ARSHDEEP, DUDLEY PORT NEEDS SACKING!!!!!! I work on a farm and we have two postcodes for the two entrances on site. The small entrance cannot be accessed by delivery vehicles larger than a transit so the farmer built a main entrance that allows hgv access onto the site. This is not recent and has been in place for many years now. When we receive deliveries through DPD we pray that we do not get the driver Arshdeep as he is completely incompetent and has been nothing but disruptive to our business. Other DPD drivers have no issue making deliveries to us and collecting goods when needed but if Arshdeep comes up as our driver on the tracking information, I can almost guarantee we will not be receiving our delivery. This has cost us time and money and complaining to anyone at DPD is impossible to speak to a real person. I have now taken to complaining to the companies that are using you instead so they look at other courier companies. This week we were due a delivery on Wednesday and Arshdeep sent us an email saying oops he missed us. Its amazing how you can miss a business with over 20 members of staff on site during working hours 7am till 5pm. It is also more interesting as the tracking shows where he is and he is never anywhere near us when we receive the unable to deliver notifications. We are now desperate for that delivery we should have received 2 days ago and it appears you are sending it back to the supplier and screwing us over again. I expect a call from someone who can do something about Arshdeep as no one wants to help at DPD so far. Our issue is specifically the depot that covers B98 9. **UPDATE** The company have resent our delivery and ARSDEEP was due between 12 and 1 today. After watching the cameras for the hour with no sign I went back to my office and noted that at 1.01pm Arsedeep sent an email to say he'd missed us. Unless he drives an invisible van then there is no way he got close enough to assess if we were open. We even had the shutter wide open to ensure he could get in to reduce excuses. Just another way that this driver has cost us more money and time as a business. This driver is from Dudley Port depot so beware if you get anything delivered from there.

Never rang my doorbell or my phone and told me that I missed the delivery?! I had to change my whole day to be home. Sent a photo of the 'missed delivery' and it wasn't my home or anywhere near where I live. This is my second complaint for DPD in three weeks.

At 8:12 in the morning, I got the message that my parcel will be delivered today between 9:12 and 10:12. At 8:58 I got another message, my parcel will be delivered today from 16:26 to 17:26. This is not normal. I see so many complaints about this company, how it is possible for this company to have such a high rating? What a shame. It doesn't deserve it.

3 years ago DPD admitted their driver falsified delivery and stole my item. They are yet to refunded me and have ignored me for a year. I have been insulted, hung up on and now completely ignored. They have offered no help despite admitting this failing. I have numerous cases open against them but an still yet to be refunded or responded to. I have sent letters and emails directly to directors and have still been ignored. This company is criminal and deserve full boycotting.

Appalling service. somehow they got the postcode wrong. 4 different customer service people unable to change it. Each time they try it seems to go to another adress- but not mine 2 delivery depots' unable to change it. paying extra for next day delivery has change to 6 days and still waiting. To make a complaint apparently the delay to speak to a manager is 2 hours. There were 3 items ordered at the same time from same company, 2 got here but the 3rd parcel "could not find the postcode. Beggars belief.

I would rate them 0 stars if I had the option. It's unfortunate that most companies still use DPD as their preferred courier and I don't understand why. I work in Property Management and I always come across incompetent DPD drivers on a daily basis whereby they refuse to deliver to their flat. Instead they dump everything at the concierge as its a convenience to them. We have been in constant battle with these couriers (it shouldn't have to be like this) advising them to at least make an attempt to deliver to the flats. My residents have been paying for a service for their parcel to be delivered to their door and nowhere else. It's a shame how these drivers are lazy to deliver to the front door - I was even shocked one day when the driver said "your residents are lazy to come to Concierge to collect their parcels". These people should never have been hired in the first place if you can't follow a simple procedure. Terrible and embarrassing service. If you are a company wishing to use a courier, I strongly urge you to use another company. Please avoid at all costs.

DPD driver parked diagonally across road preventing me from driving to my property. Told me to wait while he completed his delivery. I didn’t have much choice but to wait, but after completing the delivery the driver then became a bit confrontational.

Parcel delivered to some wrong address. When the customer care team was contacted, there was no sense of accountability and I have been waiting for my parcel since 24 hours now. Such a laid back and unprofessional service is abysmal.

Terrible service. They claimed that my package was delivered to me(receiver is my name), how on earth it’s possible , I have never received it. Also, I didn’t select any other delivery place. Since 8 days I’m waiting for the investigation to be done. After all, the customer service said we can’t share the result of our investigation with you due to the data protection and contact to the sender. DPD drove me crazy with its poor delivery system and customer service. After this awful customer experience, I will never order from the companies that use DPD services.

Faked my delivery because driver couldn't find house that he was parked outside.....took order back to depot and then sent back to supplier in Poland without any contact with me. Terrible company to speak to a human that understood English......chatbots are no use, couldn't answer questions I was asking about where my package was.......Useless

Extremely poor. The delivery driver was meant to leave my parcel on my door step as I’m isolating with Covid. He didn’t even knock on my door or put a card through. I then got an email saying that he had delivered my parcel to my Neighbour, which wasn’t agreed on my delivery instructions and meant that I had then to go out and retrieve it from my neighbours doorstep.

Totally negligent and, as noted by other reviewers, plainly the worst courier company out there. Twice in two weeks they have delivered to the wrong address. I have a photograph of someone else’s door as “proof of delivery”. There is no number and I don’t know where this incorrect address is. This is despite the fact that the sender clearly included my full address, plus I added a note in the DPD app with additional instructions (despite tue fact that it’s incredibly easy to find. You simply put the postcode in googlemaps). For both deliveries, I was at home the entire time and no one came to my address. I was informed via the app that the packages had been delivered somewhere other than my address. When I called DPD via their app, both times, I was put through to a call centre in South Africa. I was told a range of nonsensical things which did not resolve the problem that the courier had delivered to the wrong address: because there is a photo of a front door, a delivery has been made; because the address didn’t include an individual flat number, delivery to the wrong address was made (in fact, the parcel and the app included both the flat and street number. In any event, the address can be found with only the street number anyway so this is not a justifiable reason to deliver to the wrong address); the only way to resolve this is to contact the original sender; the DPD customer service call centre is in South Africa and claim that they are unable to contact DPD in the UK at all (in fact, this is untrue. After persisting on the second incorrect delivery, after two separate calls, I explained that I could not even go in search of tue package as I didn’t know where it had been left. I was told this matter could be “escalated”, by which the DPD person would contact the depot in London to get the driver to deal with the incorrect delivery). The entire approach of the customer service call centre in South Africa is simply to bat away the problem and, if at all possible, blame someone else for the problem and say that nothing can be done. What is the point of this? And why do they take this approach? And why lie and say they cannot contact DPD in the UK when this is untrue? The reason someone would contact customer services is to resolve a problem such as a misdelivery. The approach they take and their entire ethos is certainly not any service to the customer. I explained that in the UK we are a first world country and expect a first world service - perhaps that will sink in. After DPD’s customer service did everything they could to deny the problem and abdicate responsibility on behalf of DPD., I sent feedback via the app which asks - “how was your delivery” and has two icons - “poor” and “good”. I chose “poor” and could provide a reason. So I added “delivered to the incorrect address”. Thankfully, within 45 minutes, the driver returned with my parcel and apologised for leaving it at the wrong address. He asked if I could let the office know - but of course I cannot contact anyone at DPD in the UK and I explained this to him. He just shrugged. At least someone got something right eventually and I am grateful. The other reviewers are absolutely right: DPD is the worst courier company out there by far.

Worst courier I have dealt with. They treat the person getting the delivery with complete contempt. When you complain to customer services they say we have no contact with you and can deliver when we want and miss delivery slots and you have no rights. On my delivery day early in the morning I received an email saying they tried to deliver but I was not in. They even attached a photo of a random door as proof! When I contacted saying it’s not my door and I had taken time off work they said the driver has until 8 that evening to deliver and I should wait in. I did and no one came. I contacted them again and was 48th in line to speak to someone. I waited and they said the local depot will call within an hour and arrange delivery, no one called. I called again and arranged another day off work to wait in. Again they did not turn up. 3 weeks later still no parcel, so I told seller I was going to get else where. I did then a few days later out of the blue a DPD driver appeared and said oh was you waiting for this? I asked to return it, he said only the sender can authorise a return. So then I had to arrange to send it back. I took 3 days off work. I spent hour chasing. It’s not worth it. I have asked DPD never to deliver or accept deliveries for my address. They are a dishonest company with systematic processes to cover up their failings.
