I have now had 10, yes I said 10, deliveries/collections failed by DPD. Most recently was today, I paid extra for next day delivery yesterday, before 12 as the person receiving the parcel is leaving for Spain early hours of tomorrow morning. The driver collected the parcel yesterday as booked, the online tracking system updated showing that they had received the parcel and then it went wrong. Recent update states, delivery delay and will be updated in 24 hours. This is NOT good enough, the person receiving this parcel will be in Spain by then. I contacted DPD to establish the issue, only to be informed that they can not help me and to wait 24 hours. I even offered to personally drive to the local depot, collect the parcel myself and deliver it. Only to be informed that I can not do that. I can not collect MY items and deliver them. I have paid for a service from DPD, the service that this company is meant to fulfil and they have once again failed. I will never use DPD again.

We were in waiting for our delivery, instead of ringing the bell on our front door the driver decided to wander up the back garden path and seemingly just take a photo of the porch and go away again taking our parcel with him. Instead of receiving our parcel we got a stupid "oops we missed you" message. Contacting customer service is a complete joke, the phone number is simply a dead end recorded message and the "chat" is completely ignored. We hope to actually get our parcel today by one of us staying by the front door and one of us stationed in the back garden, we do not have high hopes for receiving our parcel even then. We are disappointed that Vodafone is using such a cowboy organisation to deliver our new router.

Sent to Amazon FBA lost on the way NO COMPENSATION Second, Only in May 7 boxes lost. value over 8000 GBP How is that even POSSIBLE???? Is this a COURIER COMPANY or the BIGGEST THIEFS COMPANY in the UK??????

DPD claimed to have delivered my parcel and had a photo of delivery. Photo showed my garden at a distance with no parcel in it at all. After months of insults by a staff member, being hung up on, DPD admitting the driver lied and my parcel was lost, 2 years on I am still yet to have a refund, still yet to have a delivery and still yet to have any response from head office and am also being ignored on a resolver case. Worse service of any company!

Unbelievable bunch of cowboys! So many complaints! Do they have people at the top? Of course, they are lazy, ignorant and probably on holiday somewhere! Even when they email you to choose a delivery option and you choose a local post office, they deliver to a neighbour! WHY! We may not be on good terms with them! Unbelievable how stupid these drivers are! Do they train them to be like this? I would never purchase an item that has DPD as a delivery service.

Worst delivery company, they claimed to have attempted to deliverd my parcel and said no one was in. Here's the thing people I work from home with CCTV & a RING DOORBELL and their is no trace of ANYONE approaching my front door or the driveway yet they are telling me the driver attended and has a picture of my house which sounds like a GOOGLE EARTH picture as he was never here and and it sounds very likely he went to the wrong address as he is not describing my property and can't tell me the colour of my front door thus is the THIRD time I have purchase goods and DPD can not deliver the items but CLAIM they was here. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY THE WAS LUCKY TO GET ONE STAR

Yet another example of a tracked parcel still being around a hour and 15 calls from delivery suddenly being replaced by a clearly dishonest claim by the driver that I wasn't at home to receive the parcel. No driver called at my house. DPD clearly make false assurances to companies to get contracts and then, when they find they can't make the promised deliveries (because they hire too few drivers or incompetent drivers), they cancel them and pretend that it was the recipient's fault. Make sure that you complain to the company sending the parcel as, if they get enough complaints, they may change couriers which is the only way DPD will take notice.

I was expecting a parcel from Samsung to be delivered on Tuesday, 23rd May 2023, between 13.16-14.16 by Mohammad. 2 hours later parcel had not been delivered. Called DPD and was informed that the item had been marked as delivered by the driver, but no picture or proof was available. I pointed out that this was a mistake as I have a Ring doorbell which records if anyone comes near my gate and/or up my front stairs onto my porch. I was told that they would get the driver to contact me. At about 4pm my phone rang for a couple of seconds and hung up before I could answer. I checked voicemail but no message was left. This happened 6 times. I was told that I would have to contact the sender for them to initiate a enquiry into the undelivered parcel. This I have done.

I'd like to give you ZERO, because my order from IHerb was not delivered by DPD and returned even without calling me. G93909575693810T. The address was right, also it was not the first delivery from IHerb to this address. It's terrible because there were goods that i really needed.

certainement le service de livraison le plus inefficace et le moins respectueux du client. 10 jours d'attente, un colis toujours pas reçu et aucune explication ni excuse. On reçoit un message indiquant une livraison de telle heure à telle heure, puis un autre en fin de journée indiquant qu'elle n'a pu avoir lieu, puis une autre confirmation, puis une autre annulation. Peut être faut-il poser une année sabbatique pour être à leur disposition quand ils daigneront faire leur travail ???

I kept track of where he was in his orders as it was extremely important that I send this parcel off. I refresh my phone from it showing him being on drop off 71 and I am collection 83, to then see ‘this parcel was not able to be collected at this time’ Rescheduled it to the next day and the same driver did the same exact thing. Looked to inquire and take this further to complain and DPD were useless. They told me to go to a drop off point but didn’t provide a code for me to drop it off to. My parcel still hasn’t been collected and this is costing me money on my business. Mehakdeep and the DPD, your company is woeful and embarrassing, sort it out.

I kept track of where he was in his orders as it was extremely important that I send this parcel off. I refresh my phone from it showing him being on drop off 71 and I am collection 83, to then see ‘this parcel was not able to be collected at this time’ Rescheduled it to the next day and the same driver did the same exact thing. Looked to inquire and take this further to complain and DPD were useless. They told me to go to a drop off point but didn’t provide a code for me to drop it off to. Two days running DPD failed to turn up, both days said running late, took screen shots saying running I hour late, and we were delivery 79 of 90 yet three minutes later oops sorry we missed you and left a blank picture of where they were supposed to be !! We have security cameras that can prove they were no where near the house Give up use another carrier if you have a chance

They completly lose my parcel in the shipping process from the Netherlands to Hungary. I shipped 2 boxes at the same time and only one of them make it through.

Unfortunately, there is no 0 stars to be given...used dpd twice and it was both times a disappointment. Apparently, couriers couldn't enter the building even "pretending"to ring the intercom, and both the times I was home, but they never rang. Dpd already lost a parcel, and today they were supposed to deliver a scheduled parcel but they haven't because, according to what the courier said, I wasn't home. That's 30 mins ago (2 pm) and I never left home since yesterday...absolutely a shame.

Third time in a row. One photo on the porch at a house without a porch. Took the parcel away. Number two. Drove into a village. Stopped at the very first house. Signed for the parcel himself and spelt the name wrong. Miles from the real address. People came out to check parcel and speak to the driver. He ran back to the vehicle and drove off. Number three. As always no phone call. Photo of nowhere around here was taken. Checked everywhere around us. No parcel. Did the driver have it? Can't ever get a delivery. No one to speak to. Maybe our local MP can help. Even one star is to many. They should have a minus level.

My aunt has passed away and her ashes plus a Victorian silver coffee pot and other mementos were sent to me by my cousin. Everything had been bubble wrapped and sent in a tough plastic crate . We had photos to show all this . When it arrived it was all in a cardboard box and all the bubble wrap ripped off . The silver coffee pot had been badly damaged . Despite sending everything DPD requested and despite the fact that we had taken out DPD insurance , customer service are refusing to pay anything unless they get the original receipt for the coffee pot. The pot is 180 years old ! The valuation certificate from a reputable company will not suffice . They are a total disgrace . Just wish I’d read the reviews before dealing with them. Please don’t use them

DPD wirft die Karte einfach in meinen Briefkasten, ich rief sie an und sie sagten, sie liefern sie nicht zu mir nach Hause, sie lieferten sie an die nahegelegene Paketstation, von dort aus muss ich ein Taxi buchen, um sie nach Hause zu bringen. Einer der Müllverkäufer und eine extrem schlechte Lieferfirma. beides ist Müll.
