Terrible - Avoid ! After 2 weeks my parcel is undelivered. It is clear that it is either lost or internally stollen. Upon contacting customer service received nothing but stupid questions and communications with the very obvious intent of fending off / delaying a claim. Even after raising a complaint to the UK CEO, still no meaning action to resolve. I would strongly advise that people investigate using other courier services on this basis. Accepting sometimes things go wrong, but not accepting DPDs complete ineptitude and disinterest in addressing and making right.

I was an owner franchise driver with DPD. They sell you massive dreams when working with them. They tell you that you'll achieve a revenue of £50,000 - £60,000 working with them. They forgot to mention that it is only possible if you work 7 days a week 12/14 hours a day with a little to none break. This job is not worth it at all. Some of you might think that my work ethic is bad but I have worked in heavier jobs than DPD. I wouldn't be writing a bad review if I didn't think this job was absolutely ass. If you need any more details on how rubbish this job is contact me on 07588717062 and I can tell you how rubbish this job is in more detail.

So all this week Evri have delivered to my address on time and lovely drivers. Expected DPD today and they say they can't find me, I have tracked the driver and he was way behind schedule so basically rather than say he wasn't going to be on-time he says he can't find my address. Why oh why are companies using DPD?

I tracked my delivery on the app throughout the day and was deliberately sitting close to my front door so not to miss the driver. When my delivery number was 3 away, I got a sms with a pin code to repeat to the driver. At the same time the message arrived, the app updated and claimed that "the parcel could not be delivered as the receiver could not provide a valid code". No one knocked on my door or even entered the close. Trying to actually speak to someone using the contact page on the website is absolutely pointless. Everything is a chat bot or a recorded message when you call DPD, with no option to transfer to a live person. It's bad enough that the delivery driver is being dishonest, it's even worse that DPD deliberately make it impossible to be contacted. It leaves you with no real option to find out what is going on.

What a stupid idea DPD got for taking pictures with open doors !!!! I don’t want to open my door to any stranger !!!! It could be anyone ! Why can’t I just sign when receive my parcel so I can do so over the gate ! The customer service is shocking ! I hate when my parcels coming with DPD as I know I will have a problem with receiving it. I have 3 big dogs and when am on my own it’s not the easiest to keep them inside with the door open !!!

Incompetent staff in all departments This is a very urgent parcel which requores my ID, I have taken time off work on 3 days to ensure this has arrived on time, each day ensuring I was sat near the door to hear the bell or a knock. I have recieved a picture of my front door from my delivery driver telling me he was unable to deliver my parcel. Upon calling the customer service department the woman offered no help and just suggested I return the parcel to sender and have it redelivered elsewhere, this is unacceptable. I dread this every time I find out a parcel is being delivered my dpd, teqch your drivers how to knock and wait for more than 30 seconds please and if they can't manage this at least make them do a second attempt. Unacceptable

Please watch a video on Youtube showing a DPD courier refusing to handle an iPhone sent by SKY. Just type DPD COURIERS AND THE TWILIGHT ZONE and you will be directed to the video. The same courier failed to deliver the parcel the day before as well, when he took a picture of the door of our house, did not ring the bell (we were home, waiting for the important delivery) and left. Then DPD sent an email "we are sorry we missed you" with a photo of our door. It's infuriating!

It has become fashionable for dpd not to find your home and leave parcels with Royal Mail. And you're standing by the window waiting for that crazy delivery person and you get a text saying sorry we couldn't find you at home. And it happens all the time. It takes place in East London E16

Didn’t even attempt to deliver the parcel, as I was waiting for it. The driver took it to a local shop that was miles away from where I lived.

Like everyone else here, same problem, delivered to a random address, took random photo, while I was at home waiting for delivery. Then marked on thr system as wrong address, refused. I called right away but the customer service is just as unhelpful as their whole system, simple issue, didnt sort out. Package is returned to sender!!! I wonder why some companies do business with them with such ridiculous quality

I was expecting an important deliver but the driver, Harmeet, didn't ring the bell. But he took a photo of my door!!! I received a message saying that they couldn't deliver. Well, they didn't try. I called DPD and after waiting 10 min was finally able to talk with someone. I am still shocked with what they said: The drivers are now instructed to not ring the intercom or knock at the doors!!!! So customers are supposed to stay one hour in the street waiting on for the driver !!!! I tried to complain to DPD online but it's impossible and the person I talked to on the phone did not record my complaint. Instead, she tried to justify the unacceptable, absurd, flippant behaviour of the driver Harmeet. DPD told me on the phone that they are instructing their couriers to not ring bells or knock at doors !!!!!!!!!!!!But this is what they say on their website : "The driver will do everything they can to get your attention when you're at home" . That is a lie.The driver will not even ring the bell.

How can you put a Calling Card in our door , to say "Sorry we missed you" then Sign for it yourself to say it's been delivered on the app (but no Parcel !!) Then when we Contact to speak to someone they say the address is wrong and we don't pass the Security checks as Allan isn't the Name and the address is wrong ?? Yet you came to our Address and signed the name !!!! No Parcel .....frustrated as it was very important....absolute joke !!

Driver drove by my house without slowing or stopping while I was in road flagging him down. He had just delivered to a near neighbour. I waited in all morning for this clown. I got a message saying he couldnt find my address. I complained and told them i had it on cctv... but they are not interested. Poor company

I would give 0 if I could. Time after time when companies use this service to deliver my online purchases there is a problem. I either get sent pictures of properties my parcels get delivered to and have to ring up & complain or like today my expensive product in my parcel was left outside my front door for everyone to see & possibly take. Then the driver puts on his notes delivered to safe place which it hasn't been. You then aren't given the option to leave remarks about your delivery if you use the thumbs down as it just submits. On the other hand if you chose the thumbs up you have lots of options to say how great the service is which gives inaccurate feedback & reviews. I have every detail covered on the app, wot 3 words, description of property, safe place to leave parcels, which neighbours they can deliver to and even a photo of my house and they are still incompetent when delivering. I wish companies would use other couriers.

I live in a 95 apartment extra care facility and was expecting a rather expensive item coming this morning, I got a text saying the delivery driver was coming between 10 - 11 am , at 10.30 I got a message saying sorry the driver couldn't deliver because I wasn't home , though I was in the living room. I rang our receptionist who told me the driver wanted to leave his 3 parcels in reception, she told him it's his responsibility to deliver the parcels to the individual apartments, he refused to do this because he didn't want to have to walk around a large building so he didn't bother with any of the delivery's, I then got a message to say I could go to a post office and collect them myself, as a disabled person this is inconvenient, after completing he was supposed to be coming back but the latest text says we'll redeliver Monday, Dpd in my opinion are the worst out of all delivery companies we have delivering to our care facility in Hull.

Turned up today with only partial consignment, when I said I was not prepared to accept it as the 3 package the only one with any value was missing drive took photonof me holding the first 2 packages in the consignment and recorded the job as complete. Impossible to talk to anyone, currently £800 of purchase has been lost by DPD but registered as delivered. Third time in 6 months, this company is a joke.
