Yesterday, they attempted delivery to a wrong address. I informed the courier about the correct address, he confirmed that he had corrected the address and that I would receive the package the next day, but today the courier called through a switchboard number, nothing could be heard, and then I received a message that the delivery could not be made. I called customer service and found out that even today they were trying to deliver to the initial address, and only after insisting did they tell me that they could not contact the courier because the line was busy and that I would receive the package tomorrow, the third day... I will avoid them at all costs in the future.

Worst delivery company ever. Every time we sit at home waiting for our parcel to arrive and get a "Sorry we missed you" message. Lazy, careless team. No possibility to track parcels, time slots are too long and only given 20 mins before potentional arrival. No idea why big companies are still using this totally irresponsible service.

Hopeless company, worse than Evri. They emailed me to give me a delivery time slot so I came home early and waited in, then the courier didn’t bother delivering it, instead took it straight to the post office and emailed me to say ‘sorry I’ve missed you’ , I couldn’t complain online as the courier hadn’t left a calling card with a reference number ( because he hadn’t been). I called and spoke to a lady after queuing on hold for 10 mins who asked me to hang up because there were two people on the line . Called again and was told my parcel would be sent back to where it came from if I couldn’t collect it. What’s the point of giving an address if they can’t be arsed delivering it? They won’t be my choice if I need to use a courier . DPD is not a courier company, they dump your parcels to wherever is convenient for them. Assholes .

I recently upgraded my contract and I ordered a new phone which was supposed to be delivered by Dpd, the first day the phone was not delivered due to a pin failure which was my mistake. I called the customer service and since then the situation went chaotic. They assured me that the pin will change but it never changed ( I have screenshots taken from the app as a proof ), it stayed the same for 3 or 4 days. They delivered the phone again and witrhout the pin changing there was a failure again. I was calling the customer service explaining the that I am not there and if they can leave a instructions to the driver to deliver the parcel after a certain hour, their response was "it is not guaranted". The only option I had was to get the phone 5 days later, I refused because it was not my fault that they were not listening. At this point it was very simple, give instructions to the driver but nope! they are a huge company and they dont have that simple add on "instructions to the driver". In the end I lost the contract and the phone, and now I have to do evrything for the beginning and go to an actual store cause the Dpd is not good on delivering parcels. The customer service is just awefull either they were lying or they dont know how to do their job correctly , the application is bad as well. I will avoid Dpd from now on, I know that a complain like that will not change anything but I hope whoever reads this will understand how bad they are at delivering parcels

A guy Said he tried to deliver my parcel but there was no answer . I was sitting outside my front door when he was meant to have tried to deliver . Why lie it's not very professional?

The 20kg heavy parcel was left in a public communal hallway. The lazy person did not ring so I could let him through the door to my apartment. He has the audacity to record it as being delivered to me. I have severe back problems and cannot lift a parcel of that size and weight. There is a notice on the front door of the building informing delivery services that parcels has to be taken to the residents apartment and not left in a public space. Absolutely disgusting. Now I can’t even add photos to my complaint!

Driver "unable to find address" for the seventh time this year. No other carrier has this problem. No update via web site, customer services not answering phone. Deeply frustrating piss-poor service. Do they deliberately employ brainless drivers?

Impossible to work with - had a 24 hour urgent delivery that the driver took a picture of our house, didn't bother to knock, drove off despite 2 builders being on the roof and myself positioned within 5metres of the front door. When calling up for assistance, they don't have a complaint procedure for consumers, cannot allow pickup from a depot and insist on delivering the next day - no idea of time, no confidence they won't repeat the same thing and drive off. Avoid this company!

They lie and say they attempted to deliver a parcel when they blatantly haven’t. No evidence no proof of phone call. Avoid at all cost

It’s outrageous that DPD take it on themselves to deliver your parcel to a shop of their choice without permission. What if you can’t drive or are disabled or old and can’t collect it. No other courier does this. It’s wrong!!!

Had multiple deliveries not turn up with a message to say the driver missed you, each time the package had been damaged and had to be returned to the sender and a replacement sent. Awful service from delivery drivers and customer service. When I look on the app it says driver missed you and shows a random photo of a fire extinguisher . Can't even show the damaged parcel. Worst couriers ever!

Apple are fast to deliver a product and Apple are reliable however; the product leaves Apple no problem. The problem occurs when Apple sadly use the absolute abomination that is the DPD courier service. “The parcel keepers” I like to call them. I had a keyboard coming to me today and the delivery window was between 10:20 and 11:20 am. No problem. I was sat by my window for an hour waiting; (because I know what these couriers are like). So I waited and it got to about 10:41 am when my phone alerted me. It was DPD. “Sorry we missed you.” No card left because the driver didn’t even drive down my street. He couldn’t be bothered. So because of this I will NEVER use Apple Store online ever again - until they change their courier service. What a let down. I decided to call Apple but for some weird reason they couldn’t find my item on the system as the system was down. So I’ll be seeking a refund and sending the item back to Apple. If DPD can manage to send it back. The DPD online chat is useless. The staff just have a script to go by and use; “I’m sorry” platitudes; that won’t help me. I’ll be lodging a formal complaint against DPD and I urge people who buy from companies online to check what courier service they use. If they use DPD I suggest you shop elsewhere. Do not trust these poor excuses for a service. DPD are not fit for purpose. So; someone at DPD please give driver “Sachin” a map or maybe someone with him to help him to understand where to drive.

I am never going to use dpd anymore they have lost both of my Parcels they not helping in anyway it's a joke as the parcels where for my kids they deliver to the wrong address you ask for help and they say go back to the sender

Horrible service. They didn’t even deliver the parcel 📦. They sent 2 messages saying that it will deliver but never turned up . They didn’t even leave a note and they said nobody was at home while we were at home . Really bad Service .

Dpd ist das letzte. Jedes einzelne Mal, kommt der Fahrer garnicht zu uns und gibt einfach ein, dass wir nicht zu Hause sind. Woher weiß ich das? Ich bin den ganzen Tag zu Hause und sehe auf der Trackingkarte wo er ist. Ich checke ab jetzt jedes Mal ob, eine Firma mit DPD versendet und dann bestelle ich woanders.

Utter joke. They claim they “tried” to deliver - show a picture of an alleyway not our house, which is clearly numbered and video cameras confirm there was no attempted delivery so they are also liars. The help is via an AI bot which is if of no use. Would give zero stars if I could

Useless. The driver simply did not knock on my door - I paid for next day delivery, have been home all day, with my dog who barks at the door if he hears anything at all. Rude representative on the phone when I tried to get assistance, but ultimately unwilling to do anything realistic to resolve the issue their driver caused.
