from the dell side. As a result, we paid a price of 4 laptops for only 3. Save your time and money and buy from someone else.

If you want to try the worst customer service over the phone experience, I highly recommend Dell. Their phone chatting attitude, talking script is 9/10. Trying to ignore client, push client around 10/10. Solving problem, 2/10. Passionate to help customer 1/10. Here is my true story. My online order got cancelled, called the next day, explain to the first (1) rep, gave all the relate info, wait for their 5 mins background check. Sent me to second (2) rep, gave all the relate info, wait for their 5 mins background check, said was verify issue, should talk to verify department. Sent me to third (3) rep, gave all the relate info, wait for their 5 mins background check, said need to talk to verify department, this is not the verify department. Sent me to the fourth (4) rep, gave all the relate info, wait for their 5 mins background check, after another 5mins check, verify again, said address verify now, should be able to place order. Sent me to the fifth (5) rep, gave all the relate info, wait for their 5 mins background check, explained was being verified, this rep then just pushed me to another rep without saying good buy. Sent me to the sixth (6) rep, first thing she ask me is what do you want to purchase over the phone... she knew nothing about what happened. It had been 1 hour on the phone now, have to back to work. I have to do the order another time. Placed the order online again online at dell, guess what? My order being cancelled again right away. So it seem like I have to spend another hour if I really really like dell, and must only place the order through dell. Other wise what do you think? The most time wasting online shopping experience. Dell manager, if you see this, and if the management care, you may still have chance to fix your issue. Other wise I don’t see you stand any chance in the future. The name will be disappear very soon, sooner than you thought.

Got desktop 6 month ago, had hardware issue first time used it, called tech support many times couldn’t solve the problem, they start to hang up my call every time I call, dell hires all Indians handle all the calls, these Indians are so rude and care about nothing, cheap dell computer business will completely destroy by these Indians

Purchased new inspiron 3880. Hard drive runs continuously and slows computer to crawl. 6 hours of phone tech and 3 hours of field repair and still does not work. They have no idea what's wrong. Never got a day of service from it and they keep sending me back to same tech support. Stay away!

Worst laptop I’ve ever owned. It worked fine for 2 years then turned to complete junk. It takes 10-15 minutes to boot up and then freezes on simple actions like copying text to the clipboard. I had a Mac before this which continued to be fast and reliable for 10 years.

At first I was happy when I bought this note book DELL G7 7790. However, in less than one year of using it, the troubles started. It started to freeze and then a blue screen would appear saying "watchdog violation". I called support and even after they tried to recover the system, as per maker's instructions, it didn't solve the problem. So,support asked me to send it for repair, and I sent it on May 10th, 2021 and it was returned on May 17th. After updates, the D drive was locked with "bit locker" and even after following all the steps, when I restarted the notebook, it locked again. Also,the blue screen, "Watchdog violation" was back. I called support and Lei Geng helped me to unlock it. Then, after updates, the C drive (where windows is installed), became D drive and the former D drive became C drive. Again, for the 2nd time, I sent it to repair on May 31st and it came back on on June . After all updates, suddenly the screen froze and a blue screen with stripes appeared., https://gyazo.com/bd9853950d015c155aef8106b9e24108 Couldn't even shut it down. I contacted support and they told me to press the "on" button to shut it down. After that, the note book couldn't start up again and Fan Yang asked me to send it to repair. With all these troubles and nothing repaired, Dell should just replace the faulty machine and give me another note book. Or, send me my money back. Purchasing another type of note book, would, of course, be far from the same as this model.
